I think a lot of people
invest in content of all kinds because
they think they're supposed to.
Right?
It's not that they say,
oh,
you know,
a bunch of people that we know
have this problem.
Let me see if we can solve it for them.
And the best way to solve it is online education series and a quiz.
You know,
an interactive series of charts and graphs.
A, yeah, a video.
A weekly, you know, data series.
A Google Spreadsheets, you know, template.
Whatever it is.
But we have this piece of content that can solve
this problem that we know real people have.
I think too many people instead go,
content's really hot.
We should make some content.
No. You should not make some content.
You should solve some people's problems.
You should help some people.
If content is a great way to do that, awesome.
I love it.
Please go after that.
If it's not,
you know,
maybe what you need to do is,
this is an in-person thing and people need to
get together for a dinner.
Maybe it's a conference or an event that they need to have.
Maybe it's a series of dial-ins for a webinar.
Maybe it's a conference call.
Right?
Maybe those solve the problems.
Solve the problem.
Don't make content just because you think
you need to make content for some reason.
