To sort of summarize a little bit and sort of give the
audience like one key takeaway from the talk you just did,
what would that be?
Thomas Madsen- Yeah,
so I think when we were invited to speak today,
the theme was very much around winning in the age of the customer,
very marketing-oriented.
And I think that's a – there was a lot of good
stuff on that and we approached that as well.
But I also think that what
we try to approach digital a little bit
different than just looking at marketing.
What we try to do is say we have a vision saying
that we want to explore technologies that can
enable our lab to become part of people's lives,
meaning not just from a marketing point of
view but also from a business point of view,
delivery models,
more or less exploring technologies across the whole plate
to identify
how we will do business both now,
short-term, but also long-term.
