Clever Content Conference | Helena Larsen and Steven Feraru, Højkant

View transcript

My name is Steven and I run a video agency called Høykant, which is vertical in Danish. Okay, cool. We specialize in vertical video. And we're here at the Clever Content Conference in Copenhagen. In terms of video and especially within the B2B kind of sphere, what do you see of trends right now? Well, two things. One is a lot of platforms are getting more open towards B2B content. So obviously, the young people were the first movers, the funny videos, the memes, the trends were taking up a lot of the social media real estate, but now they're making space for the businesses. The other point is that a lot of clever, I think, B2B businesses are looking at the current activities they have and thinking, how do we turn this into video? The world is turning and has already turned video-based. So how can we turn an invitation into a video? How can we turn a product description into a video? How can we turn a recruiting campaign into a video? Well, that's good to hear because that's exactly what we try to help our customers with. So that's amazing. How do you make people be comfortable on camera? The first thing to do is obviously making your sentences shorter. So maybe even recording from full stop to full stop. So you speak until the full stop, change the angle, new full stop. You take a breath, new full stop. What it does, it kind of resets your breath. So you don't have to remember as much. And the other thing is it becomes much easier to just take the take one more time. And the other one is if you're recording someone and they're really struggling with it, try parroting. So be a parrot. So you just say the line, they repeat it. You say the line, they repeat it until you like it. Especially the hook that you really want to be a certain way. Thank you so much for all of the great insights. Thank you for the talk.

but now
they're making space for the
businesses.

The other point is that a lot of clever,
I think,
B2B businesses are looking at the current
activities they have and thinking,
how do we turn this into video?
The world is turning and has already turned video-based.
