Hello everyone My name is Cecilia Boesia. I am Video, producer TwentyThree,. and you're watching the first episode of Keeping up with TwentyThree, Summit,, this Webinars, series, which is your front row to everything we're building. in the fourth edition of TwentyThree, Summit,. So let's not take too long here in the introduction because we have A lot of news to share with everyone. And to start, I will share my screen. Here we are. Amazing. So to start, I wanted to introduce you to... What is TwentyThree, Summit,? I assume you already know. but it's always a great idea to refresh your mind. And yes, TwentyThree, Summit, is... the world's largest conference Video,. And we are talking about... 50 speakers, 40 sessions, over 1,200 attendees. working in more than 500 companies and coming from over 30 countries. So it is really a place where Everyone working Video, come together to learn from each other. to share what they're building, what is working, what is not, and what is... really shaping VideoDays,. Okay, but... When does it happen and where? The Summit, takes place in Copenhagen, in Denmark. on Thursday, the TwentyThree, of May and Friday, the 29th of May. right here in Copenhagen. And I also wanted to talk a little bit about the venue. This year we are hosting the Summit,. at DR Concert Hall. which is one of the most iconic venues in the city. designed by Jean Nouveau, if I pronounced that correctly. as part of Denmark's national broadcasting infrastructure. So it is a space built around sound, image, storytelling. which makes it very fitting for a conference like this. And this will be my TwentyThree, Summit, and what I can share from Personal, experience. is that the vibe is amazing on the floor and when people are meeting coming and leaving from their conferences, meeting friends they haven't seen in a long time or getting to know people. that work in similar ways as they do but in a completely different country or and the companies that they would expect to work similarly for them, but they do something very different. So all this exchange of ideas and experiences is really what makes it so special. enough about what I think and I'm going to share a bit more on the Summit, Yes. So who is TwentyThree, Summit, for? We usually say that it's Video, people and that is intentionally broad. that includes video producers, editors, creatives. marketeers working Video, across touchpoints and of course agencies that could Video, agencies, production, digital, creative agencies. but any type of agency which Video, part of their core offerings. But also something that we usually see here is that it's also for For example, people in HR that use Video, onboarding. or a client director that uses Video, support their work and yeah make their work easy so It's really for anyone using Video, move their organization forward. Yeah, and why to attend? I put together some of the pictures from last year because I think this share a bit of the vibe of what a Summit, is. And the short answer of why to attend would be... you will stop solving all the problems you have. around Video, yourself. So the Summit, is where you meet your peers. people who speak your language, you connect Video, people from all over the world. you learn from each other and from speakers. And very concretely, you live with answers like... how to measure video success, how to get internal buy-in. from leadership when you want to move forward with your Yeah, with Video, projects that you want to run. how to move from production to strategy. In Portuguese we would say like running after your own tail. So how you actually, okay. stop, take a step back and understand where do you want to go? define the strategy and what are the steps that you need to get there. and how to scale videos and Webinars, without losing quality. So yeah, you see real use cases, proven formats, practical tools. a grounded view on AI and what matters and what doesn't. Yes, let me see. For marketers, it's all about... turning video into a growth engine, integrating across your funnel. and building a clear strategy and ownership model of, okay, how am I using video? in everything I'm doing Marketing. And for agencies, it's like understanding how the industry is shifting. moving beyond production, as I said previously, and building more sustainable, strategic... offerings. Yeah. And what does make the Summit, unique? Often when you have such a big of a project, it can be hard to put in words. and explain why something is so special. So that is why here TwentyThree,, we came with an equation. So it is the world's largest conference Video,. plus Video, exhibition plus a unique experience which equals to an event. not to miss. And yes, the world's largest conference on Video, have to say, is already pretty iconic. but let's leave this one at that. And Video, exhibition is a structure and installation that... that we are working on. I am not allowed to share more details about this one. Although I really want to, but yes. Stay tuned to the next edition to Keeping Up With TwentyThree, Summit, where... Hopefully I will be able to share more details about this one. Yes, and a full unique experience. And to talk a little bit more about the experience, I will invite my colleague. Alessandro because yes we have special guests They are all around here. So if you can come, Ale. I will mic you up live. So who are you? Introduce yourself. Yes, hi everyone and nice to meet you. I'm Alessandro here with I'm a solution specialist. So what I do is that I work on the specialist team. We play around with Platform, and try to understand as much as we can and then we use this knowledge to help our customers. Yes. And I invite you on stage to share what is the Copenhagen experience experience in well what is the experience uh at the Summit, in general The vibe and how people feel about it. but also what we TwentyThree, craft to offer our attendees a special experience. Yeah. So as you were saying, the Summit, is going to be on Thursday and Friday, TwentyThree, and 29th of... May, which is great. It's going to be full of events and keynotes and so on. But a lot of people just come from everywhere around the world. And we also just suggest you to... arrive the day before and what a better moment to just leave the city. Copenhagen is It's very gorgeous in the summer, we can already call it summer. and what we do is that we of course all live here and we know the city very well so So we crafted a set of experiences to let you discover the city, enjoy the moment. Get to know us, the team, and also some of the people you're going to encounter for the next days. And so we call all of that Copenhagen experience. We already did the last year. and it's about going out in the harbor and going for a swim and visiting Noribro. The neighborhood that we have. and having some natural wine. It's a lot of different stuff that we just plan. It's included in the ticket, so you don't have to buy anything else. Just let us know. if you can join, arrive the day before, that's highly suggested. we have a lot of good experiences from the past and exactly perfectioning them Exactly. So we're putting together exactly what is going to be the agenda for 2026. some highlights from what we did last year as Ale was saying We will have this guided tour in Naples, which is one of the coolest neighborhoods in the world. Not according us, but according Time Out. Yes, we will have a tour to sail the harbor. Copenhagen has a very beautiful harbor also swimming in the canals a natural wine experience in which Yeah, you can drink some awesome wine with people who know what they're doing. Unlike me that just like to drink good wine. But yeah, people who know differences about wines and all of that. a picnic in the Botanical Garden, which is also a beautiful place. It's these pictures that you're seeing here on the slides. And this is Ale in the last picture organizing one of the... We're organizing the community dinners, which is also something that we put together. Can you talk a little bit more about that? Yeah, absolutely. So again, it's part of being together and leaving the Summit, at its best. So the concept of community dinner is that we of course presentation during the day and then somehow we have to go for dinner in the city and What we do is that we try to pick our favorite places around. By working in here we just know where to go for a snack or for a nice dinner. And we got all those restaurants and we make. booking reservation and during the day we're gonna pretty much find me similar to that picture uh close to it I'm just gonna walk you through and tell you what we booked for today. and everyone is going to pass by and I'm going to just describe what the restaurant is about. and what you can expect also budget wise. I'm just going to give you some tips and you're welcome to just book your spot and go to some restaurant with some of your friends and colleagues from the day. Yeah, so basically we help you to find a good place to eat because Copenhagen is known for its foodie scene. but often it can be a bit exhausting to find the good like the place you like because the options are so many so yeah you can sign up to different groups basically You can see who signed up for a group, if there is someone specifically you really would like to network with. Or you can host your own dinner, say, "Hey, I'm going to this place." Please join me and meet me there. Yeah, I often join. ...conferences around the world representing TwentyThree,... Something I miss is this community aspect. because often the presentations are great and you do meet one or other person that is super cool. and open to network on the floor, but rarely you can... really bond with people. So this is what we are trying to solve with the... community dinners, which were a great success last year, right? It was so nice. I enjoyed it a lot. Yeah, it was great. We also have Video, party, which is a party on Thursday. here at our HQ. Cute. So, DJs, vibes. yeah like yeah exactly we're just gonna have some good music some good cocktails And we're also just gonna see TwentyThree, looks like. Exactly. And then spending some time in here. Yeah. And we'll wrap everything up with the Friday bar on Friday the last day. So... So there's a lot of reasons to come, not only for the program, for the speakers, for people coming, but but also for the vibe. Thank you so much. I'll move on with my presentation. Yes. If I can get this. Can you help me? Yes, please. because i have other guests coming yes thank you so much i see you at lunch yeah cool so let's move forward what do we have else in the program for today. Yes Okay, so this is something I'm most likely very excited to learn more about. which is a program sneak peek. Yes, so I brought today some of the sessions that are already... ...confirmed and we'll have a building Video, agency session. about which one of my next guests can... talk more about soon. Getting out of the studio, which will be a session about authenticity and scalable production so here right now i am at our studio with like multiple OnCamera, and lights and different screens where I can read scripts and all of that. that, but also what can be done when you leave these four walls. And yes, so I'm very excited for that session. the craft of thumbnails. VideoDays, and the impact of sound Video,. Video editing masterclass, also very excited for this one. The Art of Trailers, 20 video formats you should know. video strategy, reinventing the website. Moving to Video, first website. OnCamera, love masterclass with Puck Charbol, which is a speaker that has attended the Summit, many times before. Webinars, related session and the European video perspectives. Speakers will be announced soon, but these are some of the many sessions that will be part. of the program. And yes, so to talk a little bit more about about some of the sessions that I announced, I will invite Steffen, which is one of the co-founders here TwentyThree,. And he will have some sessions. about building reinventing the website and some other sessions. Steffen, if you kindly join me on stage. Hello If you want to introduce yourself. I quickly did it already, but yeah. Well, I'll mic myself and then I'll introduce myself. Perfect. Of course. All right. I'm Steffen. I am one of your co-founders here. I spend a lot of my time on product engineering. Sort of building all the things that will form a Webinars, product like this one, but also form our a lot of the things that we can help our customers do. and that we talk about at the Summit,. So all of the things around like, how do you actually change your... practice in organizations how do you build the right teams all that kind of stuff There are people that are better than me at those particular things. But for Summit,, what I'm excited about is honestly all the things that are really stressful now. All the things that are part of the product. So we've traditionally used the Summit, as our deadlines for... building out a bunch of things. So we've been doing... new releases to Webinars,, new releases to a lot of our web tooling. new releases to our developer experience. So a lot of things that are I mean, if you're asking me to sort of do the demo now, I was like, yeah, that's not going to be it. So maybe at the next episode. Bye-bye. and that's basically going to be what the sessions are. we use Summit, both internally sort of as a deadline for like, This is when we want to go. show these new things and one of the things that i'm really excited about now is for our Webinars, 7 release. Webinars, 7 is... It's sort of in the name that it's the seventh release on our... On our Webinars, product, Webinars, is very much kind of... built to be this easy to use product for marketers. What we're finding is that we do really, I mean, if we say so ourselves, we do an Amazing job with that, obviously. A lot of that is sort of like having an intuitive way of running Webinars,. I'll start this one. But we've also seen sort of a drift between the people that exactly as you said now are The ones with the big studios in the basement, the people that have the... the capacity and the teams and all those things to do. like all the branding stuff well the people that like kind of have a full on So we can steamroll through the branding part. Yeah to make well that Webinars, whatever animate exactly right there whatever overlays for titling exactly right the different mixes for what happens in the room. and we're doing something there. So... where Webinars, 7 is going to be quite focused on... on taking a lot of those superpowers that people would have if they have a studio in their basement. and sort of injecting that into a laptop. So that's sort of, I mean... I mean, that's a mission statement. Yeah. But nevertheless, I think that's where we're going to go. Definitely. That's hugely exciting. And it fits really well with this idea. like getting a lot of people together that are excited about sort of like, what can we do? How do we communicate with like all the things that we can do and hopefully we can play our part from sort of TwentyThree, engineering TwentyThree, products. to provide the tool sets and make People. excited about or telling better stories in Webinars, or with Webinars, or with video because they get sort of a lot of the for our foundational stuff to look better, to feel better, all those kind of stuff. That's amazing. I'm so excited to see the launch of Webinars, 7 myself and the stage and our keynote. at TwentyThree, Summit, and if you want to see more of Steffen today we will have another Webinars, later. Yeah, it's WebinarDays,. It's WebinarDays,. Webinars, Friday. So we have the state of Webinars, happening starting at 2:00 PM. So yeah, we're going to share the reports. of the state of Webinars, later. So stay tuned. It's TwentyThree, day in your calendar and I'll also see you later. Thank you, Sarah. This one, yes. Amazing. Yes, so this was 2nd guest of the day. I will invite... The third guest, Dan, is coming up on stage. He's here and he's ready. Hello. Yes, please. I'll put this one here. and can you introduce yourself then? Yes, yes, absolutely. I'm Dan Summit,. And I am head of client strategy here TwentyThree,, also known as... ahead of Video, accelerator too A lot of titles. A lot of titles, yes. But it's a lot of fun. It is. Yes, indeed. And then I brought you here to hear a bit about the different sessions that you're going to host for the Summit,. Absolutely. So I like hosting sessions and stuff. So I hope... Is your sex... Second 23 Summit,, right? It's 2nd as a kind of TwentyThree,. Oh, yeah. But actually it's my third because I came to... I actually didn't know that. I think I came to the first one. Yeah, oh my god, okay. Yeah, in 2023. I wasn't even here. That's absolutely historical. Yeah. So I think that... That was my first Summit, and that was obviously in the audience and then My first Summit, on stage and doing things was last year. So, but for this coming year... I'm gonna double down on Vijay's strategy. and Video, strategy framework that we've developed. I love kind of doing sessions on that. And I think. Through the whole through last year and through this year. I've been working with lots of clients on that. Yes and just evolving it more. But it just really feels it resonates. consistently resonates so i want to share that again and talk more about how we're developing PINGIT I think I'll also... dig into a new piece, which is a new framework. It's the Webinars, framework. Oh, yes. Yeah, and I actually did a Webinars, on the Webinars, framework. Yes. at the very end of last year. Yeah, we did. We did, didn't we? And I want to talk about that at the Summit, because... Again with that, what I found is going and talking to clients, there's this real kind of Aha, my memory. one because the thing is okay it's not the most complicated thing right But what it does is it helps so many of our clients to think. Oh, yeah. Okay. Well, that just sets me on the road. That makes things a little bit easier. So So I'll talk through that framework, which I think really helps. our customers think about, oh yeah, Webinars, are kind of easy, actually easy things to do. And it gets them quite... it moves them towards their Webinars, program nicely. Yeah. Another one probably around... Thanks. more thinking Video, agency pieces so through a lot of last year we are working with our partners on on really how to build out that ecosystem Video, agencies which we love and we need so much. Yeah. And so we'll be exploring just tricks. that they've been using. to help them really kind of get closer to some of their customers. That's amazing. So I think that's going to be a really fun session, really useful session to... just for all our kind of guests to think okay you know that works Why don't I try that? And it's also a good place for agencies to meet potential partners, potential clients, right? Yes. We have a diverse crowd at the Summit,, so it's good to meet peers but also, you know... to some business yeah that's quite right that's quite right and i think as ali was talking about with the kind of community dinners and the networking. I mean, that was probably one of my big memories from the last. was yes we have some great talks and things like that but it's the in-between bits yeah You know, and I think, you know, for those that do go to kind of different conferences here, there and everywhere. Everyone wants to meet people. You go and you want to hear stuff, but actually you're all doing the same thing. And so those places are always opportunities to kind of talk to. potential customers or partners or whatever it might be and And what I love about the Summit, is it breaks down the barriers. Yes. You know, it's so easy to meet people and so easy to talk to people. Yeah. And that's something that, you TwentyThree, is pretty nice. I think you need to create that kind of community spirit and yeah I think the Summit, is the pinnacle of that. Yeah. You know, and this one's just going to be bigger and better, I think. That's amazing. Yeah. But hey, I'm not finished. Okay. Sorry. There's one more thing. So... video brand right yes oh yeah they also have this one also that one um and so back in the last year I was talking to loads of customers about about video brand and how that idea is evolving and last year we had an incredible speaker, Bo Lindeman, who talked about branding on the main stage. So, you know, this year, I know I'll certainly do a session on Video, brand. Yes. Yes. And how companies can kind of start to think about it. Yeah, we had Bo Linneman. Right? Let's hear it. Very inspiring. He was brilliant. I think people actually loved him. He's incredible. It was great. Yeah, so much knowledge, so much experience and just absolutely just such an incredible character as well. 100%. just so charming and we'll i think we'll dig into more aspects of Video, brand and how customers can activate it. Yeah, so that they're kind of four of the things I certainly am I'm kind of geeing up and looking forward to. for some uh that's amazing thanks for sharing this was a great uh sneak peek of what's yet to come. Yeah. Yeah. I think I'm looking forward to see you on stage. I look forward to being with you. I'll take this one back. Thank you. I'll see you very soon at lunch. Thank you. Amazing, yes. What else do we have? For today's agenda We are sadly almost over, but we were able to cover a lot. of yeah what's to come to TwentyThree, Summit, but before we wrap up i just wanted to share some of the Practical tips. Let me share my screen again. Boom There you go. Cool. So in terms of that, practical aspect. It's about doing the irrational, doing the extraordinary. This is more or less where my character is going. This can... inspired ideas. That's a quick sneak peek at some of the Webinars, 6 features. Attention isn't just about getting noticed but also about holding focus ...for long enough to do some meaning. I think humans are coming back. Humans are cool again. I would invest in them.
