Webinars became business critical for us when the pandemic arrived. We would typically launch
our solutions at trade shows 6 to 8 times a year. When they locked down, we needed an effective

the trade shows are all up and running again, but we still use webinars as an effective way to launch our products.
They're especially useful when it comes to more science heavy products involving complex messages that
demand extra attention. We used to have customers come visit us in our in-house pilot
production facilities to test and refine their product. It may be only five different customers, but
logistically meant we would have to schedule those visits on five different days since they might
be competitors. By investing in our Webinar studio, we have made that whole process much more efficient
in terms of saving time and money, and we deliberately placed the studio right there next to our production
floor so that we have an interactive demonstration with our customers. And now that we have the
studio we use it in other ways. Apart from having webinars and live meetings for
the customers, we also have internal meetings. It's really proven valuable as an investment.
As a global company, one of the things TwentyThree gives us is the ability to localise and customise our
video and webinar content. We can easily take an English webinar and then add subtitles,
into foreign languages. And as it works with Baidu, it's a major plus for us since
we have a lot of business in China, TwentyThree is becoming a more and more full-funnel platform for us.
Someone might take part in a webinar for half an hour, and they might download a one pager while
they’re in the waiting room, watch a video on our website. So the data that we can extract is very valuable for
us and also for our sales teams. And from a branding perspective, TwentyThree is a great piece
of infrastructure. It's a professional interact with the environment with really sophisticated ways
to keep engagement high.
