It's the world's Platform, to call mine authentic. VideoDays, Today we'll have here in the studio, actually just in front of me We have both co-founders TwentyThree,. We Thomas Madsen-Mygdal, and Steffen Christensen, two digital pioneers that have been pushing the world of digital for decades now. We also have Osmos Left Scare Dance, the annual fellow retail. He was also part of the agenda in TwentyThree, Summit, 2026. market who has been in the front and forefront. of reinventing market with everything that AI can do. So yeah, as I said, let's engage in the chat. Ask your questions in the chat as well. We're going to be answering them. and engaging with you in the chat throughout the whole event. And yeah, I'm so excited to what we have in store. So. next time Thomas CEO and co-founder. Welcome all. Today we're going to take a giant leap forward. by combining the world Video, Two worlds that's been running in parallel. until today. able to talk and connect. So... Today we are comparing them by taking all the power of Video, marketing platform. Phone, Webinars,, Software, Personal Video, Software, Video Library and making that accessible to connect and work together with your agenda. AI systems. So, So first a quick intro to Ruby on AI and just a little update TwentyThree, before we get to it. And for the last few years, we've been driving AI into being part of the The product experience that they make incredible value of the product. making it the default for changing things that weren't possible before. TwentyThree, the world's first video marketing platform. One of the three in the world, the only European global player. We know on in your relation to do every type Video, at any touch point. whether it's Personal, Video, one Personal, whether it's reinventing your website to Video, driven. and everything around was from very small Webinars, for targeted audience to Boop. global events. So today we're going to bring all that together and we've Video,, we've been AI-naped all the different elements. So you can Video,. Transcripts of everything powered Video, making your content instantly accessible even just for search internally but also making it possible to very easily create transcripts for your SEO and for your accessibility on Video, pages on your website. You can run a live transcriptions making your Webinars, accessible live and hearing to accessibility standards and also just making them more accessible if people are. in a situation where they can use sound to hear. which is The line to... We were able to do translations to 72 different languages. again making your content more accessible with a few clicks of a button button and a little last tweak of the text and proofreading to make sure that it's good. ...launch a lot of capabilities to generate content from your... Video, and your Webinars,. only generating Video, also creating video clips and highlights out of your Webinars, and Video, but also creating images or social media posts or transcriptions for your team internally to sum up a Webinars, what it was about because video ultimately is really a storytelling device like this launch Webinars, today. it's the beginning of something that can be many types of content. And last week we announced I was first on having full GNSCO for Webinars, projects capabilities so you can use the AI to help you enrich and use the transcription and optimize your content to be accessible. one step further and pull it up a notch. even higher. The last few years, the agenda of AI vision has really sort of been a big part of the drivers on AI. we're in a world where AI means a lot of things and there's a lot of excitement about all these incredible opportunities. Fundamentally, TwentyThree, we see agentic AI really as the democracy of the API. the application programming interface. We fall. using an API required that you understood an API. of how to talk to a product through code and through Chris and logic. But today, you can actually now, everyone can... can do it which democratizes the access to do it. And the obviously agenda ai is also a world of old a lot of Computers talking to each other to help make it easier for us as humans. human beings to make the decisions ultimately and decide and orchestrate. At 24. hours of full API coverage you have been able to more than 15 years to build anything with TwentyThree, want to build. for our API. but obviously the limit that you needed to be able to cut, you needed to understand. or API to be able to do it. with a generic video you're now able everyone are able to do it and even to start automating and Take your agenda set up and connect it together TwentyThree,. We call it a genetic view of a term. and a language to describe what's going on. the agenda excited Video, coming together for the first time So you can query, you can do analysis, you can do automation, you can do work. Flows and you can do creation and you can obviously do it both through prompting as a human being without needing to know our APIs or our But you can also set up fully agenda setups where everything is running automatically so you can query those things you're curious on understanding in your Video, Webinars, set up in human language and get the results and the analysis back. you can do analysis patterns of the of things in any way, form or shape, that you want across. Cross all Video, and your Webinars,. And you can... data into reports very easily in terms of the creating a portion of a reporting post a Webinars, or post a week after Video, has been published, etc. And then lastly, you can obviously automate everything so that different elements will trigger new things in your setup that are a new Webinars, being set up in 24 will trigger an energetic flow. in your agenda stack. And lastly, you can obviously workflows and you can run creation so that you can set up those 25 Webinars, that you met. out in your agenda set up and approved and decided upon and automate the The whole creation of that could be for Video, and it could be for new Webinars,, Personal, videos, personal video campaigns. So... That's our vision for a GenDict video. The world of Agendic and the world Video, coming together for the first time. We are truly excited about it. We've had it out in preview for a few months working with some of the world's leading marketers that are pushing the limits of everything that's possible. And we've already seen incredible results of making this accessible and to market. Marketing the access to really access the... product in a different way and connect it together with the rest of Marketing stack and systems and your overall market sheen which people are inventing in Agendic AI. every day. I'm gonna be right back. Talk we want to show to you and demo everything that's possible and in the end we got an incredible customer that has upgraded TwentyThree, Rasmus from Hello Retail to show it it all works together in his setup and how he's already benefited from the weeks he's had access as an early user. I will do it all to you and tell you and show you all about Agendic Video I would love to introduce co-founder and CTO TwentyThree,, Steffen Fagerström Christensen,. Welcome, Steffen. Thanks Thomas, so that is the A correlation of what can be done with a genetic Video, it's really about kind of getting this idea of all the power that But Thomas said, we were available to developers before, but now we're selling it loose and we're allowing people to use it. to scale and to automate. So To show you some of that, let's talk a bit first about the idea of agents. in these sort of small, but rather detectives or small actors that since the start actually building and automating around the AI. So we've all had a fun few years of being able to prompt and sort of to generate some text. But where this changes massively is when you can start actually getting people to act on your behalf and that's what the agents are. And for us, this also becomes the counter side of letting everything that is possible TwentyThree,, everything that's possible Video,, everything that's possible with Webinars,. So I'll be supercharged by the tools that The we're bringing in and allowing people to to be creative, to be changing the the practice Marketing, the practice of communication, the practice of human Video, interaction around that. To do that, You've seen a lot of these logos before. These are the major Platform, that are. acting in the AI space. It's open AI, it's cloud, it's... It's GitHub, it's Cursor and a few more. And what we're launching today is bringing TwentyThree, this list. So we're TwentyThree, capabilities to all of these Platform,. and actually a lot more. And what that basically means is that from today, if you won't be automating your workflows in any of these agents, in any of these each of your machines and products, you'll be able to rise less screen free. and you'll get a full skill that knows everything about your TwentyThree, up your workspaces your organizations Video, your co-workers the speakers in your speaker library the barrage you've run before, the brands that were really successful. The ones that maybe weren't and can help you make decisions on that. to drive more and more knowledge analysis. and ultimately better performance. Practically what we are launching is two different things. First of all, we're building a command line interface to TwentyThree, API. that, but it's basically a brain block. for being able to set these skills loose with your agents. and the scales are really the part that allows all the agents to be working. So all of this means that now you can copy paste a single bit of coat into your tools if you want to use our CLI and after that the things that you did before in the browser. You're going to see a list Video,. where we can basically do that. from any command line or indeed any any prompt agent. but for the things that you want to be running complex analysis on, complex reporting. a complex workforce around. This is where the AT&T Video Agenda and the tools that we're launching today. massively changes the dynamics That is only for the terms that everyone went away from. as the developer already. It's probably not that we're moving far away from it, but we want to be Building on top of this ability to take all the data that you've been and building between all Video, and the Webinars, and the categories and the landing pages and the analytics. and actually using them in the places that it matters. So... What if you could ask, well, let's order and use Video, categories or create some chapters from the recording. ...recording of our recent sustainability Webinars,, one of the most recent Video, TwentyThree, year indeed. how did my Webinars, last year perform in any chat agent that you would have used before and that's literally what we are selling free today. And here we are. There's the building again, the tools that will allow you to not only take these questions, but to build much more complex ones, to build the workflows around them. for you also to come up with new ones that matter for Marketing workflows. So that led me into demo mode. As I first said, I'm really quite excited about several studies on on the demos here. I just want to make sure that I've shared my screen. Otherwise, I'll make sure to do so. Hang on. You also see in the studio to begin with and there People around me are saying, well, you forgot to share your screen. The agent couldn't do it for me. Hopefully that sets us off. So... our own page TwentyThree, and the genetic video release that we're doing today It shares all the differences and all the moments that we're driving with this. But it's also where you can actually find the very quick installation instructions to literally go here and copy a Pronto. All of this is also available in the product. So now when you log TwentyThree,, you'll get a nice new agentic video icon up here. here and I can actually start saying well how would I go about the getting started. If I wanted to, I could... Yeah. go into full internal mode But I could also be saying, well, I want to be doing this with Cloud Code. or indeed any other agent framework out there, we are supporting a lot of them, including watching What you would get from Google, what you would get from Microsoft, what you would get from GitHub, what you would get from OpenAI. and so on. So, the only Platform, you're using for your genetic workflows for your setup with your All the tools, now you can TwentyThree, into that. Let me get started here. So I'll copy this prompt and I'll pile up my agent of choice, which today is going to be Claude. So... I'm just pasting in this prompt that I copied from my page. So... This will do is actually connect to to our skills and to our CLI and it will start looking about how do I actually enable this. for users. It's not by checking that everything is installed that is needed on my computer. and then we'll figure out how to install all the basics, the command line interface, and we'll check so that everything here is ready. And it will also give me prompts in order to get access TwentyThree,. Actually, you just learned from the page I was on before, for the day over. I will quickly just write that I'm going to use my demo account and paste in my credentials. So, that's it. So right now what's happening behind the scenes is it will figure out how to install the most recent version of the Agenda Video Framework from TwentyThree,. It will connect to my workspaces. I can switch between different access workspaces that I would want. So if I have a a um has different videos than the ones in the uk i could switch between those different contexts. Now I'm connected to to TwentyThree, and to my account here. And now I can go in and I can write, let's wait for you and say, list the most recent videos. your spam mistakes will fill out what I'm looking for. So this will be able to hook into All of the different content I have on my TwentyThree, account. So we're basically a list and we'll say well these are Video, that have been been published on my account, I can go in and say, which of these is the longest. and does it have subtitles for accessibility These are pretty simple examples where you can see how the data from TwentyThree, all the practices around it will be available in your agent of choice. we can obviously go a lot deeper on on some of the use cases there for actually building workflows, for building automation, for building new... query tools and everything else. So a few examples of those would be this one. where I've asked my agent to analyze Video, that were published month by month. and just change to see where the engagement rate has been. has been changed and the volume of leads generated has changed. and then to send a weekly report to the team afterwards. This is This we need to know a lot about the context of. What is the account? What are Video,? What is the actual analytics? Did we actually change the cadence of... or publishing, what does the engagement rate, what does the lead mean and so on. But in fact, all of that is in the skill and the AI has been trained. to use all that content TwentyThree,. So as I'm going through this, I don't know. get a fair amount of chart just saying well how on my thing workspace here has my engagement been impacted by the change in publishing? on the account. So this kind of reporting analysis workflows. are pretty clear. We spoke a lot at Twitter about the urgency of accessibility and Video, is a vehicle for becoming more and more accessible as an organization. And a jazzy Video, push that even further forward. by making sure you can audit your content and make sure you know exactly how well you're doing. So, pretty complex idea here as well. I'm asking you to review the content on Video, 2nd make sure that the there are quality subtitles available in our five key markets. You can see a lot of the components here. And if you were driving this from a... from a user perspective. This is important and it's something that you would do, but you can also see how this We'll save some time, how this will get the quality reports and also how you can automate running this again and again. To make sure that you actually get accessibility for Video,. So, just to go through it here. What you'll see is, okay, I'm authenticated. I have access to all my content. I have 175 Video, check. Then I actually scan them, review it's going to say my key markets based on them. on the existing translations that are in the the end account might actually ask for them. And all time will also go down saying, well, actually, these are the cases where I only have drafts from my for my subtitles. These are the cases where stuff is published but auto-generated. So it gives me a really solid report of everything that I'm doing. And obviously this is a sample case. But you can see how a prompt, a complex idea and this idea of automation. will vastly change how you can build content around videos and around Webinars, with Adjantic Video. We spoke about our own about being content as well. So another example here, I have a transcript from a meeting I met with The Webinars, team and we discussed what the Webinars, that we're going to be hosting in in July is going to be. My colleague Bill mentioned that that we already had a trailer Video, the Webinars, so we could use that for the landing page and actually where we have some speakers to use in the speaker pool. So... prompt that and say, well, actually, we're building a change group from that meeting. And the draft so I can review it. sure that the right speakers are there, the right descriptions are there. The right trailers and everything else is there. And... pretty complex idea. It will take a time for the AI and might actually ask a few questions what did you learn when you said tice is this time so the other time so this person that you mentioned wasn't in the speaker pool so you might want to actually give you the details of that Personal, I can send an invite. Before obviously, we get a forum Webinars, and a link to actually open it up. in administration and let's see Hello, backside, it's my Steffen Webinars,, I came in with All the details that I need, I can review and start I'm going to copy-edit this in a bit, making sure the speakers are there. might want to review the exact bios, all that kind of stuff before I send the invitations. but it gives me the right up from that conversation and that meeting into being able to set up the Webinars, and run it almost immediately. What the- parts of things and is in a lot of cases talking about how do I prompt better. And programming is crucially important in In the genetic video world, it's about asking the right questions to get the right answers. about the agenda, that isn't just about videos and Webinars,. Rather it's about taking that world and connecting to the rest of them. of your team. So, example B to to Webinars, performance, but also actually to send a weekly Webinars, performance report to the rest of Video, team. on Slack. almost impossible to orchestrate before at least you would need to do some API hacking, you would need to know a bit about Slack, who's on Video, team, all that kind of stuff. But now, it will actually allow you to pull on the Webinars, performance And I also figured out, okay, I probably need a slack connector. I need the... I need to allow, in this case, Claude to be running this job every week. where you can kind of see how this enables new kinds of workflows new kinds of performance and really empowers Not only the developers, not only the tunnel builders, but everyone to be building advanced workflows, advanced automation, and really supercharged. Video, usage Alright. We are extremely excited to see how you're going to be using this copy the prompt insert it into your agent of choice and get started Let me welcome back to tell you more. Thank you, Steffen. So much power in an agentic video. and so early on the journey we still are. on seeing where this can really take us. In AI there's a lot of hype and when you've been around the block in a few hype cycles. you do get a little bit of the bulk of trying to figure out what is actually hype and what is for real. And TwentyThree,, we are... very committed to all the things that are for real. about AI and Agendic AI. not creating human distancing, of creating fake talking head avatars of ourselves. but using AI to actually make us do better Video, better video marketing overall. And I hope everything... We showed you today here inspires you to to go on that journey and try to start playing and start figuring. this journey out. TwentyThree, obviously also everything runs in TwentyThree, cloud we have no data leakage to big AI Platform, and we run everything locally on open source models in TwentyThree, cloud in Europe. So also we're trying to be very aware of what we're doing and and also find those compromises where What? we could get five, ten dozen more performance but also would leak. basically your data to to a big tech vendor if it was running on the models. So it's an extremely interesting field just now. and things really change. and things start moving. It's always about finding the people. who'd gone on the journey just a few months before. yourself. And today we are so thankful and happy to be able to introduce to you one of the absolute legends of going on this agenda vision of how that changes everything in Marketing. Rasmus Litsch-Golden has been leading digital efforts for 30 years. from building CMS systems to... Being the CMO of a great company He's been at the epicenter of... where the action is. And just nine months ago, He one late night started going back Back to coding. What? Closed Captions by CSI And since then he has revamped his team, his consultants. and the way he overall runs everything in Marketing stack and in Marketing. setup. So we're very excited about today to give you a little sneak preview from somebody that's just a few weeks ahead. of the rest of us on exploring what a genetic video really can mean. So please welcome Asmus Lit Skelton. Thank you so much, everybody. Let me... share my screen right away and I'll get started. All right. There we go. Yeah, thank you so much. Thanks, Thomas thanks, Steffen. And first of all, thank you so much. for letting me try this out. For a while now, this is definitely not a The demo of us testing The new agentic video features from TwentyThree, I will show you how we have put it into real production across our digital channels. So as you can see here in the bottom left corner, I'm the CMO. and this is also not a presentation of what we can do with the development team, it is very much myself being a very hands-on. AI focused on Marketing and sort of trying to push what is possible. with these new features in our stack. So first, just to set the scene here, it's not only agents that need a little bit of context. Human beings need that as well. When I talk to other marketers about where they are on their AI exploration journey for Marketing in In particular, it's a wide range, right, between those that completely resisted and feel it's genuinely bad and to the ones that Really want to get started, but there are all of these obstacles that they can't really cross. And then you've got the ones that are sort of excitedly diving in and trying it out. And then I would squarely put us on that side of complete full transformation. It really has transformed Marketing function quite significantly. over the past half year or so. This is our stack. And what's interesting here is not the particular particular names on the stack. What I want to say with this is that we're so much more focused focused on the workflows and processes in between the tools of our Martech stack. So what we focus on in almost all of our AI work is not about replacing software, it's about vastly improving the playbooks and workflows in between. between all of the tools in our stack. We did completely replace the content management system because I have a content management background and I have particular sort of reasons for why I would want to do that but apart from that we don't want the tech depth we don't want the maintenance we just want way smarter workflows and sort of the actual work of Marketing just enabled by AI. So a little bit of history about us. I'm from Hello Retail. It's an e-commerce personalization Platform, a lot of Proprietary AI in our systems. We felt we needed a rebrand about a year and a half ago. and decided to go with this very sort of untraditional style in our messaging, very inspired by The Economist. but taking taken into a b2b software world And then we wanted to use much stronger or have a deploy much stronger use Video,. because everyone otherwise will just look the same with the new AI tools. But what is so super authentic and original is Video, content of. our peers and colleagues and partners. So This is getting into the example of how I'm actually using the new agentic features. we had a new product we wanted to take to the market. It's called product agents. It allows you in e-commerce to send extremely... Precise emails to your customers about when to replenish a product. what products to buy after each other and so forth. So we wanted to sort of experiment with and take these TwentyThree, agentic features and experiment with how we could use that. to the maximum advantage for how we take this product to the market. Video, is such a high trust format for us. It's how we sort of show what we actually can do with our software. and it actually touches so many aspects Marketing there's both the the brand perception, there's a lot of product Marketing goes into it, there's social media. There's a lot of SEO and GEO work that's enabled Video,. and that is what I want to show you now. So here's one example of those processes or playbooks that that we created with really rich use of the the TwentyThree, CLI plus skills and in our case it's run through But as Steffen said, you can use a number of different AI Platform, to run the new features but this is all going to be very cloud centric So This all starts with us tapping into the transcripts TwentyThree,. They're really good in the sense that TwentyThree, using AI already to make sure that the chapters that it presents to the AI models that you can use through either the UI or in this case through the AI tools. actually makes sense that the timing is right, that they're categorized properly, and using the the transcripts in that way. So this is a simplistic version of it, but there's actually quite a bit. going on here in how we are taking long form videos and turning them into multiple blog posts one per chapter of a Video, So it all starts with a chapter in the transcript coming out TwentyThree,. Then we send it through our SEO pipeline with various tools that we use to to enrich and brief Claude in how to position a blog post, how to write the text, how to fact check it up against our own product docs and making absolutely sure that no hallucination can ever happen. And then it is using... anthropics, managed agents. where it can sort of go into a loop where it starts grading the material that has been produced until it reaches a point. where we have defined this as satisfactory for actually publishing. and then we go all the way to the actual. Publishing of a blog post. on our website. So I've been thinking about what is it that is so interesting. about this being agentic and not just API. And you guys TwentyThree, also touched on this before. What is so powerful here is that I can and ask, in our case, Claude, to read and midway through the production. pipeline. So you're not just firing a workflow that will try to sort of go from from one to all the way to the end through a number of steps. You can ask the agent to start. sort of in midway through the process reason about what actually makes sense here. Does this chapter warrant a block post, for example? will this end up in high enough quality and so forth. So again here, this is the starting point for everything for this particular workflow. Starts with the transcript and then here's the end result with a published block post in this case that is using TwentyThree, embed at the top It has then zeroed in on a particular aspect of a long-form Video, turned that into an entire entire blog post including all of the fact checking including all of the reasoning from the agent side about does Video, chapter actually make sense to to publish a blog post about We also use the TwentyThree, skills for creating things like libraries. Video clips or the chapters in this case. and we publish this internally to our sales. so that they can get to very particular chapters that they can then use in adverts. conversations with customers and prospects about what in our products actually makes sense for them as a business. So this sort of unlocks a very rich. sales enablement catalog for us. that we weren't really able to do before. Here's another example. This is more on the experimental side. We're also thinking about how could We expose our chapters sort of in a thematic way to actual users on our website. And instead of asking you to go through this one Video,, So we would present to you a way to sort of and go into a deep dive about a particular topic. So fundamentally what I have found in all of this work in the past couple of months, Getting onboarded with the TwentyThree, features is that we have now allowed Claude, for example, has one AI LLM model. to completely operate 23. But again, not as a script, not as a walkthrough, but with real agentic reasoning. in between the steps, which is sort of the crucial unlock. So from my vantage point as a user of these features, What was shipped was sort of a manual for the AI. and the commands will sort of tell Claude in my sample. what is this useful for? And then Claude can reason. and say, okay, I want to use this path forward or it can take another route. So in terms of output for us Marketing, this means that just a sort of a simple one to our AI coding session. does not result in sort of just a a blog post but it can result in a completely indexed video library we have six different SEO blog posts coming out of one long form. article, a lot of AI optimization. and like I showed before, the internal sales clips catalog. So I want to leave you with this final point here. what I'm doing on my team is really to sort of instill that you've got to train your AI intuition, and that will simply just outlast every sort of model. that you will use. and we want to be at the bleeding edge of that. And TwentyThree, such a great example of how we can do that. Thanks. So for everyone else that's been watching Video,, it's a journey. and we're still early, which is an incredibly exciting place to be. I'm the Video, available today you can install the CLI and get going and make sure to also connect with TwentyThree, client or specialist to make sure that we keep you up on everything being updated and shipping. and to hear your journey and your story about how you reinvented ...inventing your overall mindset up. with Adjendic Video.
