the webinar room and then we can test it out in about 20 minutes. Also need to
fill in the polls so that we get the audience engaged into the webinar.
There's some good questions prepared just have to put those in and then I think
reading one last time the cards and doing a mic and video check.
So tell me a little bit about the setup while I show. We have one camera here?
Yes, which is the main camera. Then we have the second angle a bit higher up.
Which is right here.
And then we have the production computer basically just right across from the webinar studio setup.
What are some of the steps that goes into like the webinar Wednesday day?
Yeah I think in the morning or either the day before or in the same morning I have a quick call with the speaker
so that we can align on the content and make sure that we kind of know who's saying what and at what point.
Really to optimize on the content for the audience. So we have that this morning with Folion.
We had a really good meeting and it always gives a good energy then to go to the webinar.
And then it's just really like final preparations.
Usually I like to work on my own kind of content and notes the day of so that I have it really fresh in mind.
So kind of redoing some of the questions, redoing some of the content
and then just doing a few rounds of practice so that I actually remember what to say and when.
And yeah and then of course the technical setup is a big one.
Then I've noticed now in the last few weeks of running this that it's always no matter how much you've prepared the last hour
I do get a little bit, I don't know, can I say wired up excited or nervous slash depending who you ask.
Because of course going live is always a bit of a difference to just shooting a regular video that you can do all over and over again.
But in good spirits it's super sunny today so it definitely gives a lot of energy from that.
So 20 minutes before going live it's all about writing that we are actually going live internally.
So we're being our live so that everyone on this floor knows that we will be live
and either that they can be very very quiet or that they shouldn't come to this floor.
Just doing some last minute prep.
Yes, hearing condition and everything else and then it's just about cleaning up the table from all the mess and actually getting started.
Okay cool.
But this was a little bit behind the scenes before a big webinar, webinar Wednesday.
Yes.
I will check in with you afterwards.
Yes.
Okay see you.
Thanks.
