What is it actually delivering? Who is watching what? off the ground here. Perfect. So... What types of buying signals would this generate for you as an organization? Out further ado let's give ourselves an introduction TwentyThree,. I think that's a really interesting. So strong case that can be built just on those pillars alone. We've been on this amazing journey now since 2005 and and then of course Throughout these years it's always been about making sure that with this vast amount of content that's out there how do we make sure that your content actually stands out and how do your We scale operations across as many countries as possible. We're now in... audience find your content. That's really where we come in by optimizing your SEO, your GEO. We have teams now across 70 countries. We've always had this focus on making sure that we and making sure that all your content that you put out there. Even repurposing some of the content that you might have in your back. our bootstrap and very much kind of having this organic growth that we have had over the years. We're an amazing team here about 50... catalog all that can then be There are 40 people here in the Copenhagen office. reused, optimized and optimized in a way that search engines LLMs will be able to We're from all across Europe and the rest of the world as well. to find your content better than anyone else. So we I think we were about 12 different languages being spoken here in the office, correct me if I'm wrong, but something around that. And all of this is really sort of. creating Video, a sales enabler and this is where we Across these years, we've been very fortunate to be able to work with some of the most amazing companies across the globe. you come in and this is where we are delivering value to across the world. We are super proud that we are able to work with all our clients that we're working with today. With that said... these type of companies And also I think it's sort of something that's quite telling us that is the vast variety Let's get into some sort of demoing. I think before we get into demo, just... I quickly want to actually talk a little bit about the product and what of the different types of companies that we actually work with. the key parts of the product is. I think that really speaks to the way that And then I promise you, I will give you a demo. We as a company provide services to so many different different kinds of industries. And the Of course, a lot of the focus that we have is on the Europe Peer market, that's something that's really one of our kind of cornerstones. of... of our solution. We have a very strong focus on making sure that we meet all the kind of compliance needs and All the kind of GDPR requirements that we see out there. which I know is very important for a lot of you people joining here. So we're happy to say that. We are all kind of in tuned with that. So, uh, there's not a Video,. I think this is sort of the core of what we actually do. We Video, people here. we do see Video,. is the human side of technology of our times. I think we've been... very good across the industry to kind of be more build more efficiency into our different Platform, and in our websites and so forth But we lost all of that kind of human interaction. And that's Video, really comes into play. There's no doubt that a lot of Video, that are being consumed are either in short form or long form. It's really sort of the becomes in this area that we are in the main me the means of communication. I But we also see this already in the kind of data that we get. From across our companies that we're working with We do see, especially within the kind of B2B be a burst, how they are engaging Video,. Especially when you have a more kind of complex service or product that you want to explain more in depth it's a great way to kind of mix that in with your kind of uh your overall content market strategy. And it's quite telling that it is. primarily used now as the main channel to reach out to your audience. I This is a snap, I think. It's tells a lot of the power Video,. It's the most best way you can engage with your audience and we see that also in the way that the audience then also responds it's the way that they spend time on your channel, on your website and with your information. very much a strong telling number in that sense. So, uh... Let's start with all of this and this is sort of where we start to come in. uh when it comes to c dot How are you working with VideoDays,? And this is one of our kind of crucial bits of... the way that we help companies not only in the tooling but also on the strategy side. Where does actually Video, within your overall kind of engagement or your portfolio or your different channels that you work with you might be surprised how much of your engagement actually comes from video And where Video,... communication live within your organization. I think that's a little bit of the paradox of Video,. It's sort of something that's everywhere but who has the actual ownership that's something that will differentiate a lot between the different companies that we look at and we meet. in our day-to-day operations. but that's something that definitely is worth having a look at and especially in this kind of AI world that we're living in With that said... Let's get into some sort of demoing. I think before we get into demo, just... I'm just very excited about getting the demo part. So. Definitely, definitely no but. As Henrik just mentioned. We are the All-in-One product and I'll actually go through how we use all of the four different product pillars in your system or how in this case, our demo company Rangoo. we'll use it for a new launch of a new update to their software. So one of the key parts about video is that you need to be branded because already More than 50% of your space on your website and of your digital engagement actually comes from Video, people watching videos from your brand. You need to make sure that you're fully branded. That means having your CTAs, custom players, video 2nd. having all your own Webinars, intros to write thumbnails and registration pages and everything. in between this because it already is so much of your engagement. So we want to make sure that we enable you to embed and run and track all of Video,. across your channels on your website on your social media channels and so on. And one of the key gaps that we see is that people just aren't understanding who's watching and how they're watching the content. So we actually see that only 21% of our current clients are integrated with their CRM system. So that means that they don't get to understand exactly how Henrik might have watched a specific video. when he was doing so. And of course, we need this with a lot of different integrations. so that you're able to get your web analytics in or your CRM integrations like HubSpot,, Marketing and Salesforce, Marketing, where you can make sure that you understand exactly Who's watching, when they're watching, and what they're watching. So in 2018, we launched the first second generation Webinars,. Platform, some of the key features that i just want to highlight is of course the WebinarTray, We'll get into the Webinars, and how that makes making Webinars, so much easier for you. be riding the whole AI hype cycle, you might say, but... But of course, we're going to give you the ability to also do content generation so that That one standalone Webinars, you did then becomes 10 or 15 pieces of content. You can repurpose across your different channels, whether that's blog posts or social media posts to highlight clips and so on. And then our core mission is that we want Video, enable your organization. So what does that actually mean? Well, that everyone can have access to Video, that they can record and that they can share it and one of the core tools to do this Personal, video. that allows you to record yourself in your screen. mix it together and make sure that you edit it right there in your browser. but also that it's built for organizations so that you can have your organization as the center. Personal, do quite a lot Personal, videos, especially down here because I figured out how easy it is to so we get into our studio but also we have Personal, stands all across as the office but Why would you do it? because it works better because you get more clicks and you get a higher reply rate, especially for sales outreach. I do it a lot for support to explain More complex topics. And then the other part Video, enabling is making sure that Video, goes from Video, team. to your entire organization by something like Video, library. where you're able to have all your content in. a folder structure to make sure that You have access to it and you could potentially now I've left my phone over there, but you could also get it. with TwentyThree, app to access all Video, in Video, library. So this is really what TwentyThree, Platform, to do. and what it solves for a lot of companies. So, I love slides and everything, but... I also love demoing so I would actually really love To get into the actual product here. and show you what it looks like for Rengu when they try to launch their new update to Rengoo OS and how they kind of use all of the different tools available in TwentyThree, Platform, do so. So here we are in the TwentyThree, platform. We can see in the left-hand side, we have all the different tools that we need, videos, Webinars,, personal video, analytics. and so on. We also have the workspace selector. So if you have multiple markets or if you want to have a separate event that has different identity to your brand or you want to to keep your data separate or user access separate. You can have these different workspaces. For example, here we have drone days for Germany, US. or you want to have all your activity Video, library access here. We can also see all the activity across the... Rangoo account here. So all Video, libraries, we can even see that we have a Webinars, about this. Start wink. So why don't we get into it, we can go ahead and jump into Webinars,. where it's super easy to set it up. You just go ahead, you pick one from the template. I've done a little bit of kitchen style here. or TV kitchen style, I was trying to say. but where essentially I just created this one here. You have the thumbnail. You can add the different speakers that you would like to adhere. you can make sure that, okay, we have the right description, all the emails are set up and so on. And what we'll have access to then is also a... A beautifully branded registration page. for this Webinars,. So this will be set up during the onboarding phase or it's part of a design implementation. But then as soon as you make a Webinars,, it will already have a beautifully designed registration page. that fit your brand perfectly. And then we can come into the actual Webinars, room here. And this is where all the magic happens, Henrik. Because in here, you'll be able to mix between all the different people and Actually do a conscious decision of what is being shown in this Webinars,. But the best way to actually showcase this, well... That's just to run a Webinars,. So let's go ahead and go live. And then we can use the WebinarTray, that we have over here on the left hand side of the screen. So here, I always like to start my Webinars, with... an image. So then we have go play, go live and play Video,. Okay, we have Video, playing here. we can potentially say hi to everybody in the chat. Oh, we actually have some people checking in here. That was a very good kind of them. We switch back out here. making sure that we run through all of the different elements that we want so that we can and present the speakers and make sure that okay now it's Cecilia's turn and we just run her slides so everything that We need for this one will already run. fully automatically in the tool. You don't have to... to sit and have your notepad on the side or... run separate tooling here to actually see how to do this. You can share your handout files, you can run your actions, you can have your polls. potentially even say I want to run your Q&A session so we get the questions coming in here and the panel can say oh what role does IT play? So this really becomes your all in one tool running Webinars,. It's the setup. It's the actual production of the Webinars, and making sure that you can interact with the audience. But that's just setting it up and running it. Now we come to the fun part, Henrik. Because now we get to the part... we actually get to look at the data. So in here, once your Webinars, done, you get a full overview of how many people. signed up, how many attended, you can see it for the live session. what part was weak because people maybe dropped off for the question part. For the on-demand, when did people come in? or we can dig deeper into the full list of registrants where we can see everyone who was in here. but we can also see how long they were, but also go into a specific audience profile, we'll build these audience profiles. for everyone so we can see exactly how they've interacted with your Webinars,. how they voted for polls, if they... click your your email or anything like that. And the real power of this then becomes that we build out these audience profiles across time we'll see all the people that come in to view your Video, watch your Webinars, will have the ability to connect these, as I mentioned before. And then I've just brought up a quick example here of myself in HubSpot,. where we have all the activities coming in. We can use it in workflows and lead scoring and so on. But besides the... Webinars, analytics, we of course also have the recording automatically record the Webinars, from when you go live until you end the Webinars,. Then it appears here where we set up the Webinars,. You can always jump into this one and work with it like we would for any Video,. we can go to the editor and for example, cut out the highlights for it. We're also soon launching Content Studio which will allow you to With AI, grab the most powerful parts of your Webinars, or Video,. We'll do transcriptions of Video, so that you can have this in here. We'll both do it for the on-demand, but if you want it for the live, you can have it. have that as well, along with translation so that you have it localized to your specific market this is really what allows us to do all these great AI things. So that was a little bit about Webinars,. Now we're going to jump a little bit more into videos because... Here you'll have your overview of all your different videos and we can go into the specific videos and you'll have all your Metadata and your SEO and your key use settings. I won't bore you with that today, even though it's probably my favorite part about Video, marketing platform. But what I want to talk about is actually distributing Video,. So that could be, for example, on your main website. So this one is Rankwings front page, and we can see they have a bunch Video, and Webinars, here. but we just did the new highlight video and we want to add it to the front page. So all we have to do is go in on the spot here. We can and delete the latest one. Add the highlights. move it to the front and here we updated the front page with a Video, without having to leave the website without having to go to CMS or to Video, marketing platform. Or it could be something like having your... video section so you have all Video, available for people to watch and people can also come in and view a single Video, that you come in here, you have all your SEO tools, you have all your related videos. and everything will be fully branded to your own brand. All of this, of course, comes with state-of-the-art video analytics, so you can dive deep. into exactly how your Video, performing. So that's really the tooling you need to understand. how your Video, doing and actually distribute them in the right way fully branded. So now we're back on the home page here, Henrik, and that's because we want to talk about Video, library. I mentioned that earlier. We have this. available. I've added Video,. of the highlights to Video, library. So it's available here. Anyone can share it. Anyone have access to it in my entire organization. but we also have other things like our animations and pre-rolls and so on. Another thing we have here is we can use it in Personal, Video, we see there's a a couple personal Video,, but I've actually gone ahead here and opened the template. I can go ahead and say, okay, let me shoot Video,. from a template. This is already set up with a little animation in the beginning. I can just go in and say, okay, I would like to record here. I've pre-made my script. So let's go ahead and see here. We can... Just finish it quickly. Maybe we want to share something. I'm just going to record for now. But then we come in here, we can say... Hi, I'm Mads. Quick one for you. We recently launched Chrono S7, our biggest platform update yet. recorded in here you get to then come in edit it in the tool and then once you're done editing it you can make this beautiful page that's fully branded to your brand so that you can share that with your prospect, your customer. or your nice friend actually received a... a Personal, video from someone who attended TwentyThree, Summit,. that made me super happy the other day. So it can also just be a nice friendly reminder. But then you can take this, you can insert it in an email, you can share it on LinkedIn or or anywhere else that you'd like to so that you can make sure people actually get to see you get to have your face have this human touch to it. So, Henrik, and everyone watching for that matter... This TwentyThree, and this is the promise that... You can use all the different tooling. across your different touch points to make sure that you get to touch your clients in the right way. Brilliant. Thank you so much, Thijs. Thank you, Henrik. I know we can go on and talk about this, especially Thijs here, for hours. So I think it's... You've seen it before. I've seen it before and it's a joy to be part of that. And for us, it's now sort of... we've seen sort of some of the functionalities that We TwentyThree, provide to our clients But I think it's really important to stress that we're more than just Platform,. For us TwentyThree,, it's about... service, community and strategy. And Thijs briefly mentioned here TwentyThree, Summit, that happened two weeks ago now. which is the world's largest b2b video conference where we had almost a thousand plus people attending and it's really just One example of how we TwentyThree, work with bringing Video, industry together. And that's one thing that you also get on. of the actual service and the solution that Thijs has demoed here right now. when working with TwentyThree, also bring you a dedicated team. Thais is running the specialist team here TwentyThree, and they are there to service and support support you in any way you need. might be. We have a brilliant client director teams that make sure that you get the most value out of the solution on Platform,. And not only that, we also have something that's called Video, accelerator. This is part of our in-house strategy consultancy team and they are actually there to support you you and building Video, strategy Video, processes across your organization to again maximize the usage. and the value that you get out of using video TwentyThree,. This now leads to the next step. how to get upgraded TwentyThree,. So this is something that we're very passionate about as you can tell and And we would love to get the opportunity to. meet you, to talk to you face to face. There's only one thing better Video, and that's actually to meet face to face. And that's what we are looking to do. ask next step so if you have any kind of question or if you Do you think that this is something that is the right? step for you now and you're ready to get upgraded TwentyThree,. please don't hesitate to reach out ping us something in the chat email either Tice at TwentyThree, or henrik at TwentyThree, and we will make sure that you get all the support and all the needs that you might have. in the best possible way. That it sort of slightly starts to wrap it up. Thijs, anything you would like to add from your end? I mean, I just want to see a lot more people actually Video, in the right way. and well get started with Video, um i can see that we have a couple of questions that have just come in here. So let's see if we can bring one of these questions on screen and see what we have. So we have one here from Teodor that is, what is the biggest challenge for Companies getting started with Video, marketing platform. I think. it kind of depends a little bit on where you are. in your, we Video, maturity TwentyThree,. I think it's something that we've come up with as well. but there are some organizations that already have a full video strategy Video, organization Video, producers like we have Webinars, editors and so on and that's kind of okay then you are pretty far and then you need the right tooling but they're also the two-man bands Marketing. ...communications teams that really just need the right tooling so... they don't have to spend a lot of time on it. I think you have to commit to do it a little bit, but you should also... Find the right people to do it with you. either have an agency, we have a bunch of partners that can help you both. Produce super professional video and also make sure that you do the right videos and strategize it with you. or you can get help from someone like TwentyThree, have the... video accelerator with Dan Summit, who runs Video, strategy workshops and Webinars, frameworks and can help inspire on what to do and then you have the specialist team but Well, a little plug to my own team here. is that we run a very tight ship on onboarding to make sure that you actually get started. Because we could sell a lot of software, but if you never get started, you don't get any value out of it. So our biggest value proposition is also we really want to make it. happen for you. We want you to succeed with it. Video, that's gonna be one of our core elements. Yeah, just to add to that I think it's sort of we have the track record to be working with everything from completely green field where you haven't done anything with Video, the way up to having full kind Video, agencies and production companies. It's all part of an existing process in place. and where we add our additional value on top of that. So you will be in safe hands. So happy to kind of talk more about that once we actually get there. to know the business case a bit more. Amazing. I see it looks like we have one more question. We have one minute to answer it here. So what does it take to get started TwentyThree,? it's as simple as giving us a call or writing us an email or Clicking the booking link that should have been there in an action card but it's it will be uh be in there so it's super simple to get started we You can make sure that...
