Hello everyone and welcome back to Webinar Days 2025, the annual event for everyone doing webinars. Hi, I hope you guys are all doing well. Welcome into the webinar room. I can see you guys are all ticking in one after the other. My name is Amelia Holmsen. I work here at TwentyThree as Head of Community Marketing, but for the next two days and yesterday, I have the pleasure of being your host here at Webinar Days 2025. We are running Webinar Days for the sixth consecutive year and our goal is to really move the market of webinars and digital events forward. And we want to inspire everyone who is participating in webinars, working with webinars, or organizing webinars in their organization. So let's have a little look at what we have in store for you for today and tomorrow. But first, let's have a little bit of a sneak peek into yesterday's program. So on the agenda for day one, which was yesterday, we have the TwentyThree keynote featuring a brand new webinar framework. We also had a live session from Bird and Bird's studio. Now, if you weren't able to watch these sessions live, remember you can catch them on demand. Also, all the sessions will be sent to you on demand via your email once Webinar Days is over. So you'll get all the content available via mail. However, for today, we have two very exciting sessions lined up for you. We're going to kick things off with TwentyThree Webinars Six before we look into webinar lessons from some webinar leaders out in the field. And then tomorrow, November 6th, we will continue with the State of Webinars report for Twenty26, as well as a session on data-driven webinars. If you would like to participate in the report and be part of the survey, you can still affect the data by answering the survey. I'll drop a little link in the chat. The chat is on this side. So you can fill out the survey and participate with all your knowledge. Now, I want to kick things off with just giving you guys a quick introduction to the platform. So if you have a look at the chat, you can see that there is a question feature just above the chat. Please use this feature if you have any questions that you want the speakers to answer. It's a really great way for you to get your specific question answered, and we can bring it on screen so that everyone can see it. And please feel free to use the reaction features. You can see some emojis just above the chat or in the chat. And that's also a really nice way to create a little bit of engagement with the speakers for them to get a feel of what you think is interesting, what you really love, and what you're applauding. So I want to encourage you all to get to know each other a little bit. Maybe type in the chat where you're tuning in from, where you're located. And if you really want to get to know who your webinar peers are, I invite you all to drop your LinkedIn profiles. It's a great way for all of us to stay connected. And I know we may not be in the same physical room together, but I hope that across these three days of webinar days, we can all come together as a video community, as a webinar community, and walk away with even more enlightenment and even better connections to each other. And as always, you know that webinar days is organized by 23. Our video tools are used by marketers at anything from growth companies to some of the largest enterprises in the world to do video and webinars. And if you are curious to learn a little bit more about what is happening on the forefront of video and webinars, you need to check out the 23. So I'll drop a little link in the chat for you right about now where you can have a look at some of the incredible highlights from the 23 summit 2025. And if you can already feel that this is something you have to be a part of, you can already now sign up to get notified about 2026. But a little spoiler alert, 2026 will be the best 23 summit yet. Now let's, let's dive into the session, shall we? Because we are going to get started with a little bit of a deep dive into the newest webinar tools out there. Webinars six. Webinar six makes webinars the beating heart of your marketing engine and powering a whole new model of digital engagement. It really takes your website live. You generate content everywhere, drive sales and conversions in your webinar room. And you can do much more. But to introduce all of this to you, we have a very special guest with us because this is not just a new chapter in webinars. This is a new chapter in digital. So please welcome our very own head of specialist, Tice Nilsson. He leads the 23's specialist team, shaping customer services, pre-sales and onboarding, all for our 23 customers. So you are really in the best of hands. Please welcome Tice to the screen. Hi guys. And thank you so much, Amelia. And what a lovely introduction to get here for this session. So today we're going to be talking about one of my favorite things. Well, the 23 platform and very specifically about the webinar platform. We're going to be talking about webinars six. And remember webinar six is not just a new chapter in webinar. It's a brand new chapter in digital. As you all know, well, 23 is the first all-in-one product for everything you need for video in your company. That's our video marketing platform, a video library, personal video. But specifically today, we're going to be talking about the webinar platform and specifically the newest update that we just launched this summer. So why does all of this matter? Well, video is the human side of digital. And I keep reminding myself when I wake up every day, do this because I want to be human. I want to spread other people being human and communicating, sharing knowledge digitally, but not just in articles and texts, but having faces on them and being personal. So last year, we actually had 6.4 million participants join webinars on 23 webinar platform that amounted to 2.1 million hours of webinar engagement. So we're seeing huge numbers here. People have been talking about this webinar fatigue after the COVID period, but that actually isn't true because we've been seeing an 11% year-on-year increase in webinar participants. So people are not done with this. This is really a category that is maturing right before our eyes. And this is such a strong marketing tool. So at 23, we've been pioneering the field of webinars ever since we launched the first second generation version. Back in 2018, and then through all of our launches on 2020, 2021, recently the webinars five in 2024, where one of my favorite features, the webinar tray, we'll talk a lot more about that in a second came out. But this summer, we recently released the webinars six. And that's what we'll be talking about today. And well, webinar six is a great way to make more, grow your audience. But let's just dive into it. Let's just dive into the features a little bit more individually. So the first thing that we really had in mind when designing the webinars six release was that a lot of people have this digital engagement model of everything just being flat. There's really no like peaks and valleys in it. It's just, okay, something happens digitally. But we really wanted to have these ups and downs. You have something that's live. Well, then there's something live happening. And one of the things that would be that is having dynamic elements on your website that moves, that counts down, that lets people want to come back and visit the websites. And for that, we developed live webinar spots. So take your main website. You have that, you have a webinar. So we have a upcoming webinar here at the top. People can find it, register for it. You actually see on the 23 website right now, there's a very similar banner talking about webinar days. So if you want to go live, why isn't there a live preview showing everybody, hey, we are live with this. And as soon as you're done with your live session, then it jumps into being on demand and people can find it. You can customize this and make it beautiful. This comes in a lot of different shapes and forms. So we have the heroes, but that was the big one we just saw here, a banner, grids of different ones, or even a list. But to really showcase the power of this, why don't we jump into the actual platform? A little bit here and see what it looks like. So right now I'm on the Rangoo main website. We can see they've actually done a great job of developing a lot of video content on their website. So there's a video here. We have their lovely video producer in the bottom right corner here talking about booking a meeting. And then we can see down here, well, we have a couple of webinars spots. So let's actually reload the room here. So we can see that we have our different webinar spots. We have one that's the introduction to the company. And then we have drone days 2025. That's happening in 20 minutes. So we actually want to make sure that that one is the one that's front and center. So I'll just make sure to come in and I'll rearrange it, close it down, and then it dynamically changes on the page so that now this is the element that we focus on. So why don't we actually just jump into the actual webinar room here? So we're in the webinar room and we're about to go live. I'll press the go live button and we can start off by running the webinar as we would anyways, saying, okay, we're now in with me here. We're going to talk some of our TV cars and talk about the webinar. But what should happen on the website now? Well, of course, we should have a preview of what is actually going on. So if I jump back to the front page, we'll now see, okay, it maybe has the live here. Let's see if that demo guys are with us here today. But this will then preview that, okay, this is live. And you'll actually see that there's a person talking and moving. Oh, there we have it. Perfect. So you'll see, okay, there's something live. And that really drives people to want to actually attend that webinar when you have already put in that much work into getting that webinar there. Perfect. So that's a little bit on what happens before the webinar actually goes live. So now I want to talk about what happens when you are live with the webinar. What can you do in there with the new features? So one of the things we've developed here is going to be action cards. And you'll actually see on the right-hand side of your screen here, just around there. Oh, let me have that there. Then you can go in and you can sign up for one of our toolkits if you want one of those delivered. We actually have a couple behind me if you want to come to the HQ and pick it up. But the action cards we've developed in a couple different ways. We have these three types that I want to highlight today. This is going to be your forms to generate signups for things. You'll see we've been running the 23 Summit signup and so on. You can also have feedback at the end of a session so people can actually write what they thought about the webinar or having links that drives orders towards your products or two specific pages you want to have there. And as I just mentioned, and as you can see in the right-hand side of your screen there, well, it just pops up and it's super easy to fill out. And you can also have a few of these links that you can confirm without losing any of the actual content that you're here to see. Another thing we developed was the live transcriptions. This is one of the things that's really moved so far in the coming or the last couple of years, just because of the advances in AI. So now when you're in a webinar, you actually have subtitles right there to keep following along with the content. You can also have a few of these links that you can actually watch in the language that you prefer. You have improved accessibility, so hearing impaired people will have the ability to then actually just read it. And all of this becomes searchable afterwards as well. And one thing that you can try right now if you want to is if you go down to the bottom right side of your video player and you hover over, there'll be a small CC button. You can actually choose what language you would like to see this in. Or if you just want it for closed captions, we've toggled them off by default, but you can then choose them. Then we also have focus mode. This is all about telling your story your way. So you can set it up exactly how you want it to look like so that you can be in the moment when you actually run the webinar. So that could be you just want to have your notes and see what's going on or having the slides or having the chat or the questions, but set up your way. And then we actually jump into the demo again here and see how this looks. Perfect. So now we're in the webinar room. And we can see over in our webinar tray on the left hand side that we have a couple of action cards, for example, we want to drive people to buy our new drone. Well, we have this we can toggle that on. We've put in a custom photo as well. But we also have this get you a free rank good drone cleaning kit with forms. So you can actually fill in with your address and order it right there from your webinar driving conversions. But I see that there's something missing. So let's go in and edit this. And then we can say I want a consent box in here because we're collecting people's data. So I'll just go in at a field. We'll have a Oh, let's see consent box. And then we can just say checkbox. We save it and it gets added. So you can come in edited super easy to work with the live transcriptions. You've just tried it. If not, you can still do it. But you actually also have this as a producer in the room. So you can always just toggle them on and they'll show up here at the bottom of the screen. Perfect. So the final thing in the webinar room I want to show you is going to be the focus mode. So I simply press on focus mode. And then I get to see the slide. And then I can just set it up how I want it. So in this particular case, I want the notes, the slides, and I want a couple timers so I know that I don't go over time. So when I start focus mode, I simply just press on where I want to be. And then I can just use my keyboard or a clicker if you have one of those. And then you just go to the next slide and the notes will follow along for you. But in this particular case, I'm actually sharing my screen. So I don't need the tray slides particularly. So I actually just want the chat messages and the questions coming in. So I'll go in, I'll select chat, and I'll have questions. And I'll toggle off all of the timers so they don't mess with my focus. And then it will just come in here and you'll be able to see it. I, for example, have in front of me now all of the chat and questions so I can follow along while I'm doing my presentations. So that was some of the nice tools that we've added in the webinar tool here. Now I want to talk about what happens when you are done with your webinar. So for that, well, we've done generated content. Because hey, let's be real about it. It's all the bus. AI is all the bus. And webinars are such an incredible way to actually generate a lot of this content. But let's be honest, generating content can become a little bit of a chore. And actually not a lot of people do it. You host your webinar, and then, well, that's what you had. Some people don't even have the on-demand recording afterwards. But what we wanted to make sure that you did is you can get a lot more value out of the content that you created from this. So it can be all your generated content. It can be downloading the images from your webinar and just being able to copy that, both for articles, LinkedIn pages, blog posts, or Twitter X. But remember, this is all about copying to edit. So make sure you don't just post this. AI is great, but it does make mistakes. Sometimes it hallucinates. But hey, it's a great way to get inspired and to start actually doing stuff with the content you've been running. So again here, I just want to run into a quick demo of generated content. So if we come over to my computer again here, we can see we are on a webinar that we have been running for a while. But in here, we can see the recording of this. But we now have a new option in the tabs here, which is going to be generated content. And when we get in here, we'll come and we'll see all of our blog posts, images. We can select which variants. So we'll actually come with different options for you. So it's super easy to select the one that you like. Or when you have images, you can come in and select the different one that you want to download. Maybe we want to say we want to have this and set that as the video thumbnail. So we've made it super easy. So we can see for you or all of our social media posts right here that you just say to copy to edit and you put it in the social media or blog post that you want to have it for. So this really enables you to get a lot more value out of the content than you've just been doing. Perfect. Another feature I really want to be talking about today is going to be how to really grow your audience for your webinars. Well, we've developed webinar series specifically for this. We've done three different types of webinar series. So we've done the recurring webinar. So this can be your weekly, monthly introduction to your company. It can be your biweekly onboarding to your platform to really make sure that people can just sign up once and then they just get the next one. It can be your episodic webinar series. You can kind of think of that maybe as podcasts. I don't know how many of you actually just subscribe to your favorite podcast and then every Monday, Wednesday, Friday, you just get a new episode. I know I probably subscribe to seven different podcasts and I keep coming back for this. So this also allows you to not have to, you know, gather in every registrant for every single webinar. People just keep showing up. Super nice way to grow your audience. And then we have the time limited webinar series, which is also a great tool that can be your masterclass. So for example, webinar days here today is going to be a time limited webinar series. You'll find it in the platform just where you find all of your other webinar creation tools. And it will just be up on the top that you can choose between what webinar series you want to create here. So super easy to work with. And let's jump into the platform here and see what it actually looks like. So the first example that I wanted to have here is it's actually the one that's the one that you signed up for. You all have seen this because you've signed up for webinar days. So this is actually a time limited webinar series where we've drawn all of the content that we put in the platform to have all of our speakers in here, have the different session that's going to be there and have the sign up form where you only need to sign up once for the event. And then you have all of the different episodes of that webinar series. Another cool one is going to be your recurring webinar. So that's going to be the in this case, Rengu does a weekly introduction to the company. And to set it up, it's super easy. You just go to create webinar, recurring webinars, and then you choose the different template you want to be based on. And then we can say, okay, I want it to repeat every week. And then it will automatically set it up on the time you select and just do all of the next ones. So you don't have to manually create them every single week. Or we can have the, for example, episodic series here. So this is an expert series that Rengu have been running where they have been running, let's say up to the eighth episode here. And then they have a couple of upcoming ones. And when you go to the registration page of this, well, you just get one page. So people sign up for the series and then you can come in and you can find all of the on-demand content. We can also find all of the upcoming content here. And you automatically be notified when there's a new webinar for you. But to create a new one again here, you just go in, you say, I would like to add a webinar to this series. And then you check the episode specifically that you would like. I'm going to go with a template specifically for this. And then we can say, I want to do episode 15 and it's going to be on December 17th, create. And then it just comes in here and you can come in and work with it. As a normal webinar and you can run that. So that was webinar series. Super excited about this. Remember, this is such a great way to grow your audience and not have to do the same work over and over, but just let people come in, subscribe to your content. But I can tell you, there is a little bit more that I want to show you today. On the right-hand side, you will see that you can now engage with chat messages. So if it would be super nice actually for the session here, if we can send some likes, if you hover over one of the messages, you'll see a little emoji sign. So you can come in and like one of the messages. Let's see if we can get that going on some of the messages we have in the webinar room here. Mix mode 2.0 or panel mix, which is one of my favorite features actually of this new webinar six release, where you can select different people's screen sharing with another person's camera and show it in mix mode or having multiple speakers at the same time, along with either the tray slides or a screen sharing. I can say from a production of webinar days here today, yesterday and tomorrow, this has been such a great tool. So we can mix in all of these great inputs and have it all together. And then if you are watching this from your mobile device, well, you will have seen the optimized mobile view where we've made it super easy to come in, watch it, have the chat, have the polls, have the action cards, and just being able to turn it. And then that turns into full screen. So you can really focus on the content right there. So another couple of really great features. And then there's all of the behind the scenes stuff. So we've done a lot of work or I actually haven't, let's be honest. Our very amazing and great engineering team has been working hard on all the stuff that you don't notice, but it's all the quality of life things like having smoother mixing, having a better frame rate, making it more accessible, or just small things like sharing audio from your screen sharing. So this is some of all of the great things we've been working on for webinar six. I'm super proud to be part of this to help people really broaden out knowledge from their own companies via webinars on the 23 platform. And well, I don't know if you have seen it. Yes. But all of this is, of course, available today. So it's available for you now in the webinar room. And for any of you logging into the platform, you also have all of these tools available for you. If you need a further deep dive or any help with some of these features, you can always feel free to contact support. You'll find it in the platform. There's a small contact support button. We have a great team of specialists sitting here at the 23 HQ to help you real people who want to come in and be human with you digitally. So make sure to use that option either with the in product live chat or using support at 23.com to get the help that you need. But this has been webinar six presentation. Remember, it's not just a new chapter in webinars. It's a new chapter in digital. Thank you so much for listening. This has all been so exciting to hear about. Thank you so much, Thijs, for running us through the platform and all the features. I have a question just top of mind. So what is all of this good stuff going to be available? Is it something that we can go in and play with now? Or do we still have to wait for an official launch? What's the status? It's been live since June. So you can have it all now. There is one thing that is if you want live translations on your webinars, please contact the support team. We will help you set it up and make sure that we select the right languages together with you. But all the other stuff, just log into your platform right now and then play around with it. Amazing. That's so exciting to hear. Okay, I think let's have a little bit of a look in the chat, see if there are any questions that have come up and if we can't answer them. So I can see that Malta has a very specific question. I think he might be working with webinars because he is curious to know how many languages can we transcribe from and to? Are there any limitations there? I will say think of a language and we will be able to do it. I personally can't tell the quality of some of the languages. My Indian or Arabic or Hebrew isn't that good, but we do do it. It's based on a large language model that does it. It's all hosted in the 23 cloud. So there's no data leakage, but we will be able to do over 70 languages, both for transcriptions and translations. So think of a language at least all of the European languages are there. If there's one that you're in doubt with, again, contact the specialist team, then we can figure out if we do it. But my guess would be, yes, we will do it. That's very, very impressive. I'm so excited to see play around with these features. Okay, so I think Sarah from the chat might need a little bit of your help, Thijs, because she is writing. First of all, the platform looks super cool. And I'm trying to convince my boss to invest in a webinar tool. Any tips on how I can get her to see the value? Oh, that's actually a really, really good question. And I usually consult people on webinars and how to get more value out of it. And I think one of the core things that you need to think about is you need to choose a webinar tool that's actually designed for doing webinars. So a tool that one can give this premium experience, where when you are in the room, it's a branded experience, you have the interactions, it's easy to use. That's one part of it. But one of the things that a lot of marketing teams struggle with, or at least I hear that a lot of teams struggle with, is actually showcasing the value that they are generating. So for example, by getting all the data into your CRM system, so that you're able to attribute specific video and webinar activity to that contact in your CRM system, or your sales or marketing automation system, because that way you can actually go in and say, okay, so for this sale that we did in Q2, the employees actually watched three webinars and they engaged with them. So that, okay, we can actually tell people, this is the value that we're bringing. We can also do different workflows saying whenever a hot lead that you're working with are posting a message in a webinar chat or asking a question, that then the account manager or the executive or customer success manager actually get a notification on email or get a task in your CRM system to go contact that. Because if you have the interest in your webinars, you probably also have the buying intent. So this is some of the ways that you can help drive not only quality and all of that premium feeling, but actually drive actual commercial value for your team. So that your marketing boss can go tell the CEO or whoever he responds to, look, here's the value we're generating for you. I think that's some super good tips and advice. And I agree, I'm sure there's a different value perception when you're talking to the hands-on marketer or the video producer that's actually making the webinars and is working with the tool. And then you have probably some other arguments that are more data-related that you can use to convince some of the decision makers that don't necessarily need to know about all the transcription features and all the languages and the details. But it's very important to get the decision makers on board when you're starting a new, building up a webinar strategy like this. Definitely. I think you said it very well yourself. In the beginning, that with an advanced tool like this, it's not just something you invest in for your webinar strategy, but it's actually, it's a new chapter in your digital strategy. And I think that's a very interesting perspective to have on webinars in your marketing strategy. Definitely. Also just, yeah. No, sorry, please continue. I just wanted to say the fun part, because now we've talked about the generating content and AI. And I feel like more companies out there have an AI strategy than a video strategy. And I mean, Dan, you'll get to talk to Dan Duffett about the whole video strategy framework we've been developing, but it's just such a fun thing that not a lot of people actually have a direction for where they want to take video. And that's also what we're trying to bring out there, right? So AI, this fluffy thing that, okay, we have an idea what it is, a lot of these big Fortune 500 companies, pretty much all of them have an AI strategy, but how many actually have a video strategy? That's also one of the fun things to think about when you're going through this. Yeah, I couldn't agree more. I think it's definitely about time that we take our video and webinar strategies seriously. I have a couple more questions. Let's see if I can bring some of them on screen here. So yes, speaking of, interesting webinar features, we have one feature called action cards. And Emilio is asking, where do I find the answers of the action card once the webinar is over? Which I think is quite interesting. Is this, does this also live on demand? Or how does it work with these kind of live elements in the webinar room? So most of the action cards is an interactive part you want to have for the live session. For the on-demand version, you don't have the variety in action cards. But if you want to, you can have that feedback action card laying around. I think we'll play one here at the end of next session or this session as well. That you can leave for people who come in and watch the on-demand version as well. But all of the answers will go to your engagement tab in your platform. So you can come in and you can see all the answers. You can download a CSV file. And very soon, you'll also be able to automatically integrate it into your different systems, both with API and our native integrations to CRM systems. Definitely. And I think that's so important to capture that engagement because that is some of the magic that happens when you're live is you get those questions, you get that interaction, you have that dynamic between the audience that's participating and the speakers and the chat. I guess to a certain degree, you don't want people to feel like they missed out too much when watching it on-demand. But also you kind of do so people can come in and feel that togetherness that you have during a live webinar. It is definitely a different experience. And I think some companies even turn on-demand off to really boost that actual attendance rate. So it's really kind of a trade-off of both having, yes, all the great value of on-demand, but also telling people you should show up there for the live session because that's where you really get the most out of your time. I think that was a very good tip in it all. If you want to try to increase your show-up rate, how about not having your webinar available on-demand? It creates a little bit more sense of urgency, doesn't it? It does. It does. Now, I have one more question for you from a certain, Rasmus, who is asking, what is your favorite feature from Webinar 6 and why? Oh, that is a very good question, actually. I think I'm going to have to go with Panel Mix for that one. I know, a little bit controversial, but it's one of those features that really shows what kind of the spirit of 23 is as well. This is a tool that we build with and for the people who actually use it. So this was one of the much-requested features that we've been working on for a while to get right, to make it intuitive. And I've seen so many different iterations of how do we do that throughout the product development of that feature. But I think we really nailed it in just how intuitive and easy it is to now move around and select what is going on there. And again, yes, we built our tool for marketeers and by marketeers. So that's probably my favorite feature. Yes. And as someone working in marketing, I can very much appreciate that answer. I think it's definitely a very valuable feature that will be heavily used. I think you might have triggered another question when you barely touched upon AI here, because Emilio is back with another question on how is the AI content generated and is it GDPR compliant? Very interesting to have two buzzwords in the same question there. That's an amazing question. So I think I briefly just flung it out there, but we host all of the AI tooling on our platform and that we offer to our audience as it's open source language models that we host in our own cloud. So that means there is no data leakage to any outside sources. It will only ever be available on your account. And we don't use it to train any other large language models at all. So you can feel safe that this is your own content and no one will play around with it. And we're not selling any of your data or transcripts to other companies. We solely provide you all of these great AI tools to benefit you and how you use AI and your video and webinar content. That's amazing. That's great to know. And I think especially when buying into a European built software, these are standards that you assume that you can rely on, but also it's great to know that you in fact can, that it is fully GDPR compliant. And we kind of take it, we take it for granted, right? Because it's just, okay, check you are GDPR compliant. It's just like a, it's a non thing. It's, we don't even go into a discussion with a European company around the platform if we can take the GDPR box, right? But it's such an important tool and kind of having the belief, not just to take the box, but because we actually believe in it. We believe in data privacy on a human level, human rights level. So I think it's amazing for European companies to actually have that mindset and come through like that. That's great. Thank you for highlighting that. I do think that is such an important conversation in today's day and age. Now, you said that this, the webinar six has been available since June. Now you work very closely with our customers and I'm just curious to know, what has kind of been the first impressions when you've been rolling this out, introducing it to new teams, new users? Can you just give me a little bit of a sneak peek into what has been people's first impressions when getting their hands into webinar six? I think I've seen a couple of jaws drop. I mean, it's such amazing tools and features that we've launched. There's been a little bit on, okay, how do we get started with series? How do I take some of the series that I have been doing and make them series? And then we come in and help with that. So it's, I think it's excitement. It's kind of, oh, oh, we haven't been doing that. Why haven't we been doing that? Or we've been wanting to do that. We just haven't with all of the content generation or just the appreciation of the team, for example, with the panel mix that, okay, thank you for delivering the feature that I really wanted as a user to be able to use. So I think there's been a lot of different ones. I think there's some things like, okay, you still have to get used to it. There was someone on the day of the release that was like, so how do I get multiple people on screen with the screen sharing? But it's so intuitive that, okay, we can send a message saying, hey, this is how you do it. I'll just briefly jump on a call and show that alongside all of the other great features. So I think probably one of the hardest part about onboarding on the 23 webinar platform right now is that we've added so many features in the last two years that we've constantly had to rewrite, how do we actually showcase it? And how do we present this? And we don't have more times in the meeting. So it's also picking out what is the most valuable parts for specifically you. And that's why we do this personalized support for all of our customers. I love that. And what a positive problem to have that you have such a complex webinar tool that you can actually apply it to all of the customers' specific use cases on how they run webinars according to their webinar strategy in different formats. This is amazing. Thank you so much, Thijs. We're getting to that part of the session where we have to wrap up. Do you have any final comments or remarks?
