A good webinar to me starts at the email.
From the moment I send an email to invite someone
to participate or we post something on social
that's when the webinar starts.
So if we get that right, then we're on our way for good webinar
We do separate types of webinars. So we ones that are just for our customers
and then building on that.
It's about the registration process.
It's about the welcome they receive.
It's about the first experience when they login
It's about them getting a space to actually feel safe
and to contribute to the webinar.
It's not just us pushing information out
but it's about creating a space for people to
come with questions to be able to be open and honest
enough to explore topics with us
to seek answers that they can then make a difference
So we ones that are just for our customers
where we are sitting down with a product person or a service person
A good webinar tool actually has all of those things in it.
Where I can send an email.
Where I can follow up
and see analytics.
When I can watch a recording back.
or change them their organisation
Where I can see who asked questions.
In the past we've used emails
and campaign emails and another platform
to try and bring all these things together
but we're using TwentyThree.
We have the emails.
We have the video.
We have the editing tool.
We have all the pieces of the puzzle in one space.
TwentyThree has definitely, when it comes to webinars
reduced the amount of manual work that we were doing.
but then the webinar still doesn't end there when we sign-off.

How do we keep actually adding value and giving resources in this.
That's a really important tool to have.
