My name is Glen Hagensen,
I'm the Head of Marketing here at Templafy.
So, having video, where we can actually
show and tell and explain what we do, is important for us.
We have external partners who help
us to do big production videos.
as our front page video and
our branding, career page videos.
What we also do is, we have a lot of screencasts
where we show the product
how-to videos for help center as well.
Then we have a person who's really good at editing,
putting in some animations
and making it look good.
When it comes to video, the pain points we see is,
how to tell a story in a correct and interesting way.
As I mentioned, our product is a software
that integrate into PowerPoint and Word,
and that's not always super engaging.
So, someone who can take the product and show it
from an engaging point of view
and tell a story around it, that people want to see,
I think it's difficult.
Another thing is of course distribution.
It's important the right people sees these videos
and they engage with them.
That is what we are working on right now.
The first thing that we saw on TwentyThree
was the ability to customize the video players
with our brand and our logo
and easily embed into the website.
We saw some really good features in terms of SEO.
That we could manipulate the SEO text
and make it work to our favor.
So, that was why we bought into TwentyThree,
in the beginning,
SEO capabilities and design capabilities
and how easy it is to embed it on the website.
Another thing is data layer, so we can dive in and see,
are people interacting with our video.
Through the TwentyThree interface,
we go in and see how far they've viewed video,
what they did afterwards and so on.
That's valuable for us.
One of the things I really like about TwentyThree
is the possibility to integrate with Pardot.
We use it to really understand the value of each lead,
and scoring a lead, I think video is super important.
So, we know how much they've actually seen.
Because we know if they've seen a video
that explains exactly what Templafy is doing,
they are more qualified than someone who's not.
Something else we've been using later
is then the Collectors,
so we can actually collect leads directly from the video.
Which was a pain-point before,
where you watch the video but what do you do afterwards.
Then, we want to engage people
and we want to talk to them
because if they've watched the whole video,
they're probably pretty engaged.
The KPI's that we use to measure the success of a video
and what we use TwentyThree for.
The most important this is,
how many actually sign up after watching a video.
Also, we look at engagement scores.
Meaning, that we look at how long time they view a video.
I think that's super important for us to know.
If they drop-off after a few seconds,
it's probably either the wrong target audience
or it's not an interesting video to show.
I would recommend TwentyThree to other comapnies.
It's fast to get started and it's intuitive.
And, you can quickly get a set-up that is professional,
where you can distribute your videos to the world,
without having to program
and without losing productivity in your team.
