Hey guys, I'm Yorai from TwentyThree. In this video, I'll be showing how to use TwentyThree to see how your videos are performing across different platforms. At TwentyThree, we have built a powerful set of features to help you track, measure, and optimize your content. I'll quickly show how to work with two important features of TwentyThree. Full metrics and analytics. First, I will go to our social videos, select one of the videos, and check full metrics for this video. This is where you're presented with data from all connected social platforms, like Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, alongside data from your own inbound plays. We track impression, plays, and engagement so you can quickly get an overview of how your videos are performing on different platforms. If you're looking for more detailed video data, we also have a whole feature of TwentyThree dedicated to analytics. I'll just click on analytics on the left side here and show you data for this specific video. In our analytics feature, you can quickly filter between different periods of time and dates. You can also see aggregated analytics for all your content or for videos in a specific category. You can see when your viewers are dropping off during playback and use this information to optimize the right length of video. TwentyThree also tracks all your embed destinations so you can monitor performance across different domains and start seeding content in the right locations. In the analytics overview, TwentyThree also tracks load to play ratios for all videos. This is an important metric as it gives an indication on how many viewers actually click play on your videos. Obviously, it's best to have a high load to pay ratio, but the number will always be affected by how and where the video is embedded. If viewers never get a chance to click play on the video due to the embed destination, then you always end up with a worse load to play rate. With TwentyThree, you can see lots of information such as how many people are using subtitles, viewing the video in full screen, on what device is, at what time of the day. Combining the detailed analytics with the full metrics tracking, you can track all your videos across different platforms so you can optimize it all.
