So I look at the early trends and
really what we're moving forward to is,
I think video is definitely going to grow.
We're going to see video kind of take
off across multiple different channels,
video on every social network.
And I think that's going to be the gateway.
If you're not doing video now,
you're not going to have a VR
or augmented reality strategy.
And I think the idea of what Pokemon Go kind of proved,
that we have to be able to connect and allow technology,
social,
and even the games
to allow us to have offline relationships.
So I think looking at the bigger picture beyond
just what the technology in Pokemon Go was,
but it was this idea that we want to relate
with other people that are very similar to us,
that are using similar technology.
So I see that as like the major trends moving forward
and I'm excited to see where that goes for sure.
And I guess beyond that,
if I was going to look and say,
okay,
this is what I want you to do,
this is,
if you're going to have takeaways,
I would say,
without question,
press the button first.
You just need to try it out.
Get on video.
Video is not easy.
It's not natural for pretty much any of us.
The more you get into it,
the more you get a rhythm,
the more you get okay talking fast like I do
or kind of embracing your own vulnerabilities,
the easier video becomes.
And once it becomes easier,
you can create more content.
And so I think press the button is the first piece.
I think the second one is making sure that you understand about
building a community around more than just the followers on a channel
and going back to really what works and has worked in the past.
How did you build your community prior to?
And then last but not least,
I think if you're going to do those two things, you're going to have to be able to build a community.
And if you're going to do those three things,
I would say make sure you understand the
philosophy more so than the technology.
So start doing little things like bringing people to new
channels and understanding how they're having conversations.
If you do those three things,
I believe you'll be ready for those future trends from video,
VR,
and AR.
And it's exciting because I think that's where we are going.
And if you start now,
I think you'll be ready for the future.
