My name is Cluett, Cluett Probert. I'm CEO and founder of Whitehat. So we're a HubSpot,
Platinum level agency. The story around video has changed over the years. It wasn't really
something that we put a lot of emphasis on in the past, but over the last 18 months it's
become increasingly relevant. It solves one of the biggest problems in marketing is how
do you get real authority content. But also it's naturally liked by most audiences. It's
engaging. People like to watch video. It's easy to consume. But the problem with video,
of course, is statistics and analytics around it because most people put their videos up on YouTube
and they don't realize or they're not getting the maximum potential from that video. So that's kind
of the platform TwentyThree when we came across you guys started using that platform. That's the
biggest change that we saw is that we kind of knew that video was a good thing, but we couldn't prove
it. And getting some numbers and getting some data back. We generate leads regularly from the
content that we produce online. Yeah, and the same for our clients. So it's the proof is there.
Fundamentally, it's a differentiator. The reason to partner with somebody who knows what they're
doing in this in this world is really key. You can fumble along and you can figure a lot of this
stuff out yourself, but it's better to work with experts. TwentyThree are experts in this field.
They solve a lot of these problems because clients are actually asking for this. So this kind of tech
is a differentiator for the agency's clients. It'll let the agency stand out and look good.
And that's really what we're trying to do in a competitive environment is to stand out from
our competitors and a strong video presence is key to that. I don't think anybody quite does
as much as TwentyThree. So the broad scope, particularly with the new webinar functionality,
that is key for us. Everybody loves webinars. So that capability. And one of the features of that
that makes it stand out is the ease of use. Single platform. You don't have to use multiple
tools. It can do email. It can do landing pages. It can run the video itself. And secondly, I mean,
it's a personal thing, but the level of support, the people, the friendliness of the team is
remarkably important when you're trying to implement something like this. You need to
know that you can trust the people at the other end, that you'll get answers quickly, that, you
know, there's always glitches when you're trying to figure out something new. Yeah. And if you can
get through to somebody and you get it resolved quickly, then your confidence level is going to
be high that you can do that for a client. So we've had a nothing but positive response from the
23 team really when we're trying to run webinars and implement this tech. I think my favorite
feature within the platform is the collectors. Now in the HubSpot world, we call them forms.
That's what most people would refer to them. But the ability to put that block, if you like,
at the start, at a particular point, or at the end of a video is really valuable. It allows us
to gate that content and we can then get those leads into the funnel directly from the video.
So that's the most obvious thing. And that obviously then triggers workflows, emails,
follow-ups, alerts to the salespeople, anything that we like. We can do lead scoring all around
them. You just saw me up on stage talking about 23, how we use it ourselves, the benefits that
we're getting. I have calls regularly at different stages of the funnel where people are just looking
for advice, where they're looking for guidance. And if there's even a vague possibility that
video is in full, then I'll mention 23 and I'll mention the platform. So yes, we're happy to do that.
