Hi, I'm at Savage Marketing, hashtag Savage Marketing for 2016 with Csaba Zajidó from OptiMonk. Csaba, great to have you on board. What's been your experience so far? I love this conference so far. We've met several very kind people and the audience was very welcoming as well. Brilliant, brilliant. Now, you come from Hungary, right? And OptiMonk's headquartered in Hungary, but you of course work on the other side of the pond in the US. Why Amsterdam? Why Europe? Well, OptiMonk is a real international project and like 90% of our customers are around outside of Europe, but we would also like to increase our European reach and Amsterdam and this region was always very, very welcomed in our company. We like Amsterdam as a city, so we came here and we are happy we came. Brilliant. What does OptiMonk do? OptiMonk is the number one on-site retargeting platform. It helps marketers to grab those visitors who are about to leave their site. Basically, it's about monitoring the behavior of the users of the website and when their behavior indicates that they are ready for some additional content, some secondary message, then you can show it to them at just the right moment. Which industries or at least which type of companies do you see using this form of service a lot more right now? Most of our customers are from e-commerce, but lead generation sites are also using it quite heavily. Brilliant. So companies like Amazon, companies like eBay, but also let's say regional e-commerce sites would use something like this. Now, what's the percentage of lead capture at this point from the first point of don't go yet? Well, it depends very much on the campaigns you set up, of course, but I would say that you can reach about 10 to 15% conversion rate on an average website, which is quite high. Brilliant. Any projects that you are actually personally very, very proud of or happy about? Yeah, we have quite a lot of well-known customers in Hungary and in Europe and in the US as well. To name a few, we have Office Depot and Digital Marketer and Boom by Cindy Joseph. These are all famous e-commerce and lead generation sites. Fortunately, there are over 4,000 websites already using Optimum. So I only know a very small part of them. Brilliant, brilliant. What's your message to digital marketers out there right now? Well, I would say that be open to new technologies and you always have to change and be flexible because the technologies and the audience and everything is changing very, very rapidly on the internet and to keep ahead of the competition, you have to be really open-minded. Your key takeaway from Savage Marketing Tech this year? My key takeaway is to... It could be anything. Yeah, I guess it will be edited, right? Yes, yes. We've all edited. Something that you think was done well or even not a very good thing that we did, something we could improve on maybe? Okay, okay. My key takeaway is that implementing more networking sessions into a conference is really helpful. I used to visit conferences with lots of presentations crowded in and very, very small time frame for networking and speaking and just hanging around. And I really like this method of being able to network with other participants of the conference.
