Without further ado, I would love to present to you Co-founder and CEO of TwentyThree Thomas Madsen-Mygdal. Wow. Amazing. Welcome to the launch of the new TwentyThree. Welcome to all the thousands of people joining us online at this year's Video Days, and welcome to all of you here in the room who joined us for our inaugural TwentyThree Summit. Today, we're going to move forward and take a big step forward in video. At TwentyThree we are destined to live in this and be building this video technology that is defining our times. Whether it's wars being fought, also on webinars and video elections being one new culture emerging, our kids being taught by watching videos in their defining teenage years, video is everywhere. Video is one of these core technologies in our times. The computer, whether the one you have in your pocket or the one you use on a daily basis. The beautiful internet that connects us all together. And the video is sort of this thing that runs on top of that stack, right? Video is this thing that's almost, you know, as good as being there in person, right? It allows us to transport vision and sound over time and distance, whether it's asynchronous or live video is at least probably as big paradigm shift as the as the printing press, the Gutenberg that defined the last 400 years. With video, we're about 135 years in in the opening credits, you saw the Round Hay Garden scene from 1888. The last sort of recorded video that still exists that started as sort of this era we're in. We're now in this period of of video of really the video era after the film and the television era, right? Where everything is massively democratized. We all have the means to record video and we all have the means to distribute them. And that's really the the theme of what we want to be doing today. Today we're launching the first all in one product that enables video everywhere in your company to make video that is something as natural as communicating by text, as writing an email, as sending a message. It's a breakthrough product of a new category coming together. And it's also about 8 or 9 key innovations that we're really looking forward to sharing with you today. Our whole team has been working incredibly hard for years on building the things up to this date, and I hope you are going to feel a little bit of the excitement that we've all been feeling the last weeks when it all started coming together. But first, we wanted to start off just very quickly with a little bit of an update and backgrounder on TwentyThree. So at TwentyThree, we've been blessed throughout the years by being at the epicenter of some pretty major changes happening in video. In 2009, we launched our Video Platform that took it from being a consulting project, a hundreds of thousands of euros that people needed to custom build to put video on a website to being just something everyone could do for a few hundred euros. Every company and a lot of people very quickly started doing that. In 2016, we sort of moved from this enablement era of just being able to it was magic that you could play a video on a website to sort of moving a little bit up the ladder of it, becoming about video analytics and data and feedback loops, tracking, attribution, more touchpoints, social platforms, a lot of other things. We launched the Video Marketing Platform and coined the term "video marketing platform", that now widely is adopted by all our competitors as the industry category. In the 2010s, we started our journey on Webinars, and back then webinars was this peculiar thing that was audio only. And when we launched the product in 2018 as the first second generation webinar product, it was even controversial that it was video based. You can imagine that as being just a few years ago. The product was all about removing the barriers of needing to install custom software just to join a webinar and also to produce it. It's this stunning video based environment where you're mixing a couple of 2K video feeds together with graphics overlays and a lot of other things and really define sort of pre-COVID the new generation of webinar products that that you now would expect to see as, as the normal thing. And then lastly, in 2021, we launched the first personal video product for organizations moving personal video to something everyone could do in an organization. And starting on that journey of really making video a 1 to 1 medium and moving it to be in a lot of other touchpoints. So that's really the evolution and the journey we've been in. We've been blessed to be there. A lot of times when things were starting to shake, things were starting to move, and that's also what we intend to do today. At TwentyThree, we are blessed by working with thousands of teams in more than 70 countries. Humbled every day by the amazing innovation that people are coming up with. With the humble toolmakers that builds tools. And all our customers and users are the incredible innovators that are coming up with things we couldn't even imagine. And we are thankful for working closely with all the companies every day, all the people, all the ideas, all the inspiration, all the validation, all the energy you guys are giving us to keep driving forward. A lot of these companies are people that are doing important things. Three of the largest players in the sustainable transformation run TwentyThree. If you wanted to count the big five, even out of the big five, three of them run TwentyThree. And we're also seeing a lot of customers that are just doing incredible scale of video. A lot of our customers, scale ups, financial institutions, big companies are doing more than 600 webinars a year. So that's really a very big scale where video, where webinars are going from being kind of doing a webinar once every quarter to something where you're doing webinars for very small audiences and this sort of ultimate shift away from the broadcast metaphor. Also, a lot of our customers are in the public sector. One of the largest health care systems in Europe have more than 20,000 videos on TwentyThree to improve the patient experience, which we think is incredible. Municipalities, governments, et cetera. And that's really the scale and the story of where video is today is the scale. Ultimately, today we can announce that more than 4 million videos are running on TwentyThree. And just the last few years, more than 3.5 million people joined a webinar on TwentyThree. And that's really the paradox of video. That is this thing that we sort of take for granted. It's never sort of the hottest trend one year. It's just always there, kind of like the Internet. But video is already a huge economy globally. There are millions of people that work in companies dedicated only on doing video. I know a lot of you here in the audience and joining are some of those people. Lots of companies have studios, crews, five, ten employees, 50 employees working on just doing video. And also we're seeing a lot of agencies, video agencies, a huge global category. And at TwentyThree, we're working with 50 of the best ones out there on supporting the change to video production strategy formats, organizational enablement, everything. That's the journey on video. So video is already this massive thing, but it's all happening everywhere. So it's not like it doesn't even have a budget a lot of times, right? Because people are doing it across everywhere, across the companies and the organizations. Today at TwentyThree, we are the only European player in this global race to build the ultimate tool to enable a company to do video, which we're launching today. Our dear friends from Vimeo and Wistia in the US are the ones we're competing against and we're in this race to build the full feature completeness of both webinars and personal video and that we all have been chasing for for quite some years. We believe it's also especially important in terms of GDPR, local economies of building strong local players. So we're very thankful of all the support of building a core European player. Out of Europe. So just a little bit of a quick update on the journey that led us to where we are today. But today is not about the past. It's about the future. And that's really what we want to talk about today. So there are three design visions we set up for originally when we started this journey a few years ago to really redefine the category. One was that we wanted to move from video being a thing that was sort of here and there to being at every touchpoint. We wanted to move video from being something that a few people are doing, the video professionals, the marketing team to being something that's enabled for everyone in the company to be doing. And we wanted to move from being a bit of video here and there to be able to do all kinds of video, big webinars, small webinars, big videos, small videos, personal video, broadcast, video, social video, everything you want to be doing. And that's really the sort of DNA - three massive shifts in the perspective of shifting video from being something where we also were designing the product for professionals, for experts to being something where TwentyThree is something everyone in an organization should be using. You might also have seen the the categories. So the whole challenge of this product category is that video which we use as the widest term here to define every type of video, live, asynchronous, et cetera, is that the video marketing platform is one category, webinar is one category, and personal video tools is one category. And all these platforms have been used by different people, didn't talk to each other. Different teams buying them and they never worked together. Even just moving a video that you wanted to use on your website from a webinar or the other way around, or a great video you recorded that you sent to a customer, did you actually wanted to use for something else or play in a webinar is back to downloading it to your laptop and to your desktop and uploading it in a new place, et cetera. And that's really what we want to change today. So today we are taking three product categories: video marketing platform, webinar, personal video. And we're putting them into one. We call it the New TwentyThree. Or just TwentyThree. It's a beautiful all new user interface to really move you forward on having that product that you really should be having. Videos for a long time have been defined by the professional and the specialist, and now we're really unleashing the power while also still giving the professionals and the specialists even more power to make sure that what they work on actually gets used and gets out into the hands of the people. So that's the overall vision for the New TwentyThree. We are creating a new product category and we are combining the things in together to the sort of the product that ultimately can lead to contelligence in a company. So let's get started a little bit and talk about some of the things we're doing to bring everything video together in one. First thing is that with the New TwentyThree, we're building an all new user interface to really bring all this power together. It's best practice from what you expect from modern tools that video has been lacking in. It has a beautiful product hierarchy available with all the power of the overall product available to all users at all times. It has your personal bar. And it has your Activity Stream knowing everything, what's happening in the company. It still has this very visual object oriented UI. That's always been the heritage of TwentyThree that we launched 14 years ago. And to share a little bit about the design vision of the new One TwentyThree UI, we have a little video from our Head of Design, Sander Kuypers. Woohoo! The New TwentyThree is a natural next step. Since our launch in 2009. Our design language has centered around native visual objects at the same time. Our innovation has focused across different product categories, but always with a focus on video at its core. Now, with the New TwentyThree, those fundamentals come together in a truly all in one platform. The new Home Screen is the heartbeat of your TwentyThree experience. We have a navigation structure that reflects the product, hierarchy and activity row that expresses the live objects of your webinars and new videos. We know our product is about creation and working with video, so we made our creation button stand out with our spring green brand color. We are moving from only specialist using TwentyThree to everyone in your company. That's why visually the UI is moving towards a more human and rounded expression that makes the product more intuitive and more accessible. We are excited about this new design and put the power of video in the hands of everybody in your company. So we are trying to solve some of the core things. When what happens when you're suddenly all in one tool as a company of knowing what's going on. For a long time, actually, the biggest issue was to get people to join your own webinars because they never got invited or to know the latest videos that were being uploaded because how did you distribute them to your team members? So with the new TwentyThree, we built a new technology called Activity Row, a new design. It sits on top of your Home screen and it has these beautiful live objects that keeps you updated on what's going on. The live object even radiates and gives a little bit of a live feel when you have a webinar that's live or just about to go live and you can one click and join the webinar. So we're really trying to move to auto communication, right? Because auto communication is the most efficient communication, because automatically everyone are updated on what's going on. When it's solving one of the biggest issues on video currently that's so much investment is going into video. A lot of our customers are spending plus €1 million a year on video content, but it doesn't really get utilized or get into the hands of people that should be using it. Another thing we really wanted to solve and that popped up when you put three things into one is a very banal concept called synergy. And this is where we got really excited at some point, one late night when we were working on it, that when these products really are in one, a lot of things starts happening that are very simple. We really had this moment where we were like, Wow, this is really simple, but also really, really powerful. So with the New TwentyThree everywhere in the product, if you're on a webinar, you can add the recording, put it into the to the video library into onto your website, into a spot. If you're on a video, you can push it around. Very simple human movements of pushing content back and forth, reusing the things you're doing in different contexts. So that's Synergy. We're going to do a lot more on it and you'll see a lot more innovations in the coming months on when you really start utilizing this. And it's definitely one of the things we're also really looking forward to working with all of you on. Then one of the big issues of video has been that all the collaboration and the workflow around the videos have been manual, right? People sending a link to a video to your team, please ask for feedback. Finding videos are really tough. Knowing what's happening is really tough. So with the New TwentyThree, we're also launching a powerful new Global Search. You everywhere in the product just type. And it's as fast as the search engines you use to know to search the global web. It has the stunning visual objects as your search results. And in milliseconds, you can find all the content. You can actually even search within the videos. More on that later. To solve the collaboration aspects, we've also been working a lot on Tasks & Activity Because tasks just makes a lot of sense in terms of video. With the new TwentyThree, you can add a task to a video. Please change the thumbnail. Please comment on it. Please approve it. You can change the. You can put task on Personal Videos, please make an extra recording here in the video somewhere or please comment on my video and you can do it on Webinars. Please write a new description. Please approve. Please look at my content in my webinar. So we task it really simple. In the product at all times. You get the task and the great thing here and why situated task systems make sense is that you one click and then you can fix the task, right? Instead of having a parallel task system where you need to manually go back somewhere and find what you're looking for, right? Here, you just one click and then you can complete that task, review the video, approve it, comment, put a new thumbnail on it or whatever. We also have a beautiful activity stream that keeps you up to date with what everyone are working on. Did somebody do something to the configuration? Did somebody add a new workspace? What's going on in your company? The last thing on workflow and continuous improvement is about making it fun and engaging to keep improving your videos. When we look at our customers videos, a lot of them are missing descriptions and a lot of them have the standard thumbnails because doing continuous improvement on the videos are really, really hard. So with the New TwentyThree, we're bringing an auto suggestion engine to TwentyThree. We call it Optimize. It has a beautiful motivational UI. So even so, we never overload you with suggestions on things, but we just keep giving giving you enough motivation to actually do it. So with Optimize you every day, get a few things you can do to improve. We auto suggest improving the thumbnails, writing a little bit of a longer description. We do it on Webinars, we do it on Personal Video, we do it on on different types of videos. So suddenly we're moving to a world where, as we know, small changes every day after a few weeks starts making a huge difference, right? So if you just spend a few minutes every day and it actually becomes a playful thing to try to get the count down to zero for the count, then to start going up again at some point, I'm sure. Uh, with the with the engine, but making an engaging thing to continuously keep improving your content, finding old videos that you could reuse again and post on, on platforms or reuse. We're even doing discovery there of old content that used to be significant and might just require a slight edit et cetera. So Optimize is a super powerful way to keep improving your video and it's accessible to all users to to keep on improving. The last thing is AI and I know that everyone wants to talk about AI nowadays. Our vision for AI and video is a little bit different than most. The late Doug Engelbert had the great vision of augmenting human intellect with technology. A term and paper he coined at the same time in the 50s and 60s that we're now in, where there was a lot of chatter about AI replacing human beings, creating different realities, et cetera. So for TwentyThree to embark on the journey for us is really about making you making video better, not about replacing human human beings or creating fake video. So with the New TwentyThree, we are announcing that we are transcribing all videos automatically, something that used to be something you would only do and would be very expensive. So now whenever you're searching for something, we're also searching within the videos. It's great for subtitles. It's great for translating automatically into a couple of different languages. It's great for accessibility, for hearing or vision impaired to the highest standards. And it's also great for SEO because suddenly that video on your website that's 20 minutes long doesn't only just have a short headline and description, but actually has the full content of everything that's being said and discussed in the video. It's really simple. You're moving from a title and a description to a world where there's a lot of content available on your website. So we're trying to use AI to really do something that ultimately makes video better by making it more accessible to everyone and more discoverable and easier to find. You can even search for your colleague's name and you'll find all the videos that the person appears in or product names, et cetera. There's a lot of use cases to easily find a lot of content to do it. So that's our AI vision. With Transcriptions we're shipping plus 70 languages. Easy clickable and it's all available to start using today. So that's the core of really moving to being everything video. But let's get a quick demo up and running so you can all see it in action. To do that, please welcome Co-founder and CTO of TwentyThree Steffen Fagerström Christensen. Thank you, guys. I see that Amelia even left a drink for me. So that's amazing. Celebrate when the demo is done. Well, I'm here to show you the New TwentyThree and the Home of TwentyThree. I'm incredibly excited to do that. And to do so, I'm starting out with that demo company, Rangu. They sell drones and they are moving to become more and more video powered in all of their communication. And here I am in the new Home of TwentyThree. Gives me a full overview of all the capabilities of TwentyThree, everything from Videos and Webinars, Personal Video, all the way down to Analytics and Attribution. But I also get a new overview of all the content I have in one place. You can see the Activity Row, all the new videos that have come in in my company. So for example, I can click anything here and quickly just preview what's actually going on in the organization. And I can also see all the webinars that are happening, the ones that are upcoming, the ones that are live, the ones that haven't happened yet. And as Thomas said, when they're live, I can click them to join them immediately. So they provide this great overview of everything that's going on within Rangu. I also get access to all of my content across everything from videos to webinars. And again, I can click anything and literally go find the webinar that I'm looking for. And just by clicking there, the new activity bar creates an overview that also gives me an access to see everything that's going on in the organization, because video is not just about a single person, but rather about seeing everything that's going on. The people that have joined Rangu to help make make more sustainability happen. The new videos that are coming in and even the webinars that are being created. So the new Activity creates a great overview for collaborating a bit more. With the Global Search I can find anything that's going on, so I can obviously find drones. But I can even go down and say, Well, I want to find some summit videos for the upcoming drone summit. And again, it's easy to find anything and I can click anything to just go find the highlights wherever they are. Finally let me show you Tasks. So Tasks are this way of making sure that everyone gets access to collaborate on videos, whether they're personal videos, webinars or videos themselves. So in this case Charlotte has been kind enough to ask me to create a great thumbnail for this video that she's been working on, just saying, Hey, it's not really a good thumbnail, we should find a better one and I'm absolutely able to help her do that. I'll see that this thumbnail is this thumbnail is vastly better. And now when I'm done setting the thumbnail, I can take it off and you'll get a notification to say, Hey, Steffen actually approved this thumbnail. We're ready to go. She's also asking me to review and approve the video. And obviously now that I'm here, I could play it through, make sure everything looks great, and I can then let her know back that I give this a thumbs up. So really, really simple tools, but also powerful tools to collaborate on video. Let's make sure this works. She also assigned me a task to go find the right video for a webinar that she running. The next slide is really nice because she told me that, Hey, I couldn't find this video. I knew that Kenny was talking in the video about something, but I couldn't really find the video. We wanted to play out in our webinar, but I happen to know that Kenny was talking about batteries in the videos, so now I can search for battery and I can actually go find this particular video that Charlotte and I want to use in our webinar. And I can see that this, this well, it doesn't match the title, it doesn't match the description, but rather it actually matches the transcriptions of the video. So everything that's being said in the video in any language is searchable and findable for everyone that I use in TwentyThree. And now that I found it, I can use a new Synergy features to add this to the webinar tray or as a webinar trailer within the webinar that I'm setting up. But actually what I want to do here is show you Transcriptions. So Transcriptions are really, really easy to use. I already have an English language here. If this was a new video, I could say I want to have them transcribed. A second later it would be available and I can also go and obviously add transcriptions and work a lot more with it. But actually notice here that Julie's asked me to, to make this, uh, to translate this as well. And as you know, if you've ever worked with transcriptions and videos, translating translating subtitles from one language to another is a chore no longer, though. So I'll find a language here. Let me say that I want to translate this to Swedish. Now Swedish is added. And as this is happening, we're using our powerful translation engine across 77 different languages to create a Swedish language translation for this particular um, oh, that's a great demo. For this particular video. So this works across any different language and you can easily create transcriptions, create translations, publish them, use them for search. And when I've done it, that is available again for search, but also for SEO and even available on the video page in a full transcription that's available SEO wise for Google. As a webinar manager at Rangu. I might also want to keep my videos fresh and keep them up to date. So I'm using Optimize for that, Optimize highlighting the videos that might not get the best descriptions, the best titles and so on. And I can quickly go through the highlights and change this, change this. This is a great drone view. And so on. So it's extremely easy to go through a lot of different content and we'll even surface new recommendations and new highlighted potential for recommendations every week to make sure that your videos keep being updated. That's it for the new Home for TwentyThree. Hope it really works for you. And back to you, Thomas. Thank you, Steffen. Great. So the second thing we really wanted to solve with the New TwentyThree is about enabling everyone to do video. First problem is really about getting your video content to your people. How many of you here has access to all your company's video content, nicely organized and in one click you can share it with everyone? Okay. 1%. 2%, perhaps. That's what we're going to try to solve today here. We're going to take those videos from your video team, all the effort, all the investment, all the man hours, all the costs, and we're going to get them to your people. It's really, really simple. But nobody has fixed it yet. Nobody has solved it. So with the new TwentyThree, we're introducing the Video Library. It's really, really simple because that's what it needs to be everywhere in the product. You click the video library, you see all the content you have organized in your folders. Hundreds of videos that you want to find, use. Recent, you often use. You see the latest videos that have been created. So you can always find the one that the video team spoke about. You can easily upload a new one. And you can post it on LinkedIn. You can download it to use in your slides or you can add them to your webinars, your videos and everywhere else in TwentyThree. Video Library is an amazingly powerful thing and a massive improvement very fast on your investment in your videos to actually get them to your people and enable your whole organization to be video based. It's available already today and we've already seen remarkable results with the the preview customers on how much the video actually starts getting used compared to before. The second thing. We really wanted to enable is webinars and webinars is this amazing thing of doing live production. It's as dramatic as being live on a stage. You can argue you're sitting there, video mixing, putting it all together. A few years ago we launched the original TwentyThree Webinars as the second generation product, very video centric, very brand centric, and with all the tools to really build engaging webinars instead of boring webinars. But the challenge of webinars remains that you kind of start from scratch, and it's this kind of live production environment. You're sitting there using a webinar product, you have a plan and a script for what you want to get through. You might even have written down what you're going to say specifically. You have an outline of when to play slides. You have all your assets, your slides and videos, and then you need to have somebody that really has done it before, right? Because it's really, really tough to do. There's a few types of people that are remarkably good at this stuff. But we can't expect everyone to become aficionados of high, intense live production environments. And also, it just requires doing a lot of it to become really good at it. So today we're going to change that with probably the biggest shift in webinars ever. We call it WebinarTray, and it's all about moving how you create webinars from how you plan and produce them. The great thing about webinars today is that it's the same way you plan your webinar as you produce it afterwards, you just click around and you make it happen. So you take your webinar room here. Beautiful branded, has your brand colors everything you need. Everything is normal. And then you add the webinar tray. Suddenly you have the whole outline of your webinar ready to go. In the weeks up to the webinar, you can keep going in adding as you keep having thoughts, ideas, or I should play that video, I should do a sequence here. It's kind of like moving from a world where you're going to do this in a live setting where suddenly everything is planned. It's like if you were doing a slice and all the slides were all over the place and you needed to put them together live on a stage, right? As opposed to just clicking the next one, which is somewhat of an easy mental model to have. So with WebinarTray, you can add your notes that only you can see. You can do your breakers to sort of break up the presentation. You can put in your slides, you can put in your videos and you can put in your card triggers on when you want, what type of cards to be overlaid on screen. So the amazing thing here is we're moving from a world where webinars was like this kind of how would you even ask somebody on your team to do it? You're going to send them a script, you're going to send them some videos, you're going to send them some slides, and then they're magically going to put it all together, right? Hence also why most webinars still requires a lot of production resources, right? With WebinarTray, you can have all the slides in there, you can have all the content, you can educate everyone in a few minutes on how to do an amazing, beautiful webinar. You can also start rolling out more programmatic webinars because you can scale it, right, because you can design them and you can and get them programmed in there too, to make it something you can roll out. You can ask 100 people to do the same webinar over and over because all the content is there. It's a massive shift in the UI paradigm of webinars and moving it from something only live production professionals can do and even live production professionals really love webinar training because it just makes it a lot more easy to do. So that's WebinarTray. You should really look forward to the demo of this one because it's quite remarkable and we'll keep adding more and more tray components you can put in there as we build, build it together with all of you. Speaking of Webinar Templates and scaling webinars, the issue of webinars has also on enablement really been that you always start from scratch. Even the old TwentyThree was like that, that you click new webinar and then you just had a clean slate, right? Beautiful. You can do anything you want, but also puts up quite a barrier for how to move on. So with the New TwentyThree, we're also introducing Webinar Templates. Really simple, extremely powerful. When you now click new webinar, you can click, you can create an all new one from scratch, but you can also pick from the three different formats there's ready to go. There was a default webinar with all the brand assets and video content, et cetera. There's campaigns, et cetera. And you have all the templates accessible where you can see your business metrics on how many webinars have been done in that campaign or that activity or that launch activity. Your weekly webinars, you can see how they are performing over time, whether they're improving, et cetera. So you get all the data to do it. So that's the key innovations to really enabling webinars to suddenly be something everyone in a company can do because the barrier anymore is not becoming a live production professional, but just about clicking the next thing in the slide, in the in the webinar room with WebinarTray just as anyone can be taught how to click next in your in your PowerPoint or Keynote. Video Library. Really, really simple and something everyone should be moving on tomorrow to really get all those videos into the hands of your people so they can use them and send them, share them, download them, host them. Right. Also great for rolling out content in an organization. You can ask everyone to post a video on LinkedIn, task them, distribute it, and then everyone has the video that they needed to post to LinkedIn tomorrow or Twitter or whatever platform you're on. These things are best in a demo. So please welcome back again, Steffen to show it all to you in live. Thanks, guys. So I'm going to show you the three different things. And let me start out with Video Library. So at Rangu, we have a video library that kind of focuses on all of our core assets. I can find, obviously, our brand assets with pre-rolls and post rolls and everything else, I can find all of our customer stories, I can find product videos and a lot more. And actually, while I'm within the product videos, I remember that I actually promised to send one of these videos on to one of our customers and I can quickly do that from the product. I can do that using our integration with the new Personal. So here I am with the video. It's ready to send and I'm ready to go. Digging further into the Video Library, I actually realized that that our marketing team wanted me to promote our upcoming drone summit. So that's already a trailer in here. And for this trailer, I can do a lot of things. I could could download it and use it in my slide deck, but I could also go and post this to LinkedIn, which is what I want to be achieving here. So it's as easy as that. Click the button and now I'm basically posting it to LinkedIn using the video and the asset that's available to everyone at Rangu. So actually, while I'm at it, I can see that the the video team did a great job producing this trailer video for the drone summit. And let me upload one. So it's available to everyone. It's extremely easy to add a new video and I'll obviously just say the trailer for drone summit. And please share this with participants. The amazing thing is now not only can I add this to the video library, I can also automatically let everyone company know that there's a new video that they're ready to use and it's available for them immediately. They'll just get an email to start using them, adding them across workspaces, downloading, posting to LinkedIn or recording new videos using this asset. So that's Video Library. Let me move on quickly to show you how the new WebinarTray works. And I'm in a webinar room. This is the webinar room that you know and love. I'm already in here and I'm actually ready to go live because my co-host, Charlotte, is also ready to hang out with me. Hi Charlotte. I'm really looking forward to doing live with you. But first though, I want to show the new WebinarTray because not only has Charlotte showed up in the webinar, that's obviously good, but she's also actually planned out this entire webinar for us. So I can see when I go live how I introduce the speakers, which TV cards and which overlays I add and even have structural notes, videos to playback and even slides to show within the webinar. All of this is cleanly outlined and ready to use. So actually the only thing I wanted to do before we go crazy here is like I wanted to make sure that we. Let's see. I wanted to make sure that we promote the drone summit. As a part of that. I also want to show a video. Let me just pick a drone summer video and add this to the outline as well. So now I know kind of how to run everything and how to work with Charlotte when we go live. All right, here we are. So, hi, I'm Steffen. I'm really, really excited about introducing the newest member of our Rangu drones. And to help me do so, I have Charlotte with me in the room. Hi, Charlotte. And we can obviously use all of the standard features of TwentyThree. Mixing and using everything else. I can play out the video that I just added as I'm promoting the summit. Mix back and even go into say, I want to show a slide. I want to show a different slide, everything available directly from the webinar room with WebinarTray. Finally, let me show you Webinar Templates So now when I create a new webinar, I'm not starting from scratch anymore. I'll go here and I'll create a webinar and I'll see I have a lot of different templates to choose from, all set up by the managers at Rangu. So that's a channel webinar and that's a weekly webinar. And actually what I want to do is here I want to promote a weekly webinar and I want to schedule it out for next week. The cool thing is now that everything that's already been set up, the speakers, the polls, the handouts, even the tray will be immediately available when I run this webinar next. I can obviously go in and change the emails I want to do. If I want to change the speaker, change the description, I can do that. But now I have a full webinar that's ready to go with all the planning and all the hard work and all the best practice of this Rangu webinar, just ready to go. We have a great new overview of Webinar Templates that give me an overview not only of the templates, but also how they're being used. So I can see that we're running channel webinars, I can see which webinars are using the default template, and I can also see a full overview of all the weekly webinars that are staged and used apparently seven times. So that is a full overview of Video Library WebinarTray and the new Webinar Templates in TwentyThree. Back to you, Thomas. Thank you, Steffen. It's not something we're so excited about. The early sort of phase of of the WebinarTray, Webinar Templates and Video Library and really getting going. Great. We want to finish up on how we're going to move on every touchpoint here. And a little bit about where video is in the customer journey. So one of the big challenges with video is that we're sort of still stuck in this idea of video as the 30 second ad, right? A lot of the video that gets shot nowadays is still for running ads on social platforms fueling the big tech giants, right? That's still sort of the perception of video. They might be slightly longer than 30 seconds, but it's still a lot of video nowadays advertising to get awareness in the top of the funnel and at the beginning of a journey, right? And the challenge across the journey is that as it gets more and more personal, as it gets more and more human and relational and 1 to 1, video sort of dies. Even our websites we've let be as text only websites, while all our audiences and our people are in a world where 80% of the content consumed on social platforms and all of you know how much time you spend on those platforms is video based, right? So the big challenge is how we move to also be able to do video based touchpoints instead of being stuck in the old way. So we have two ways we're doing that. First, as you might have know, a few years ago, we launched Personal. Personal video, this great category originally pioneered by a tool called Camtasia 20 years ago. You might know it, Windows software that we mainly use for support teams to screen record, right? But nowadays, asynchronous video with a personal center typically on your own webcam recording a story, a message and sharing your screen, or you're using existing video content. When we launched the first Personal Video product for organizations, it was all about adding ways to run campaigns, to collaborative video. You can do many people in a video, collaborate on doing a collaborative video. Amazing innovations. And Personal Video is really ultimately about that 1 to 1 or that 1 to many. The account manager sending a personal recording to 100 of the person's customers, the person thanking for a great meeting and doing a quick one minute follow up, right? Even paradoxically doing personal videos is actually faster than writing text. Many of the many most of the time. So it's all about moving to all those types of touchpoints that commonly have not been video based, right? So with the New TwentyThree, the challenge was that Personal was something different than everything else you were doing. So with the New TwentyThree, Personal is a core part of the user experience. At any point in time, you just click new, you click record a video, and then you're 30 seconds later done with a video, you can send it on email to a relationship. It's that easy. So Personal is now a core part of it, and we're really excited about how that also will make it spread even more. So you can really video enable your teams, right? Currently, all your teams can send email, they can do video meetings, but they can't do a video, They can't record a video and share it with somebody. One of the most simple things you can imagine in the year of 2023. Now you can. The second thing is really about websites. And this is a big thing because we're going to say goodbye to something that you guys have hated for probably about 15 years at this point. The challenge of our websites is that most of them are kind of like this one. Perhaps only has 1 png or 2, right? We've removed all the human beings on our websites. It's been the key innovation of digital abundance. That we could get any information in the world at any point in time by removing the human beings, the opening hours, right? But most of our websites end up looking a little bit like this. So the challenge is we really want to move those websites to be video driven and get all that content out and make sense, right? But also to fight for the idea that we're not only running on centralized platforms, but we have our own platforms, our own social contracts, our own data contracts with our customers and relationships, and we need to get those websites to be as interesting as all the content you're watching everywhere else, right? So the biggest problem of websites have for a long time been something that all of you in this room know and all of you joining. It's a thing called the embed code. How many of you have copied an embed code at some point? Yes, There we see. So the embed code is this beautiful thing. Where in 2023 to change a video on a website, you're still going to copy code. Remind me, you know, let's try to say that again in 2023. In the year TwentyThree, we're still copying code. When somebody wants to change a video on a website. Right. We go to our video system, we copy the code, we paste it into our CMS system, and then we pray that we didn't do anything wrong. You know, we didn't change the character. We're not breaking anything. The new embed code is the same as the old one, et cetera, et cetera. There's so much anxiety about it. People even talk about embed code anxiety because they don't really want to be doing it or they're going to, Oh, it's only the very professional webmaster that's going to do it because I don't really want to do it because, you know, if I mess up my main website, my front page, you know, what's everyone going to think? And it's going to be online for 20 minutes before I fix it. So the embed code was a great innovation 15 years ago. But it's time to say goodbye. So today we're saying goodbye to the embed code and we're saying, welcome to the Spot. We've reinvented the embed code. To be what it should be in these times. You can now just go to your website and if you're logged in to TwentyThree, there's a little green dot. You click, you change the video in two clicks, you reorder the videos you have on your website. Or you change them all together. We have an amazing technology called NativeEdit that allows us to do this even in context on the website. Spots not only lets you replace it, but it also has all the ways to put video on a website. The second barrier, right? If I hit a website properly on the front page, I would want to see the five latest videos the company has done. Does anyone currently have that? No. Ambient video, carousel video, single page video listing the five product videos about that specific product. You can do all this with Spots super easily. And the great thing is that it works with all website systems, including our great partners from Umbraco, HubSpot, Sitecore and Magnolia. So it's all plug and play to really move your website to be video driven as opposed to text driven as it currently is. So this one, I think, also calls for a demo. Please welcome Steffen again. So third time's a charm in terms of remembering to bring back that drink backstage. All right. Let me start out by showing Personal and how it now fits directly into TwentyThree. In every touchpoint that you're doing. I can now click anywhere and literally just start by recording a video. And actually, I remember I wanted to show this quick video and a quick slide deck for a meeting I had the other day. So I'll quickly share my slides from that meeting and I'll click record. So. Hi, John. Thanks for meeting me the other day. It was a pleasure. Here is a bit about the future of drones as the future of drones is now, particularly in the logistics industry. So that's it. I've created a very quick video. I've already recorded it. I've recorded the slides and now I can start mixing them. I might want to say that. Well, let's start with showing me and then showing a side by side. And finally, I just want to show the slides. And when I play that, it will quickly mix for me and I can even use the video library that I showed before. So take one of those brand assets and add a bit of an intro to the video. So it's that easy to take kind of video from anywhere. You reuse stuff from the video library and just click record and start using video as a part of your communication. Now, when I save this. I can start actually molding this video. Say I want to pick a new thumbnail. I might want to use one of the slides for the thumbnails and I want to say "Thank you, John". And can add a bit more context. For example, I want to add my business card so John knows where to find me, and I'll also add a button to add a bit of a promo for the upcoming drone summit and I'll finish that off. So now I have a video, I have a landing page. I even have a way of taking this one and using it back in all the other places where I wanted to use it. I could add it to the WebinarTray. I could add it to the as a webinar trailer, I can even add it to spot. But for now I just want to copy this link. And shoot it back into an email for John sent that off, including the thumbnail, including an easy way to use this video as a part of the conversation. So that's a quick introduction to how Personal now fits into everything within TwentyThree. Last, though, I want to show you our Spots. So Rangu is moving to becoming a much more video driven company. So that means there's a lot more video happening on that website with a lot of video placements, including a new hero video, a lot of different placements for videos downstream, but they're also using Spots to manage all of that. And that is a really, really powerful force because it means that now instead of changing an embed code, if I wanted to change my hero video, I could just go in here and say, I actually want a different hero video. Close this one down and the video changes automatically inline without any extra additions needed to be had. This becomes really powerful if you want to not just change the hero video, but also make sure that the right videos are placed in the right places. For example, I don't want to show this video anymore. I just want to add a new one and maybe actually my introduction of the new drone I want to have first. Again, everything updates in line and is easy to use. Same thing if I'm introducing a new product. Literally go in. Let's see. Gotta love demos, right? I may have deleted this spot, but it's a part of one of the many runthroughs that was set up to avoid this particular thing. Luckily, what I want to do next is I want to show you how to add a new spot. So what I've got here is a new page. It's an about page. It's pretty generic, right? There's no video on it. And what I want to do here is I want to make sure there's a new video coming in here. So to do so, I'll add a new spot. So say this is for the about page. And here I can choose between different things. I might just want to place a single video in here. I could place a number of thumbnails, I can create an ambient video, a carousel and so on. For now I'll just add a few video thumbnails and say I might want to add up to four of them. Show text inside and play video back on the Video Hub. Now I get a new spot and I can start adding content into it. And we actually pick four of them and say that this guy controlling the drone should be first. So it's that easy to set up a new spot. Do the first placements and now I can go back and place it into my page. And when I'm back on my about page. Hopefully I get videos in place and I can start working with them. And that means not only I as a webmaster, but literally anyone in the company that is locked into TwentyThree with access to the spot can start molding the video. So if a new video comes out that can be added to the spot extremely easily. So that's Personal in TwentyThree and it's the new Spots. Back to you, Thomas. Great. So that's the New TwentyThree. The place you do video. The thing that enables your whole company to be doing video. WebinarTray, Webinar Templates AI augmented video, an all new user interface to bring it all together and really collaborating and working on video to get them out there to the people that matters.
