Hello. Hi. We're back again with another Behind the Show episode. And today I really want to get inside of your head in terms of what goes on in your head while you're doing the webinar. So try to share all the thoughts that you have during a webinar, what to think about and just basically tips and tricks because you've been doing it for quite a while now. Yes. So I think, like I said in the last episode, it's all about kind of going through your lines and remembering what to say. So then at that moment when you have barely that maybe 30 seconds left, taking a deep breath and then kind of having that conversation with the speaker that I'm going to go live now. And then you click live and then you wait a few seconds for it to actually go. And then it just, I kind of forget about everything else. And I just start looking into the camera or into the green dot if I'm using the computer and really talking into the lens as if you could see kind of the audience through that. Because I think that makes a huge difference. A lot of the webinars that we see, people are just kind of looking down, looking at their hands. It's not very engaging. But when you can get that eye to eye contact with the audience, it actually feels like they're talking or I am talking or the host is talking to the audience. So that would be really, really what I concentrate on. And then of course, it's just about doing the engagement and then doing the conversation in a natural way. So in a webinar where you, for example, have a guest speaker, it's about having that conversation, getting them to bring their knowledge to the table in a matter that is engaging for the audience to follow. What I'd love to start with is just by saying hello from Copenhagen. You know, my name is Wilhelmina. And please just give me a shout out of where in the world you're joining in today so that we know who's there and maybe what the weather looks like could be a question for one day or, or just why is it that you're joining today's webinar? What is it that you want to learn? Why have you taken the time to, you know, spend with us today? Boiling all that down, if you have to choose, you've said so many great things and I've taken mental notes behind the camera here. If you had to boil it down to like, what would you say is the most key thing during a webinar? Like if you can just mention one thing, what would that be? I have to say one thing. I'm going to say something else that I didn't mention yet would be transparency. So actually being very transparent and very honest in the conversation that you're having. So whether that's about, you know, there's a technical fail, do acknowledge, do talk about the elephant in the room, so to say, or if it's something else. So it's all of those small things that make it more humane and that make the live element of the webinar so much more exciting. Because then there's like a notion of anything can happen. We've seen that in all the webinars. People can always relate to, you know, honest, charismatic, nice host that just, you know, acknowledge what is what is there. So absolutely. Awesome tip to end this episode on. Yeah. And remember to look in the camera. I keep saying that to my colleagues, because that's what really makes a difference. So engage with your audience in that way. And with that, I'll say bye bye. See ya.
