I I am Christian. I'm the head of enterprise customers. And I'm Thijs, Head of Specialists. And we've been really excited to bring this Webinars, to you today. It's going to be the very first version of introduction TwentyThree, A weekly Webinars,? So yeah, we're gonna have 30 jam-packed minutes and Christian We're going to talk a little bit about what we're going to talk about. So this will be like I said, every second Thursday at 10. So this is the first one as Taz mentioned and So I think let's just jump right into it. So today, introduction TwentyThree, and I think let's talk about what you can expect the next 30 minutes. so, essentially we'll give you a short intro TwentyThree, why we are so obsessed with Video, TwentyThree,. TwentyThree, talk about the value and the Platform, will run you through a demo and show you all the ins and outs At least with the limited time we have. And then in the end we're gonna talk about how to get upgraded TwentyThree, and what that means so i'm just gonna dive right into it so let's start with a short intro TwentyThree, TwentyThree, is Europe's only global... player in Video, software category. What this means is that we have a Around Plus 1000 teams around Europe and globally using Platform,. We serve over 80 industries and in more than 70 countries. We are bootstrapped. Comedy meaning that we have sort of the the full responsibility and all of keep developing Platform, and everything we do. I found it back in 2025. 20 25 And we are around 30-40 people sitting here in Copenhagen. Right. companies all around the world with world-leading brands and we're very honored To have that as our everyday life here TwentyThree,, where we try to serve and bring value to just the... a few logos that you see here on the screen. And... in Copenhagen and more specifically obviously here in Europe, which we are quite proud of and like I said we are the only European player If you look to the units and everything, obviously there's on logos, but we take quite a pride in being a European provider and this year we announced that we have Our commitment to using only European vendors for our products. So it's something that we are quite excited about. It's something that we'll obviously keep doing as we keep innovating the product. product and Platform, so that's definitely something that we tend to honor. and care a lot about So that was just a short intro TwentyThree, and I think as we go through the presentation and everything that we have to show today you have We want to better understanding of what we do But before we go further into that, I want to talk a bit about You know, live Video,... because here TwentyThree, we are we obsessed with Video, good reasons that we believe and perhaps for you out there you are already very obsessed about video perhaps it's something that You are fairly new to the mantle. you obviously understand part of it, you might interact with it on a daily basis, Here TwentyThree,, we believe Video, matters, and we believe... that Video, sort of the human technology of our time. The past video brings authenticity and So the human side to our brands and to our companies and it helps us build relations. and it's something that we I think see Video, so important in the world we live in. We may not think about it very often, or perhaps we do. but it's how we consume most of the information and news and individual content that we consume. you know, even in a way where Yes. All the content I made for a low attention span. The interesting part Video, is that it both succeeds in long and short formats and yeah it's something that um that We really can resonate with And when we... When we see something work in the world of consumers and all the sort of consumer behaviors It's become quite important for the world of business, obviously, as well. We see it with so many different parts of technology that It's starting to become more and more relevant. Obviously, Video, been for quite a while. and then it starts to Be more on the top of the agenda in the businesses. day after day it's all about people right even in business it's all about people It's people taking the decisions during the week. and it's the planet that we need to build relations with. and I think S-uh... we have some, Summit, sort of support that. Because it's very clear that is backing some of that up. We see the importance Video, and building brands. and that also goes for obviously the B2B brands Video, never been more important in building brands and b2b brands. So, remember that in the first- 100% of B2B players prefers watching Video, to reading an article. So it really tells Video, has that Power to bring the engagement. We know that 86% of B2B companies use Video, their content marketing. So... is perhaps not that Marketing divisions or teams think about. But it's quite clear that it's becoming quite a important for Marketing and marketeers. and we have 40% website visitors They spend more time on the sites Video, content. So it really resonates again to the fact If you like to consume video, Video, a great way to to inform, to talk about products, services, really everything, right? And having that as a cornerstone on your website is equally important. So, a family is sort of a dive into the demo and everything i just wanted to perhaps ask a few questions or a few questions that you can ask yourself as a company. and this I'm out. Do you guys have or not have Video, strategy? I think it's... something that we see more and more companies are starting to focus on. but i think still a lot of companies don't have Video, strategy They have all sorts of digital strategies and everything, but Video, strategy is still sort of a missing piece How much of your engagement is actually from video? We know that, again, a lot of people do need help. very few of the customers we speak with are actually aware of the engagement they have coming in from video. It's also something that they might not tend to um to uh measure that much um salt or something that the time is becoming too but It's definitely something that perhaps can spark some food for thought. And then who's responsible? Video, in an organization, your organization who sort of drives the topic, who's the leading part in it. who ensures that What you do with Video, the right thing. What's the vision Video, going forward? all these things. And we should... our customers interactions today becoming too generic and and Personal, this is why i have videos such as one too right to really create those relations and build that with your customers. partners everyone that you interact with within your business so it's just four questions that are quite a well to uh think about and have that sort of impact of your mind going through the session today So TwentyThree, Video, enabled companies essentially and And we are the first in all in one product that enables video. everywhere in your company. and Types will get a lot more into the specific product but here you can just perfectly see some of the things that is part of Platform, TwentyThree,. We have a mixing Platform, sort of enables Video, on your website and and sort of creating that the metrics and that's fusion and data of all the great things you do Video, across channels and Platform,. We have the Webinars,, which is obviously a central piece of the product in terms of hosting, like we do today, a Webinars,. that really can enlighten and empower the message you have regarding if it's about products, if it's about your service, whatever it might be, or just... a topic that you would like to speak about. We have Video, library and Personal, video. which really is a central part of enabling your customers Because we know that not everyone can host a Webinars, even though it's quite easy on Platform,. But it's something where we see Personal, Video, also becoming an enabler for the salesperson in the organization, or anyone who would like something Personal, this is out there and it's innocent very scary performance world Last but not least before we dive into Thijs' demo and slides I just wanted to bring a few examples of what the value that TwentyThree, apart from the product side and the all-in-one product that I've already talked about. We obviously have very much the custom experience top of mind. We want to bring the best customer experience. to our customers right i think that's the central part of everything we do and And, uh... apart from that sort of customer experience, We want to have the data and the distributions anything that comes out of that so we actually can do some Some, you know, insight, meaning decisions and everything that we... the race we want to do that repurposing content strong part of what we do as well so when you have hosted that Webinars, when you have Done the Webinars,. How do you actually make that live in many different formats afterwards? We also look very much into improving this SEO and GEO. I think for most people and companies Congratulations, ground management. a very huge and central part of our product and it's sort of the main purpose right of everything we sort of more or less, and videos such as Run 2 as well. It's a huge sales enabler. building relations is the number one thing you have to do when you have to work in the business, right? the cost of attention and reality so often we have sort of and creating leads and moving them from being perhaps a market qualified lead to a sales qualified lead now their customers we want to keep them right and we want to sort of keep them and and again Video, a great format for doing that. So at the end of the Video, enabling the organization, everyone from Marketing to the sales to the internal communication, pretty much everything you can think of. So with that in mind, I hope Perhaps some of this resonates with your business or perhaps relates to something that you find interesting and I think it's good to have a the words types. Amazing. Thank you so much for that. that question. So... I am super excited because now I get to talk about The Pr- Which is what I sit in every single day. We, of course, have a bunch of AI features in the tool, a bunch of transcription tools. content generation tools and we're so excited for the So we're going to launch our new AEO. tool as well. And then finally we have that you need Video, enable your company. But now I'm listed. Everyone. and videos with something like. personal Video, have a pro for that it's called Personal Video, you can record and edit directly in your browser. but it's built for organizations. since then it actually works you get more replies and a higher click rate for Video,. I've actually moved them into the hands of of your entire organization. These videos would reside in something like Video, library. folders, videos, somewhere where you can get in download them, share them natively in your browser or in TwentyThree, app on your phone. So that And here are... Now, I'm just super excited to actually get into the product and demo a little bit for you guys.
