while I'm working and just the way of just merging or getting marketo data into Slack,
let's say for lead alerts or all different kinds of alerts, it makes it a little bit
more interactive.
And also what I'm covering is also how to use the Slack API to, let's say, even qualify
directly from Slack and then kind of linking to CRM once, let's say, you could create a
contact directly from Slack by having an interactive menu. So just basically aligning between marketing
and sales and making operations more efficient.
That's great. And then a little bit more specifically to like Vezor, can you tell me a little bit
about how you guys use live video to market?
I would like to say that, I mean, since we're a video company, we definitely need to, I
mean, I started at Bamboozler in the middle of last year or kind of, let's say, beginning
of August. And I think that we've had a lot of stuff to optimize. But I think that eventually
we'll get more into this live video marketing. I mean, we do have live video technology,
but I can't say that we leverage that exactly for the marketing perspective yet.
Okay.
And in that case, do you mean like webinars?
Yeah.
Yeah. So I think that's definitely a goal moving forward to get, I mean, I think that
live video for marketing in general, webinars are much more interactive. And I think that
interactive, you know, you get, even if you can have the webinar on demand later, just
being able to draw in a crowd of those that are actually interested in what you want to
talk about right then and also making it interactive that they can ask questions to. So I think
that it's definitely a great use case. But yeah.
And then what are some top tips you have for marketers who want to get started with using
top tips?
I guess I could say, I mean, in the same way of just holding a presentation, just keeping,
sticking to something very specific, which is also relevant to the crowd and also going
to educate your audience. Because instead of just focusing on selling, focus on delivering
quality because I mean, the best way is just to educate your audience, even if they're
not interested in becoming a customer. It builds a lot of brand awareness. So I would
say find a niche, some interesting topic, something that you're really good at and then
building kind of live content around that.
And then what are some key metrics that marketers should look at when measuring video?
When measuring video, definitely the amount of viewers, how long they stick around, I
guess. And yeah, I would say attendance, engagement, those kind of metrics.
Sounds good. And what are your thoughts on the future of video?
That's interesting because we currently offer live video technology. We actually started
out as a consumer community 10 years back, which was actually really groundbreaking at
the time. But I think it was a little bit too ahead of its time because now live video
is really coming into it. And I think that also the fact that social media is doing such
a great job at building this whole live aspect of video. But in general, the future of video,
I think it's just going to be growing over the next years because it becomes much more
of an interactive experience and telling a story.
