So, let's get started a little bit and talk about some of the things we're doing to bring everything video together in one. First thing is that with the new TwentyThree, we're building an all new user interface to really bring all this power together. It's best practice from what you expect from modern tools that video has been lacking in. It has a beautiful product hierarchy available with all the power of the overall product available to all users at all times. It has your personal bar and it has your activity stream knowing everything what's happening in the company. It still has this very visual object oriented UI that's always been the heritage of TwentyThree that we launched 14 years ago. And to share a little bit about the design vision of the new One TwentyThree UI, we have a little video from our head of design, Sander Kuipers. The new TwentyThree is a natural next step. Since our launch in 2009, our design language has centered around native visual objects. At the same time, our innovation has focused across different product categories, but always with a focus on video at its core. Now with the new TwentyThree, those fundamentals come together in a truly all in one platform. The new home screen is the heartbeat of your TwentyThree experience. We have a navigation structure that reflects the product hierarchy, an activity row that expresses the live objects of your webinars and new videos. We know our product is about creation and working with video, so we made our creation button stand out with our spring green brand color. We are moving from only specialists using TwentyThree to everyone in your company. That's why visually the UI is moving towards a more human and rounded expression that makes the product more intuitive and more accessible. We are excited about this new design and put the power of video in the hands of everybody in your company. So we are trying to solve some of the core things when what happens when you're suddenly all in one tool as a company of knowing what's going on. For a long time, actually the biggest issue was to get people to join your own webinars because they never got invited or to know the latest videos that were being uploaded because how did you distribute them to your team members? So with the new TwentyThree, we built a new technology called Activity Row, a new design. It sits on top of your home screen and it has these beautiful live objects that keeps you updated once going on. The live object even radiates and gives a little bit of live feel when you have a webinar that's live or just about to go live and you can one click and join the webinar. So we're really trying to move to auto communication, right? Because auto communication is the most efficient communication because automatically everyone are updated on what's going on. When it's solving one of the biggest issues on video currently, that so much investment is going into video. A lot of our customers are spending plus one million euro a year on video content, but it doesn't really get utilized or get into the hands of people that should be using it. Another thing we really wanted to solve and that popped up when you put three things into one is a very banal concept called synergy. And this is where we got really excited at some point one late night when we were working on it that when these products really are in one, a lot of things start happening that are very simple. We really had this moment where we were like, wow, this is really simple, but also really, really powerful. So with the new 23, everywhere in the product, if you're on a webinar, you can add the recording, put it into the video library, onto your website, into a spot. If you're on a video, you can push it around. Very simple human movements of pushing content back and forth, reusing the things you're doing in different contexts. So that's synergy. We're going to do a lot more on it and you'll see a lot more innovations in the coming months when you really start utilizing this. And it's definitely one of the things for us we're really looking forward to working with all of you on. Then one of the big issues of video has been that all the collaboration and the workflow around the videos have been manual, right? People sending a link to a video to your team, please ask for feedback. Finding videos are really tough. Knowing what's happening is really tough. So with the new 23, we're also launching a powerful new global search. You everywhere in the product just type and it's as fast as the search engines you used to know to search the global web. It has the stunning visual objects as your search results and in milliseconds you can find all the content. You can actually even search within the videos, more on that later. To solve the collaboration aspects, we've also been working a lot on tasks and activity because tasks just makes a lot of sense in terms of video. With the new 23, you can add a task to a video. Please change the thumbnail. Please comment on it. Please approve it. You can change the, you can put tasks on personal videos. Please make an extra recording here in the video somewhere or please comment on my video. And you can do it on webinars. Please write a new description. Please approve. Please look at my content in my webinar. So with tasks, it's really simple. In the product at all times you get the task and the great thing here and why situated task systems make sense is that you one click and then you can fix the task, right? So instead of having a parallel task system where you need to manually go back somewhere and find what you're looking for, right? Here you just one click and then you can complete that task, review the video, approve it, comment, put a new thumbnail on it or whatever. We also have a beautiful activity stream that keeps you up to date with what everyone are working on. Did somebody do something to the configuration? Did somebody add a new workspace? What's going on in your company? The last thing on workflow and continuous improvement is about making it fun and engaging to keep improving your videos. When we look at our customers' videos, a lot of them missing descriptions and a lot of them have the standard thumbnails because doing continuous improvement on the videos are really, really hard. So with the new 23, we're bringing an auto suggestion engine to 23. We call it Optimize. It has a beautiful motivational UI. We never overload you with suggestions on things, but we just keep giving you enough motivation to actually do it. So with Optimize, you every day get a few things you can do to improve. We auto suggest improving the thumbnails, writing a little bit of a longer description. We do it on webinars, we do it on personal video, we do it on different types of videos. So suddenly we're moving to a world where, as we know, small changes every day. After a few weeks, that's making a huge difference, right? So if you just spend a few minutes every day and it actually becomes a playful thing to try to get the countdown to zero for the countdown to start going up again at some point, I'm sure, with the engine. But making an engaging thing to continuously keep improving your content, finding old videos and post on the platforms or reuse. We're even doing discovery there of old content that used to be significant that might just require a slight edit, et cetera. So Optimize is a super powerful way to keep improving your video, and it's accessible to all users to keep on improving. The last thing is AI. And I know that everyone wants to talk about AI nowadays. Our vision for AI and video is a little bit different than most. The late Doc Engelbart had the great vision of augmenting human intellect with technology. A term and paper he coined at the same times in the 50s and 60s that we're now in, where there was a lot of chatter about AI replacing human beings, creating different realities, et cetera. So for 23 to embark on the AI journey for us is really about making video better, not about replacing human beings or creating fake video. So with the new 23, we are announcing that we are transcribing all videos automatically, something that used to be something you would only do and would be very expensive. So now, whenever you're searching for something, we're also searching within the videos. It's great for subtitles. It's great for translating automatically into a couple of different languages. It's great for accessibility, for hearing or vision impaired to the highest standards. And it's also great for SEO, because suddenly that video on your website that's 20 minutes long doesn't only just have a short headline and description, but actually has the full content of everything that's being said and discussed in the video. It's really simple. You're moving from a title and a description to a world where there's a lot of content available on your website. So we're trying to use AI to really do something that ultimately makes video better by making it more accessible to everyone and more discoverable and easier to find. You can even search for your colleague's name and you'll find all the videos that the person appears in or product names, et cetera. There's a lot of use cases to easily find a lot of content to do it. So that's our AI vision. With transcriptions, we're shipping plus 70 languages, easy clickable, and it's all available to start using today. So that's the core of really moving to being everything video. Let's get a quick demo up and running so you can all see it in action. To do that, please welcome co-founder and CTO of 23, Stefan Fakostrom Christensen. Thank you guys. I see that Emilia even left a drink for me, so that's amazing. I'm excited when the demo is done. Well I'm here to show you the new 23 and the home of 23. I'm incredibly excited to do that. And to do so, I'm starting out with a demo company, Rangoo, they sell drones and they are moving to become more and more video powered in all of their communication. And here I am in the new home of 23. It gives me a full overview of all the capabilities of 23, everything from videos and webinars, personal video all the way down to analytics and attribution. I also get a new overview of all the content I have in one place. You can see the activity row, all the new videos that have come in in my company. So for example, I can click anything here and quickly just preview what's actually going on in the organization. I can also see all the webinars that are happening, the ones that are upcoming, the ones that are live, the ones that haven't happened yet. And as Thomas said, when they're live, I can click them to join them immediately. So it provides this great overview of everything that's going on within Rangoo. I also get access to all of my content across everything from videos to webinars. And again, I can click anything and really go find the webinar that I'm looking for just by clicking there. The new activity bar creates an overview that also gives me access to see everything that's going on in the organization because video is not just about a single person but rather about seeing everything that's going on. The people that have joined Rangoo to help make more sustainability happen, the new videos that are coming in and even the webinars that are being created. So the new activity creates a great overview for collaborating a bit more. With global search, I can find anything that's going on. So I can obviously find drones, but I can even go down and say, well, I want to find some summit videos for the upcoming drone summit. Again, it's easy to find anything and I can click anything to just go find the highlights wherever they are. Lastly let me show you tasks. So tasks are this way of making sure that everyone gets access to collaborate on the videos, whether they're personal videos, webinars or videos themselves. So in this case, Shardal has been kind enough to ask me to create a great thumbnail for this video that she's been working on. She's saying, hey, it's not really a good thumbnail, we should find a better one. And I'm absolutely able to help her do that. I'll see that this thumbnail is vastly better. And now when I'm done setting the thumbnail, I can take it off and she'll get notifications to say, hey, Stefan actually approved this thumbnail, we're ready to go. She's also asking me to review and approve the video. And obviously now that I'm here, I can play through, make sure everything looks great, and I can then let her know back that I give this a thumbs up. So really, really simple tools, but also powerful tools to collaborate on video. Let's make sure this works. She also assigned me a task to go find the right video for every webinar that she's running. And that's actually really nice because she told me that, hey, I couldn't find this video. I knew that Kenny was talking in the video about something, but I couldn't really find the video we wanted to play out in our webinar. But I happen to know that Kenny was talking about batteries in the videos. So now I can search for battery and I can actually go find this particular video that Shardal and I want to use in our webinar. And I can see that this, well, it doesn't match the title, it doesn't match the description, but rather it actually matches the transcriptions of the video. So everything that's being said in the video in any language is searchable and findable for everyone that I use in 23. And now that I've found it, I can use our new synergy features to add this to the webinar trailer, or as a webinar trailer, within the webinar that I'm setting up. But actually, what I want to do here is show you transcriptions. So transcriptions are really, really easy to use. I already have an English language here. If this was a new video, I could say I want to have them transcribed. Second later, it would be available. And I can also go and obviously add transcriptions and work a lot more with it. But I actually noticed here that you just asked me to translate this as well. And as you know, if you've ever worked with transcriptions in videos, translating subtitles from one language to another is a chore. No longer though. So I'll find a language here. Let me say that I want to translate this to Swedish. Now the Swedish is added. And as this is happening, we're using our powerful translation engine across 77 different languages to create a Swedish language translation for this particular, oh, that's a great demo, for this particular video. So this works across any different language. And you can easily create transcriptions, create translations, publish them, use them for search. And when I've done it, that is available again for search, but also for SEO and even available on the video page in a full transcription that's available SEO-wise for Google. As a webinar manager at Rangoo, I might also want to keep my videos fresh and keep them up to date. So I'm using Optimize for that. Optimize is highlighting the videos that might not get the best descriptions, the best title and so on. And I can quickly go through the highlights and change this. This is a great drone view. And so on. So it's extremely easy to go through a lot of different content and will even surface new recommendations and new highlighted potential for recommendations every week to make sure that your videos keep being updated. That's it for the new Home for 23. Hope it really works for you and back to you, Thomas.
