So let's just dive right into it to the introduction of TwentyThree,. or 2.23. So... The next 30 minutes will be covering Short intro, obviously TwentyThree,, who we are, what we do. We're going to talk a bit about why we are so obsessed Video, and Video, in general. and why it's so important for you and your organization. And then we're going to dive a bit into the value that you actually get from TwentyThree, Platform, this is also where Thais will be taking you through a demo to actually show you Platform, it's going to be a quick one so So if there's any questions, again, feel free to follow up and we'll make sure to reach out. And then in the end, we're going to talk a bit about what is it actually that we deliver more than Platform, and obviously how to get started. and how to get upgraded to 223. So let's just dive right into it. So, a short intro TwentyThree,. We are Europe's only global... player in Video, software category. meaning that we We actually serve more than a thousand teams globally with Platform, across 80 industries across 70 plus 70 countries. We are around 40 people. based in Copenhagen like mentioned and found it back in 2005 and ever since then we have sort of been pursuing Video, category and how to essentially video enable. in this section We work with companies all around the world. As mentioned, we are global. Just a few logos as you can see on the Slide here. but obviously besides the big Enterprise we actually work with everything from startup and scale ups and and all the way up to Enterprise companies. So it's not only the big companies that gets the The pleasure of Platform, is actually something that is being used in many different sizes. and categories of companies. We are, like I mentioned, globally. We do have some competitors over the pond, but we are quite proud of European We always obviously always very proud of also innovating the product but we are quite Proud to be European. That's also why last year we announced our commitment. to only using European vendors for the product. And it's something that we... that we really try to honor and something that we We also see in the market that it's something that is being received well. So that was a very short intro TwentyThree,. We can go on and on for hours, but I think... In respect of time, let's jump into why we're all here. Video,? Here TwentyThree,. We Video, as sort of the human technology of our time. That means that a lot of noises going on in the world and in the communication that we do as companies, right? And we believe that the Video, the power Video, sort of brings authenticity and the human side. So the brand, and Hillbus. build relations with Customers, right? We know that we are in Video, era. which means that Video, really important in the way that we consume. All the content, information, news, everything in general, right? And, you know, even in a world where lots of content are made for low attention span the interesting thing is Video, actually succeeds in both those long and short formats and really works for the company. is right and in general We believe that that we are in a place where that authenticity on the human side is... is more important than ever to get out. And that's why also that we see it's becoming in the market. not a nice to have in terms of having Video, strategy and Video, marketing platform But more than I need to have actually. And we have the data to support that really. We know that Video, never been more important, like I mentioned. Just to mention a few stats to that. We know that 85% of B2B buyers prefer watching video. rather than reading an article, for instance. So the way that it's being consumed is way better than we see the general content. 86% of B2B companies are using Video, their content marketing. also so it is a rising trend and even think this number is uh year old so So it's probably even risen since then. And then last but not least see that 40% of website visitors spends more time on the side when Video, content so So it doesn't, it does not only sort of work in terms of the way that we consume it, but it also makes, uh, Customers and our visitors spend more time on the website and on our site and general interaction with our content. So... In order to sort of get around the topic Video, and and why we're all here today i just wanted to bring sort of few questions to ask yourself as a company or perhaps you're sitting out there as an individual in the company So first and foremost we have Video, strategy in the organization, right? Do we know where to take Video, we know the value that it should bring? both in terms of the communication that we have in sort of the upper funnel but actually throughout the company and throughout the journeys and internal communication and so forth. So it's a really important thing to have and it's something that we obviously also support. with. 2Nd question is how much of our engagement comes from Video, it's not to say that you necessarily know the numbers very few do But it's more to say it's a good thing to actually think about. all the budget that we invest into this area. It's good to think about what is actually the measurements of it. how do we actually do within this area and How much of compared to the budget we invest into how much of the resource and time to we actually also invest into it so it's just a good way to sort of get an idea of how important this is in your organization. Is it something that is already out there? Is it something that... needs to sort of being improved. And who is responsible Video, in the organization? I think that's a very important question. Who owns it? Who wants it? who drives it doesn't mean that you're the one. shooting all the Video, hosting all the Webinars,. It's just who's sort of leading the topic in the organization and something that we see as being more... a common thing to have someone in charge in the organization. and it's something that we see there's a higher need for, especially now more than ever. And then... Are Customers interactions becoming too generic and Personal,? I sort of led this Webinars, by saying the authenticity Agentic on the human side. So this is obviously something that we need to think about in a world where things are... it's quite easy to get some output out there as a company, but We really need to start thinking about how are we being perceived as a brand and How can we make sure that we are not just being a generic player in the market? But how can we actually get closer to Customers and actually build a brand that they can trust? that they are loyal to, right? So, and there's a bunch of reasons of why that obviously is good. And then the last one is all organization Video, this is really a question that is important to ask yourself in terms of all the different touch points that you have throughout the throughout the journey and and is is all Marketing, salespeople Customers success. People are they actually video enabled to To communicate with Customers and give a better customer experience. Because at the end of the day, that is sort of what we do here TwentyThree,. Video, enable companies. And that's what we are passionate about. and Platform, we deliver and continue to try to improve obviously delivers on that promise Video, and aid. And the way that we do that is actually offering a There's only Platform, that that enables video everywhere in your company. Uh, guys will obviously get a bit more into into Platform, specifics on how that works. But just before we go into that, I just want to... mention a few examples of the value TwentyThree, brings. So you can sort of have that in your mindset when Tides take you through the demo. Let's just look at some of the very perhaps obvious and not so obvious value points that TwentyThree, prints so So first and foremost, the branding Customers experience. is a really important one. We see that Today there's a lot of different channels Video, lives and we believe that they also should. But owning that branding Customers experience in Video,, in Video, Marketing really important. building your Video, Platform, video section. Video, hub, whatever you might call it. creating sort of that channel feeling. It also talks into a lot of the other value points I'm going into, but Overall, the branding and the perception of the brand is really... is really important in this particular area. Then obviously generating content and perhaps equally important repurposing content as well is something that Platform, really contributes to. There's the whole... SEO and GEO, is something that we also very recently announced some new features around. But Video, essentially an extremely important factor playing into SEO and GEO, strategy. and the performance and it's something that we Video, really contributing And those are the strong inspirations we know that nothing lives in silos, right? and neither Video,. It's super important to have those. interactions so you actually can use the attributions and data that you get. across all the different touch points and actually can make informed decisions on how to run Marketing where your leads come from. which is the next elite generation scoring in management, you know. Video, a huge contributor in order to to have people going from Marketing qualified lead into a sales qualified lead. which also leads into the next enhancing of the sales side right uh we're seeing video being super strategic format on how to both know when your Customers engaging with your content But also what obviously content and for how long and And it gives us an excuse for better words on when to reach out to a client. Customers exactly what to talk to. talk with them about and how they are sort of in that sales cycle or lead management. And then last but not least, the Customers retention and loyalty part of it. Video, a great tool for us to interact with Customers. to keep that loyalty both to the brands but also the people. that they work with in the organization. and we could go on for... much longer, but I'm just going to keep it at that. have these different topics in mind when Tides takes you through. through Platform,. So I'm going to hand over the word to Thijs to dive into TwentyThree, Platform, the all-in-one product. Amazing. Thank you so much for that, Christian as you all TwentyThree, is the all-in-one Platform,... everything Video, your organization. And I'll take you through the Platform, today and show you how Rengoo can actually launch a full product, do a full product launch based on using all four of the product pillars TwentyThree,. So the VMP Webinars,. video library Personal, Video, before I get into that, I just quickly want to talk about some of the key topics. that are on the product side of what we do TwentyThree,. So one of the key things is making sure that your brand is on point. So you already have a lot of brand elements, your logos, colors, typography, and so on. But all of Video, assets are very rarely actually being branded correctly So that can be things like, okay, do you have a... Customers play CTA. Do you have your Customers play or do you have Video, section for all your... content or for the actual content. Do you have a logo animation for the intro? Do you You have your own set rules for how you do. thumbnails for your Webinars, and so on. This is really TwentyThree, helps you enable as well. And then Video, already so much of your engagement. So why aren't you able to embed, run, and track all of Video,? everywhere and not only just see okay it has x amount of place, but actually understanding who is watching and how they're watching. One of the tools here is then actually attributing this to particular contexts. We do, however, see that only 21% of our clients are actually currently... integrated to their CRM system. Understanding how their users actually use Video, and consume the content on their websites. So we power this with all kinds of integrations. The most powerful ones, of course, in my opinion, being the CRM integrations, for example, for Hubs, but I'll show you this later, but also things like Marketing. Salesforce. or if you're using Dynamics or any other system. we're able to actually push in the information right there. on the contact level so you can use it in your funnel. And then to talk a little bit about my favorite part, or that's the Webinars, part, it's what we're in right now. but in 2018 we launched the first second generation Webinars, product and we're super I'm proud of this and some of the key elements. that we run in Platform, here is of course the Webinars, tree. I can plug a little bit that if you want to be a master at During the WebinarTray,, we just did a great Webinars, on this as well and how to make World-class WebinarTray, so that you can run your Webinars, end-to-end in the Webinars, room. We'll talk a little bit about content generation and how the power of AI can really enhance how you actually work. Video, across all your different channels. And then we want to talk about video enabling organizations. because this is something that's very dear to our heart. One way of doing that is with what we Personal, video. So essentially, it's Video, that you record and send to someone. It's not always that you can... Meet Personal, if you can meet Personal,. then you probably want to have Video, call, but sometimes you need to be asynchronous. Personal video isn't something that's brand new to anybody, something that's been on the market for 20 years, but we have made a tool that where I can record. edit Video, in your browser but it's actually built for organizations so it's not just for you but actually you can send it with you Your organization as the sender at a business card at a calendar link and so on. Why should you do it? Because it works better, because it converts better, you get higher reply rates. and potentially you make more money. The other part Video, enabling your organization is taking Video, from Video, team into the hands of everyone in your organization. It can be done with something like Video, library. simple system to have all your Video, and folders make sure you have that but also making sure that you have TwentyThree, app on your phone. So that you can access all of the content no matter If you're in Customers meeting or you're on the road or Buy your disc. So that was a little bit on... the actual Platform, but it's i'm itching here for actually just Getting into the product because I mean, what's better than an actual demo? So I am going to take you all. through how Rengoo can launch their new DroneOS 7. Does it have anything to do with our Webinars7, release later today? I don't think maybe it's just something that's on our mind here, but here we are. In TwentyThree, Platform, specifically, we are on Rengu Drone. So here they have all the tools, video, Webinars,. personal video analytics and so on. But they also have the ability to choose between their different workspaces. Rangoo, for example, has a specific one for the drone days that they did last year or for their specific markets in germany or the us and you'll also be able to see all of your tasks Video, library and all the activity that's happening in this workspace. Today I want to start by talking about Webinars, because it's super easy to actually come in create a Webinars,, click one of the templates that's already there, And once you create it will already have all the information needed. for that Webinars,, like the hero image, the speakers. Maybe we would like to actually go ahead and add myself as a speaker. and then it will already have all the information needed. along with description, handouts files and so on. We also make sure to have the full registration page. Just by creating it, you'll actually have this nicely branded page. with all the speakers, all the information that you just put in. and even have it on what we call the Webinars, hub. Up where we can see that we're actually about to be Live in a minute here. So shouldn't we actually go into the live room here? Because this is TwentyThree, production room, what it will look like when we're live in here. So to really showcase the power of this, I actually just want to... go live with this Webinars,. Then we can see over on the left-hand side, we have our WebinarTray,. And just have to basically follow the plan that I already set up in advance. and so go live and play Video, so i've picked the little video shimmer here at the beginning and then we can swap back out maybe want to say hi to people in the chat make sure that we introduce everybody and anybody who's actually in the room, hey. Let's see. These are the speakers. We'll swap to an individual speaker who can... run her Slide either by pre-uploading them to the tray or potentially just running them as a screen share themselves. And then we have to chat a little bit for interaction, but it's of course super important that we run this with all the actions. to actually drive people to order a specific member or have questions come in with the Q&A session or... get a feel of where people actually stand. using the poll so we can see what are actually the important parts. that people care about. So everything will be preset up in your WebinarTray,. so that you just run it when you're ready. Then after the Webinars, done, we have all the analytics that you need to understand how you actually perform. So whether that's live or on demand that you want to see. when the people actually access it. You can also see the full list of everybody who actually registered for the event, how long they watched it for, where they're from. all of these people will actually have their own audience profile within TwentyThree, we can see okay, you watched so and so much of this Video,... or you posted a chat message. And all of this we store across all of the different audience profiles. over time and with the integrations as i mentioned earlier you actually get the ability to see right here. Oh, let's see. We have a support ticket coming in here. Oh, it's It's good, but we can see the actual activity. coming in on Personal,. So we know how they're doing and can do it and lead. scoring on your workflows and do all of your Marketing activities based on this besides the analytics we'll have the full recording of the Webinars, we can always go in here look at the recording we can go to the editor I've actually already done a highlight reel of this write in the product so no need to download it or export it anywhere else. With all of this, you also get our AI transcription tool. This will work both for live sessions but also afterwards, both Video, and on-demand Webinars, where Everything is transcribed and potentially you can add any language you'd like. I think we have 70 plus languages. So whether you're Danish, Norwegian, French or Chinese, you just go ahead and add it here. We actually use this transcription for a lot of things. It's good for accessibility. It helps us a lot with making sure that we can generate content for it. So again, using some of the AI features here. but also to score it with SEO. so that if you miss the part, it can help you add the tags, add a description, add extra things for it. SEO as well. so there's a little bit going on Video, because when you have Video, you have full access of all of them in here. you can make sure that okay we have Video, that we want to push somewhere you can either publish it on Video, section I'll show you that share your direct links to it or you can just go ahead and embed it. So let's jump on to Rangoo's actual front page here because they love Video, Rangoo. So down here, they have three videos right there on the front page. and the highlight wheel here looks a little bit off. the thumbnail doesn't look like it actually belongs in this particular place. So I actually want to remove it. So I'll just go ahead and click the X here. I'll find Video, that fits better I'll push it to the front just because we can. And then right there, without having to go to Video, marketing Platform, your CMS system, you can actually exchange Video,. using our Spots, feature We also power Video, section. So that you have a place for everyone to come and actually access your content. People can come in and have this channel style to Video,. so that they can Keep looking in your own environment. but also have their own related Video, you own the experience. All of this, of course, comes with state-of-the-art analytics so you can really understand how how your Video, performing and understand what you can do better as well. so that was a little bit on Video, marketing Platform, Webinars, but from home you'll also always be able to access Video, library that goes across your entire organization. So that could be for getting all of your... pre-rolls and post-rolls of getting this highlight wheel that we just click together. Now I want to quickly jump into personal video because this is where you can really start going on to specific people. and tell them exactly what you want with this asynchronous video. tool. So I've just set up a quick Video, where I've chosen a template bit so I can go in and quickly record an introduction to Let's say this is two. Mess. So we just go in here, we press record, it will give us a little countdown. We have our our little transcript here and then we can just say hi mess quick one for you We recently launched DroneOS 7. You exit here and we actually get to edit it right here in the tool. you can select, okay, do we want to trim it? Do we want to do anything else? Once you're done with the edit, you get to make your own page here. You can add your business card or HubSpot, calendar link or 2nd introduction so that it's there. and then you just simply add it to your email and make sure that you send it out. Have Personal, touch and have more people actually access your content. So. That was how Rengoo drones do a product launch using Twitter. TwentyThree,, yeah. a lot of the a lot of different uh things in very short time i know it's It's quite impressive that the tights can actually limit himself to. to only roughly 10 minutes because there's so many different things obviously that we that we would like to show in Platform,. And this is just sort of the... the tip of the iceberg in terms of what is actually So we We want to obviously talk a bit about besides Platform, also what you actually get from being TwentyThree, customer.
