Okay, next up is one of the things that we like to see in Copenhagen, serial entrepreneurs. Jacob first co-founded Endomondo and he then in a peculiar way managed to leave to his competitor at some point, might both companies be part of selling both companies to Under Armour. Now he's up to his next thing and he's back in Copenhagen and this time he set out to change food. So please welcome Jacob Junk from Simple Feast. Jacob Junk from Simple Feast So this, ladies and gentlemen, has got nothing to do with what I'm about to talk about, but this is the most fun way to lower carbon footprint. Your personal carbon footprint ever. A battery driven skateboard. It's on Shark Tank Friday night. So you should check it out. It's inboard technology straight out of Santa Cruz and they're on. It's a lot of fun. But speaking about rough carbon footprint, not that many people are aware that 17% of the global carbon emission comes from food. Food production. And the vast majority of that comes from meat and dairy. And in the next 30 years, it's going to grow from about 7.2 billion to 9.6 billion people. And to feed those people is not working. Oh, I've got only one slide. It's okay. But thanks. To feed those people, we have to 5%. It's not going to work. The math is not adding up. There's one really big part of that solution. And that's food. And it's moving it towards plant-based food. But it's a paradox. Because at the same time, we're overeating. And we're not only overeating, we're eating the wrong fucking shit. To an extent that we're dying from it. High blood pressure is the precondition that kills the most people in the world. Totally reversible. Type 2 diabetes. 90% of diabetics are suffering from type 2 diabetes. Totally reversible. By all you have to do is changing what you eat. You cannot suffer from diabetes if you do not have two types of bacteria in your gut. In your microbiome. And it's not just about diseases. Did you know that you can take feces or shit from a really intelligent mouse? You can shove it up the ass. And magic. The dumb mouse become intelligent. Believe me, I tried it. This is why I'm on stage. The funny thing about this is, we have a CO2 problem. And we have a really, really big health problem in the world. But the funny thing is, the solution is one and the same. More diet. More plant-based diet. More food driven from plants. But the funny thing is, we don't care. We really don't. Because this is so far away. This is so abstract for everybody. We're just humans, and we are driven by habits. We won't change. We eat the same amount of meat we do today in Denmark that we did 10 years ago. We haven't really changed. Because we're just humans, and what makes us humans is that 98% of our genes is just the same as a monkey. And when a monkey gets really hungry, it turns into a reptile. And we work the same way. So a reptile is a really, really primitive animal. And when you get hungry, all you think about is calories. And how to get that into your blood as fast as possible, spending the least amount of energy possible, so you end up eating junk food. And that's just who we are. So if any of you out there have issues with your weight or diseases, it's not your fault. It's just who we are. So at Simple Feast, we set out to actually make an attempt to change this. And there really is just one solution. And that is to make it unimaginably easy, convenient, and delicious to live a healthy life. It's got various components, some digital, some physical food. And if you check out the site and the app, you will learn more about, exactly those two things, very, very soon from now. And I know that this is very far from most of you guys, because most of us in this room, we're sub-40. I actually just turned 40. But I swear to God, when your mom starts suffering from this, high blood pressure, or your dad from prostate cancer, or your 36-year-old friend who just became a father, die. Die of a heart attack on his way out of his garage. It doesn't have to be that way. Then this, what I just talked about, becomes very, very personal. So this is what we're about to change. Check out Simple Feast. Reach out to me if this sounded interesting in any way. Thanks a lot.
