My name is Henrik Rewes. I'm the Chief Digital Officer at Normig, which is a Danish agency.
We're a traditional full-service house, and that means that we are producing all kinds of material for our clients.
And at the moment, when we look into the digital, we are very much focused on the time gaps in people's lives,
where they actually want to receive marketing information.
Because we all know that people spend a lot of their lives on digital platforms,
but it's only a limited amount of the time that they spend on the digital platforms
where they're actually available for marketing messages.
That's a very interesting question, and what we see right now is that actually the mobile behavior is really interesting
compared to the challenges that we are working with solving for our clients,
and especially the time people spend on their cell phones, where they're not focused on doing anything in particular,
which is among half the time.
Traditionally, digital marketing has been very focused on the user scenario, where the user knows what they want,
where they're actually searching for something, for a solution, for a product, whatever it is that they're searching for.
We're focusing very much on the other half of the time, where people are not searching for anything in particular,
where they're open to new messages, new services.
Well, what I think is that all the tools are still very much focused on this scenario,
where the user knows what they want, and actually what we want to develop,
and what is the moment where the users are looking for something new, something inspirational,
something they've not thought of themselves.
And we need, we're actually creating new tools to do this,
because a lot of the classic tools doesn't really support very well those things.
You see some new things from Facebook, like the Canvas format and other formats that support this kind of behavior,
but it's still not, it's not something that comes out of the box with most marketing automation platforms.
Well, I would say produce a lot of great content,
and see what kind of content generates the response that you're looking for,
and then experience that path.
