So that's handling inbound video,
running video across all your social destinations

And

So we happen to work with a lot of innovative
marketers that are using video marketing in
very different ways and
in very kind of different ways of challenging how video fits into the
marketing funnel.
And that's also what has led us to accounts today.
Great.
So.
So let's talk a little about accounts.
As we said,
until so far,
23 has been great for marketers.
Thousands of marketers use 23 every week,
log in,
run their video across the world.
But there are also other people that use
video capabilities on an everyday basis.
So today we are taking a major step forward
by introducing a whole new product that fits
all your customers.
So how did you get your ShopTab id and get there?
Right?
So let's take a look at the example I gave you just here.

product for your customer facing teams.
It's a whole brand new beautiful UI that
really brings things forward
and it's a lot of AVM capabilities
that lets you
follow
and track who's engaging with your videos to understand their intent
to understand their interest and to
support and service them even better.
It
allows you to follow both individuals
and companies and get updates on when
they're engaging with your platforms
and we'll keep on obviously extending it
with further new capabilities.
It also features an all-new very focused UI that
only is focused on the activity and
hides all the complexity of how you run
video on your marketing team on an
everyday basis so your customer facing
teams can follow you.
So it's not only focused on what's important for them.
Lastly
we've built accounts to
obviously work with all your existing marketing automation platforms
so all
your account data is already exposed
there so it works great alongside your
existing HubSpot,
Mercado and Salesforce platforms.
So we're incredibly excited on
starting this new journey but how about
we get a little bit real and actually
show it to you.
So it's demo time.
What you'll find is that you have a lot
of these options for managing videos
both across your inbound channels,
across social,
getting access to analytics,
editing videos and
so on
but one key feature of this is that you actually end up knowing a lot
about how users and viewers are interacting with your
video content.
This is something that we have in our audience feature that
That's excluded though,
is basically everyone else who is part of communicating to your
customers and videos,
because what we're realizing is that
that's not only the marketers themselves.
So that's where accounts come in.
So accounts from 23 is basically a way of
giving that focus to you and inviting your
colleagues into 23.
So in this case, I could invite in Thomas here.
I can invite all of my colleagues at the same time,
so this could be everyone,
as Thomas
said,
from different customer facing teams,
support,
partnership sales,
and so on.
I won't send the invite,
but instead I'll just switch over to show you exactly how this
looks for people that log in
in this new accounts module.
So here you see a lot of the same data,
but with a lot of new functionalities that are
tailored to the people that interact,
not with video and with video editing and the
distribution of that video.
But literally only with the people who are
watching and viewing those videos and giving
them new capabilities to get notified when a specific person,
when a specific company
interacts with that video.
So this is the overview for accounts,
and I can see here literally all of the people
who have been interacting with content on this site.
And I can obviously still go in as a customer
facing person and find that specific person
that I'm interested in.
So in this case,
it could be my colleague in this case,
but Anas has watched a number
of different videos on my account.
And I can start seeing the people
that are interacting with that video.
So I can see a lot of the interaction data.
I can also follow Anas,
which means that I'm going to get an email every time Anas watches
a video on my account.
So that basically means in this case,
you're going to get a video that shows you or an
email that shows you literally the activity
levels and will take you back into accounts
to see all the information about how Anas
is working across different accounts.
So there's a lot of stuff that's actually not just about videos here.
There's a lot of stuff that's actually about
how a customer facing team interacts with
these different profiles.
So in this case,
I can obviously see all the people that I'm following myself and
get a
list of the people that are a part of my everyday jobs.
But I can also see who my colleagues are following.
So I can go out and see
who is Cyber following,
who is Maria following to really get a sense
of the activity that goes around everything.
Thomas mentioned something crucial,
because a lot of this is not really about profiles,
it's about companies.
It's really about this account based approach.
to how marketing can be run,
how the entire team can interact not only with somebody from
Twinfree but the entirety of Twinfree.
So introducing a whole new way,
and this actually goes for both marketers and for the customer
facing people,
get now to not only see different profiles
but also the specific companies that
are interacting with your content.
So in this case I can see all the companies
that are interacting with content from this
site and again,
just like everything else,
I can follow an entire company.
That means not only when Anas is interacting
with my content but also when Anas' colleagues
are watching videos,
are converting,
signing up for live events and so on,
I'll be notified
in these cases.
And again,
I can go deeper and really follow out
who is the particular people that are
interacting with my content.
So a lot of powerful features here and
obviously you can dig down and see only leads,
only
leads from particular regions of the world,
only leads that are very engaged,
only new
leads and you can really filter down and build all this.
So you can really see the content in a way that
makes sense and then you can start following
the specific profiles.
Something really powerful that we're introducing
as well is the ability to get daily email
notifications with all the new leads that are coming in.
So this is something that we've been seeing our customers,
I want to say,
automating around
their marketing automation systems,
setting up workflows for everybody.
Everyone who converted
would be notified through Marketo
or through HubSpot or something like
that.
What we're introducing today is an easy way for
everyone who has an account with an account,
to get instant follow notifications just as I showed you before,
but also every day
or every week get a full list of the new
leads and the new people that were engaged.
So how that will look is not only getting a
list of the people that converted in a given
day or a given week,
but also a full list of all the contacts that interacted with your
content,
whether you follow them or not within 23 accounts.
So there's a lot of powerful features here
and the cool thing is that this is really
easy to try out.
And we really urge you to do that.
We really urge you to go get a sense of exactly
how accounts can make sure that the marketers
that are doing a great job every day within
23 can kind of extend a lot of the fruit of
that labor to the rest of the team.
