The Royal Danish Theatre

One of the things that are important to us is to be able to show what we do to all of Denmark. As the national theatre of Denmark, we want to reach everybody, not just the people close to us in Copenhagen, but also people in Jutland. We also like to engage our customers more, to interact with them. Through a live stream, we're able to actually interact with the people sitting at their computers. They can ask us questions, we can answer them, we can offer tidbits, more information about what's going on on stage, something that's not necessarily easy to do in the actual theatre. The benefit for us in using 23Video for live streams is that we have full control over the user experience. We can control the design, the comments, all the features that we implement. And it's super easy to create and execute a live event. And that gives us a whole new way of interacting and engaging our customers.
