My name is Bjorn and I work with
customer success here at Pleo.
What that means is that I on board all the
Swedish customers into Pleo. And what Pleo does
is to provide company cards to all
your employees so you can empower them
and make it possible for them to make
purchases on behalf of the company.
At Pleo we use videos in various ways so of
course for the marketing of the product
on social media these personal videos
that we would send out to customers
and leads, but also on webinars.
And webinars have become a core part of my work
in onboarding as we had to scale up.
So the use of video today compared to a
few years ago is much broader. You have a much easier way into video.
I'm working with a webcam a microphone and a little light and maybe spent $200 on this
to make a setup and I could potentially
just use my mobile phone to make videos
So you don't really have an excuse
anymore not to do a video and it's
proven that people are actually engaged
in the videos and then it just makes
sense for me in my business to work with
video to create that engagement
because that engagement will finalize in
business for us.
The role the webinars play in our current sales and
marketing strategy is to be able to communicate to
a lot of potential leads at the same
time. So we would communicate a lot
around new product features that might
be super interesting to some of the
leads we have. They might have said no
to our product previously just because of
this feature so webinars is a good way
for us to reach out to all these people
at the same time. One thing we loved
about the webinar tool was also that we
could follow up and analyze what has
happened during the webinar
also look at engagement and how we can
reuse the content for other
platforms such as social media or maybe
even in our newsletters.
So video is the future and if you want to get started
with videos you should definitely look
into how you can scale with video but
also into a video marketing platform
like TwentyThree because there you can unite all your videos into one platform.
So make your webinars, have all your videos uploaded,
track them and see the data and
get insights from your videos but also
share them to every channel you might be
using in your daily business. I would
definitely recommend TwentyThree as a platform if
what you're looking for is really
growing your company with videos.
