You have worked with video production for over 10 years.
Can you share a bit about your journey and
how is it you're working with video today?
And how have you been using TwentyThree during all this time?
My background is in journalism and I quite quickly
became interested in the video part as well,
like filming and the editing part and all that.
I had a few months as a freelancer in Maersk here in Denmark,
which is a big company.
So it became sort of exciting going
into the communications part of work.
Quite quickly I learned that being
able to do video was quite popular.
Started at the University of Copenhagen
doing a lot of communications work,
press work,
but also doing a lot of video.
And then a small startup company,
TwentyThree,
arrived.
We were the very first customer,
but we were pretty close.
It was a very, very good platform.
So immediately there I started working together.
And then I've been various places since then.
And now I'm working at PFA Pension,
largest pension company in Denmark.
And I've been there for actually 20 years.
Actually, eight years.
And when I first arrived,
they had TwentyThree as well.
What have been some of the biggest challenges and successes
as well that you've been encountering when adopting and
scaling video in such a big and complex organization as PFA?
Yeah.
So I think one of the biggest challenges has
probably been everything that's going on outside.
So not so much inside PFA,
but more all the various channels that are available now.
For using content for social media.
Yeah.
Producing content for your website.
How do you make it engaging?
So all these things that,
you know,
are difficult,
unlimited resources.
So it's trying to figure out exactly what can we produce?
How much can we produce?
Production costs?
All these things.
So that's one of the challenges.
But I think one of our successes,
probably like many companies in Denmark,
started during the Corona times when we had webinars really.
Yeah.
You know, took flight, so to say.
And,
you know,
TwentyThree,
we started collaborating much more of them on the webinar platform.
And now I think we're producing on average 150 webinars a year.
Okay!
And this is something that's,
you know,
quite a success story because a lot of our
customers engage and decide the concept as well.
So since you mentioned TwentyThree,
how has the platform been supporting to maximize the impact?
Yeah.
So I think during the start
when I was at PFA,
it was a lot the hosting solution
because it's a good hosting solution.
It takes all the boxes, what you need.
But I think really the webinar part was probably
where we started collaborating even more.
Everything from inviting the customers on
email to distributing the content afterwards.
So that's really been a good collaboration.
You got me curious.
Do you have a favorite feature?
Both the webinar and the video part.
But this is kind of an old feature now.
But the subtitle feature, obviously.
Yeah.
Took a one-hour job down to maybe a minute.
And this year's theme of the TwentyThree
Summit is the human side of digital.
Yes.
What does that mean to you?
It means being authentic.
Humans are what people interact with and connect with.
For me,
creating content and creating video content,
it's the human side of it is using people and being authentic.
That's lovely.
Yeah.
Thank you so much.
Thank you.
