dings Say goodbye to the mental overload of producing a webinar off the printed production notes, of remembering where in the tool to click next, all while you′re live. For the first time ever, you can plan webinars the same way you present them, with WebinarTray, letting you line up your scripts, slides, videos, TV cards, polls, and more. It does for webinars what drag and drop and what you see is what you get, did for content management systems, bringing webinars up to where they should be in 2024. After you′ve done a webinar with WebinarTray, you will never want to go back. Starting a new webinar from scratch is over. With WebinarTemplate, you can easily do webinars at scale, great for when you have different configurations of your webinars, from weekly episodic webinars to relational webinars with a repeat format. Very few people generate content from their webinars once the broadcast is finished, even though we know this is one of the most valuable things we can do. It′s manual, you don′t always have the timestamps, and it requires a video producer. With WebinarHighlights, we′re changing that, making generating clips out of your webinars a natural part of ending your webinars. It′s something everyone can do in minutes, ready to post them to your team′s video library, your social media channels, or your website with a few clicks. Remember that magic moment, that one that could have been key for your company, that happened while four people were on screen together? What if you had the original track for that speaker? With Raw Mode, we′re making the raw video files available for download for the first time ever, so you will never lose those all-important moments, and even have them in HD. With Webinars5, the days of promoting your webinar with only a thumbnail are over. Webinar Trailers lets you easily create trailers for your webinar, and post it to your website in seconds, without an embed code, with webinar spots. That′s not all. With Webinars5, you also get co-produced, open webinars, and speaker pool. With Webinars5, the way you do webinars will never be the same again. Hi, everyone, and welcome to the 23 Webinars5 launch. I′m Thomas Madsen-Micdale, co-founder and CEO of 23, joined with Stefan Fager from Christensen, co-founder and CTO, and the next 40 minutes will take you through 23 Webinars5, and the way you do webinars will never be the same again. But first, a quick update on everything 23 and webinars. Yeah, so the last year has been busy at 23. In summer, we launched the first all-in-one product to enable you to do video everywhere in your company. So that′s video everywhere, at every touch point, and the product to back that, to make sure that whether you′re doing marketing video, webinar, personal video, and everything in between, that you have the perfect platform for doing so. So that′s kind of how we′ve taken everything into the same place, also enabling the synergies behind that, and you′ll see more of that today. Some of you might think that webinars was kind of an epidemic thing because it started there for you, but webinars continues being this tremendous change in how we look at digital. A category started in the late 90′s, combining the word Web and Seminar, webinar. Webinars are this massive change in how we look at digital. The engagement concept of digital was breakthrough because it was always on, at all the time. But there were no orchestration, there were no drama, there were no peaks, and that′s really what webinars is all about, creating those moments where you need to join live to get that offensive human experience. Digital removed the human beings, it made it accessible at free aim in the morning and at lunchtime. With webinars, we are orchestrating again, just as we human beings tend to do. Life is a series of events, as they say, birth, kids, marriage, death, and so forth. The hidden secret has always been that a lot of companies in software found webinars very early and made that kind of the way they ran global events. But also the two most profound brands created the last 50 years, Apple and Tesla, has built these massive webinar machines where hundreds of millions of people will see their product launches, even with the late Steve Jobs as one of his core change methods of coming back to the company and creating this orchestration of two annual events where they would really launch the company and drive this content marketing and inbound marketing of telling their story without advertising. And that′s where we are with webinars today, that it′s becoming very pervasive in all companies, but it′s also going really deep. We are going away from webinars as only broadcast as something that happens a few years, a few times per year, to being something that happens every day. It almost happens every hour in some of the companies that have upgraded to 23 because it′s getting into our relationships, into our channels. It′s getting into the way we architect the touch points around our companies in a digital way. In January, we launched our latest State of Webinars report, the State of Webinars 2024. And the numbers keep increasing and the numbers are still very upwards going on the amount of people that keep on keeping their existing investment in webinars or even increasing it. Show-up rates continue being high, sign-up rates, these are some of the averages across the millions of people that join the webinar running on 23 every year. If you thought webinars was a thing that was going away, please think differently because webinars is going to be a central part of the digital world we′re seeing now where we′re combining the always-on, abundancy, and the onhumanness of the transactions in the digital world, self-service, e-commerce, etc. with the human touch of listening to the stories, the orchestration that you can only get this live experience where you can participate at 2 o′clock on a Thursday or 8 o′clock on a Monday night whenever your webinar might be running. So that′s why we′re still so bullish on webinars at 23 and are continuing investing in really making it even more accessible. So well-driven webinars need a product that drives webinars. And six years ago in 2018, we launched the very first second generation webinar product. But that we meant a webinar tool that you can actually finally love. A lot of that was making sure that everything works in the browser and not just joining, but also producing, having landing pages, on-demand experiences around those webinars. We launched back then a product that was built by marketers, for marketers, but also one that was very video-driven. Back then, a lot of webinars were audio with a few slides. We′re seeing every day how people are leaning more and more into what it really needs to be. Actual people that are standing, sitting in front of a camera, telling a story and actually being on video. In the past years, we′ve been kind of revising and innovating the product at a lot of different spurts. And no surprise, that′s what we′re setting out to do today as well. Back in 2018, we launched the very first version of the product. A year ago, we launched 4.0, which brought a lot of new innovations, new designs, new localizations, and a lot of different tooling to webinars. But that′s a lot about what we already did. Webinars will indeed never be the same again with what we′re introducing today. So let′s get started. Great. So the first thing we′re touching with Webinars 5 is the most profound thing, because it′s really about how you do webinars. As most of you out there, you know that doing webinars is not the easiest thing. It′s live, so things can go wrong. That′s also the magic of it. That′s the authenticity of it. But it′s also something that requires to really put a lot of things into your head at the same time. We all know that we′re sitting using our webinar product, clicking around the things we have planned. We probably have a script with the production notes. We probably also have a script for what we′re going to say in the webinar. So we′re already now up to three different things we have. Then we also have slides and videos and live assets, whatever assets we′re going to be using in the webinar. Then we′re going to put it all together in the fifth thing we′re going to keep in our head, in a live setting, with multiple people speaking, and we′re going to produce this all as one. That′s really the pain of webinars. Some people that are very systemic in how they think are able to keep all these things in their heads at the same time. But most of us, normal humans, sometimes struggle with that and it requires a lot of people. So the pain really of doing webinars is that you have all these ways that you sort of invent yourself. I′m sure you′ve seen some notes hanging next to a camera, or you might be using a teleprompter if you′re that advanced. You′re going to have all kinds of Word files that are printed out, lying around in your production room. When you do webinars, it′s also very messy most of the times in what you don′t see on camera. So today we′re going to change with a key innovation in how you do webinars. Another thing in how you do webinars is that the planning and the production is different. Eventually you′re going to transition having all those plans you wrote in that Word document and put them into how you actually use the webinar product to produce what you′re going to click on, where and how. And honest to God, even though 23 webinars was a game changer in 2018, you would still even before today need to know to click in a lot of different places in a live setting at the right times, looking at your notes, production notes in your Word document, and getting it all together. So that′s why we set out to really fundamentally change that. It′s not very often that these things come along when you can really transform how a product fundamentally works, how a category works. But there has been a few examples before. The best example would be what you see is what you get. And that′s really what we′re bringing to 23 webinars, that it′s so native the way you do the webinar that it′s the same way you planned it, and it′s so natural that you can′t really imagine a world where you did webinars in a different way before, hence why you would never do webinars the same way again. Many years ago, if you are as old as me, you might remember that you could even edit your text or your Word documents in the formatting mode, right, back when what you see, what you get was not the natural part. You might also remember back when websites was something you couldn′t just do in a visual rich environment and with the CMS system or what you see, what you get, editor, just natively edited, right? And that′s really what we set out to bring to webinars, because why should webinars be as mature as these other categories that have these key innovations that made it just a very native, natural feel of how you produce. So today, we′re bringing WebinarTray to 23. WebinarTray is a very simple thing, but extremely powerful, because you′ll never want to go back to doing webinars the old painful way. It′s a tray sitting in the normal webinar room you know very well, where you have the outline of everything you want to be producing, all the next items you′re going to queue, and it′s native. You just click it, and then it happens in the webinar room. You don′t need to think about where things are in the software, where in 23 you activate that feature, just click the next thing. Everything you planned out is in there, so even whether it′s your single′ person webinar or super high′end webinar, this is a very powerful way to run your webinars. It also opens up for having all the content ready to go. So if it′s the very first time ever you′re doing a webinar or that content in a webinar, you can just click the next thing and run the webinar. It′s the same as if you couldn′t see the next slide in your slide presentations or something like that. It is as profound as that. With Webinar Tray, you can put in all the elements, the notes, the script, the breakers, the slides, your videos, your TV cards that you′re going to put on screen, your polls, your handouts, everything that′s part of doing a great webinar. You plan it in there and then you just click and execute it when you want to. The last months, we′ve had the great pressure of working with our customers and our partners on previewing this and giving the early access on it. And we′ve seen raving reviews. People really fundamentally say, you know, I′ll never go back to doing webinars the old way again. Somebody called it the biggest innovation in webinars ever. And that′s sort of the reason why there′s ultimately, even though we didn′t really dare to think that wildly ourselves. So that′s the first thing in Webinar, in Webinar′s 5, Webinar Tray. And I can′t wait to show it to you because it′s really one of those things where you need to see and feel it to really experience it. The second thing we are tackling with Webinar′s 5 is that every webinar currently starts from scratch. Every time you want to do a new webinar, you click new webinar. It′s powerful. It′s easy. You just click it and you go. But the challenge is you always are starting from scratch. So with Webinar′s 5, we′re bringing webinar templates to 23 webinars. And we are templating everything around the webinar so that you can really use it in a lot of different ways. So from now on, when you click new webinar, it′s not only going to be the empty webinar you′re going to have up there, but you also have all the templates you put in there for your team to use. And you even have a great overview with business KPIs on how the different webinars in that series is performing. You have everything in there, including the Webinar Tray. So you can literally have all the content of the webinars, the speakers, the email configuration, whatever you have changed in that specific template. This is great for episodic webinars if you have a continuous series of webinars. It′s great for recurring webinars that weekly welcome webinars to your company on your website that just keeps being the same content over and over and over again. It′s great for relational webinars if you put 50 people on doing the same webinar. Now it′s super, super easy to do. And it′s even great for a channel webinar if you are going to run the same webinar for 20 different people in a channel. So with Webinar Templates, we′re really making it very easy to scale your webinars and do webinars at scale, moving from manual to templated and really removing a lot of the pain that I also know a lot of people have been doing small innovations on, cloning webinars, et cetera, and making a very native feel in 23. But enough talking. I really can′t wait to show you all of it. So let′s go to our demo station. So here I have my normal webinar product in here. And I actually had an idea that this webinar that I′m planning, how Renko can help build more sustainable cities. Renko is our demo company here. I go to the webinar and I enter the webinar room. And then I can start working on the content of the webinar and the webinar tray. So here I have everything I planned in my webinar, from the video to my notes to my TV cards. And I can easily select them. I can easily add a thing. So I was actually thinking that I should have a little note for myself here between the two slides that say, do a bridge into acting on what you can do now. And that′s great. So now that′s in my webinar ready to go. I can add my slides, my videos. So that′s the way you plan. Suddenly the webinar room is not something you just use when you produce. It′s something you come back to every time that you have a thought or sitting in a meeting planning the webinar, just as you would do with your slides if you′re preparing a presentation. It′s not like you′re going to do it at once. It′s going to be a process over a little bit of a period of time reflecting on things, improving them, having a team member take a look at it, and tweaking it to feel good and natural for you. So now that I′m ready to actually produce my webinar, I just go to the start here, and then I run my intro video. You see the webinar tray here automatically moves up the next thing. I have up and coming, so it always focuses and centers things. When I′m done with my video, I can show my info about my webinars, introduce my speakers, I can lay up to the next speaker if I want to do that. I can run my next stop and say, oh, soon we′re going to have a poll here in my webinar. I already now see here that I have my text and my script on what I need to say, what industry are you using drones in. Instead of going somewhere else in the product, I just click start poll, and the poll starts. I can show it on screen. Also, suddenly you don′t click around the product, you just keep clicking the next thing. You can focus on communicating your talk points. Even if you′re a big set of multiple producers running this, it just removes so much friction and drama and makes it so native and intuitive on everyone knowing what page they′re on, because the page they′re on is the webinar tray and what′s next. I can click my slides. That′s how webinar tray really fundamentally changes how you do webinars. You can mix with your video, you can make across mixed mode on slides and video and everything. You can template it, as I said, also together with the webinar templates in the end. So that′s webinar tray. If you haven′t tried it, I can′t recommend it enough that you should try it out, because it really is such a different way to run a webinar, whether you′re doing a one′ person webinar or it′s a 10′ person crew webinar. It also allows, as we said, for repeatability and scaling your webinars a lot more, because it literally is at the level where with five, ten minutes of instruction, somebody can run a webinar even for the very first time. So that′s webinar tray, but I also wanted to show you webinar templates. To use webinar templates, I just click create webinar. Here, I not only have my empty new webinar, which obviously is great for doing new things, but for everything that′s systemic or structured. I picked my webinar here. It already has the titles, the duration, everything around it. I′ll schedule it for 5.30 here, as the suggestion is. I knew it was on a Thursday here. I click create my webinar. Here we go. I have my webinar page here with my speakers, the specific email configuration with reminders, etc. that was saved in that webinar. I even have the webinar tray running in here with all the content of the webinar. It′s not only the structure around the webinar, but it′s literally the content in the webinar you can also put into the webinar templates. On webinar templates, you have a full overview of all the different webinars you have, and you even see all the webinars that we run on the same template. Suddenly, you can see who is the best speaker. You can see whether you′re improving on your recurring weekly webinar on your website, or who of the 50 people that did your relational webinar was the one that got the most participation or the most sign-ups. On the webinar template page, you can easily get an overview of all your structures you have. That′s the webinar tray and webinar templates. I can′t wait for you to try it out. All right, so moving on to webinars. Promoting webinars can be hard. We always stop on this idea of the landing page with a link. Your webinar might actually be promoted in an email or something, but even if you set up the perfect landing pages and even the perfect webinar hubs, you′re still missing that gap of getting the webinars to show up where you want them. So promoting them on your front page, showing the most recent webinars in your footer, and even kind of doing full-on takeover so you want to promote them differently when you have an upcoming webinar that′s happening soon or even one that′s live. So that′s what you get to do with webinar spots because it′s really a shame to not be taking all the content that is being made from webinars and promoting it because, hey, webinars are real. They′re people and they′ve great content for your website. So obviously, you want to do great landing pages, but you also want to make sure that people find their way to those landing pages. Webinar spots are ways of bringing webinars into your pages with different designs and different contexts. So once you have a webinar spot, you can take that and put it literally into any page. Depending on how you set it up, you get to have a countdown or showing the live stream that′s going on, and we have a lot of great designs that you can pick from. That′s the hero. That′s kind of when you want to take over a full page and just promote a webinar. That′s great if that′s something that′s upcoming soon, in a few hours, or even that′s live right now. We have a banner that′s slightly smaller. That′s great for having kind of in any page, but certainly also something that highlights a single webinar, makes it really easy to get people to register or even just to watch an on-demand webinar that happens in the past. We also have ways of taking a lot of webinars and bringing them into pages with webinar spots. So you can have a grid or you can even have a full-on list that adapts to the page and really make sure that you don′t only show one webinar, but take your entire library of upcoming, current, and also on-demand webinars and bring that into your pages. So a lot of options there and a lot of ways of taking all the content that already is existing and bringing them into the rest of your web presences and getting webinars into every digital touchpoint. We′re also launching support for webinar traders. Well, no one probably loves the webinar thumbnail. That thumbnail that you craft, the right assets, the right speakers, the right text on top, you have your design team do them. They′re right on brand. But in a lot of cases, what you′re finding is that you want to be promoting stuff with video. So if you′re promoting a live video webinar, why not actually be promoting that with a video? So that′s essentially what webinar trailer does. It lets you not only pick a static thumbnail and bring onto a page, but rather take the entire video that can be a speaker talking about what′s going to happen in the webinar, can be a lot of speakers doing quick intros, it can be a quick 30″ primer on what you can expect from the webinar. And what we′re finding is that this will boost your registration rates to get people actually into your webinars and interested in your content. What′s even better is that those webinar traders, they live on the landing pages. That′s awesome. But they also go into the rest of your webinar spots. So once you start having video at every touchpoint, they can actually go all the way into how you′re promoting your video webinars as well. Well, let me show you how it works in practice though. All right, here we go. So I have the same demo company that Thomas showed you before. This is Rango. And Rango has an amazing web page, and they are taking the step into becoming much more video driven. So you′ll find that browsing through their website, there′s some video, there′s some solutions, there′s a lot of kind of showing rather than telling. But really, for this particular context, there′s also a promotion of webinars here. So every time there′s a spot or webinar spot on the page, what you see is that there′s a small green dot because I′m already logged into the 23″ account. So in every place where I find either a banner, as in this case, or a grid for webinars, I can always click the small dot to change what I want to be promoting or even changing the order and everything around. So what I want to do here is instead of showing this past webinar, I want to show an upcoming one. So instead of showing what I had before, I will pick this cities of the future webinar and I will just paste it into the page. So the banner changes, all the branding stays the same, it fits perfectly into the page. The only difference is that I′m now showing a different webinar and I obviously get to sign up going to the landing page. I have other spots in this particular page, including exploring multiple different webinars. So here I can see, well, I also have these cities of the future and I′m actually promoting that above. So maybe let′s change that and pick a different webinar. So I′ll just pick a different webinar for showing there and I might actually want to promote this slightly more and say the strong monitoring heroes, this is what I want first. So you see how easy it is, once you′ve got a spot into a page, it takes a few seconds to do, you can have full control over how does your webinar promotion look, but also what are the content that′s in there. Even better, you can have dynamic spots that actually change depending on where you are in the state of a webinar. So all the webinars I just showed you, there are upcoming ones, there are things that are happening either in the future or already happened, but we also have a live webinar that′s going on right now. You can control this obviously, but if you want to, you can set up spots that take over the entire page when a webinar is going on, the preview of the webinar. You won′t get sound, you won′t get all the things that you want to be getting with the webinar, but you get a really good primer for knowing exactly what is going on. It′s live right now. You can sign up and you can join the webinar immediately. Let me show you how that works behind the scenes as well. So within 23, you have a very nice page saying webinar spots, and I always have an overview of all the spots including great analytics for how many impressions, how many conversions I′m getting, and I can create a new one. So say I want to create a quick demo spot for webinar. I′ll create that one, and now I get to choose, do I want a single webinar in there or multiple webinars. I can control whether I want a custom selection, I want to pick my webinars myself, or I may want an upcoming webinar and automatically put those in. So let′s say that I want, oh, let me give people free on-demand webinars, and I can control that I want to grid, I want to show a countdown. So I have full control of all of these different things. When I save it, I can obviously go in and change the content, navigate around. If I want a different design, I can do that, but I can also just go and preview the spot, and when I′m happy with how it looks, I can pick it up and I can put it into my page. So really, really cool stuff that happens with webinar spots. I wanted to show you really quickly as well that I already put a, let′s see, I just need to find myself here. I had this webinar from before that I put onto my page, right? So there′s the Cities of the Future webinar, and let′s go find that because I want to show you how to use, let′s see if I can spell as well. I have Cities of the Future here, that′s upcoming. I want to show you how webinar trailers can change how a landing page looks. So when I go to Customize Experience now, I obviously have the thumbnail that I′ve set up, but I also get the option of picking a new video that I want to use as my trailer. So let me find a trailer that sort of fits and put it in. So this basically changes. We′ve now associated a trailer. You can have this done in many ways. You can have it recorded with Personal. You can have it uploaded, and you can even use a clip from a previous webinar, but it makes it really easy to pick up that trailer. Now when people come to your spot or your landing page, they′ll see the trailer. Similarly, when they go to the sign-up page, they won′t just get a static email, they′ll actually get a trailer, introduction from a speaker or something else. So that′s webinar spots and webinar trailers in 23. Back to you, Thomas. So back in 2018, when we launched the very first 23 webinars, it was sort of a friction that we made the product video-centric. We obviously did it because we saw webinars as part of a greater video ecosystem. The webinars is this way that you start doing video content, and get going. So content generation is all the buzz nowadays. And missing your slide is not the easiest, but it is what it′s really about. There′s a lot of focus just now on generating content from AI, and we′re all amazed by it, and it′s all incredible. But we have all this incredible content that′s human, that′s real, that′s your people, your team lying just in front of you. A lot of the people that have upgraded to 23 are running hundreds, if not thousands of webinars per year. That′s many, many, many hours of content. So Webinizer is an incredible way to generate video content. But generating it so far has really been a pain. And when we look at our numbers, very few people actually do it. You have the webinar recording of the full webinar that you have on demand, in many circumstances afterwards, if you may get available. But all those magic bits and pieces of it are often sort of left to scraps. You leave it off to the next day. You kind of forget when was it actually the magic was. Or you send it to your video producer with a few notes on where it could be. And then suddenly you created a 10-hour organizational process back and forth on trying to figure out what those three magic clips were. So with Webinizer 5, we′ve set out to really fundamentally change that. Changing from a world where you have that one recording of your webinar to a world where every time you produce the webinar in that 10-15 minute window, just when it happened, when you know what was good, that you can actually start generating the content out of the webinars and suddenly have those 20 clips available for all kinds of different use cases. It could be that you want the 12 small specific clips with different titlings put on your website for great SEO and content marketing. You probably want to have a few of them as highlights on social for the next few days after. You probably had some pieces that were good for the whole team to use in their video library, to use in presentations and post on social, et cetera. That webinar that your colleagues claim they saw but very often didn't see, you can put the highlights on Slack or Teams for everyone to see in the company. You can use that magic piece in the webinar in the next webinar. One of them might even be so good you're using it in your presentation the next week. It's all about how you actually generate the content out of the webinars. So with Webinizer 5, we're bringing webinar highlights to 23. You can do producer highlights that are your manual human intelligence marks of when you see something magical, you click the producer highlight button. We have engagement highlights. We track where there's a lot of chatter in the chat where there's a lot of action going on. We have our on-camera highlights and we have our mixing highlights. So using Alcos and even AI that we're using for some of the features upcoming, we are automatically detecting all the components of your video. So when you end your webinar and you have that great webinar with all the speakers, you end up on having all the clips ready to go the minute you ended the webinar, a true game changer, because it becomes just a natural part of doing the webinar, whether it's just for the team sharing so people knew what the webinar was about or whether for a very high-end webinar where you're going to do a lot of social media, a lot of other activities around the webinar. Webinize now become part of the greater video ecosystem with webinar highlights. The second thing we're bringing in terms of content generation is something called raw mode. So the great thing about webinars is that they are produced, they are mixed. And when you have that magic moment, as I had a few years ago, where one of my great heroes, Guy Kawasaki, the Apple evangelist marketing legend, was on one of our webinars an early morning his time and we just couldn't get him off stage. He was having so much fun with all of it. But the challenge of the clip is that Guy here is suddenly starting to give makeup advice and it's a magical moment. But we're sitting mixing a webinar, so we are going back and forth on mixing to create an engaging mix, which is also the right thing to do. But obviously our team afterwards were, oh wow, we just love that two minute piece in high-res video to put on social or put on our website where that magic moment happened when we got down to the bare essentials of what it really takes to do webinars. In Guy's opinion, nine very important things about storytelling and the last thing that you needed good makeup. And he started giving advice on the $10 makeup kit you needed. So why imagine that suddenly it could be that you could capture those moments and use them. And that's what we're doing with raw mode. So with webinars five, we're not only recording the whole mix of the webinar, we are recording each individual video feed in the highest resolution possible. Sometimes the resolution will go up and down, but we're doing everything technically we can to capture it in eight full HD for you to use in your video production afterwards for your video producer to really use it. So that's webinar highlights and raw mode, two game changers that have never been done before in webinars on how to really generate content, highlighting and make webinars part of your overall content machine. Whether it's for a one person webinar where you just want that person to have something to post on social media minutes after, or whether it's really part of a greater activity in a campaign, a significant webinar for your company that you're going to generate tens of clips out of. And raw mode that for the first time makes it able for your video producers to also for that magic moment where you really want to be putting a lot of effort into producing, do something about it. So how about we give you a quick demo? Let's go to the demo station. So here I have my Renko quarterly roadshow webinar. I just ended it here. It was running early in the day here today. And the minute I end it, I end on my webinar page that now is not only about the stats and all the data about the webinar, but becomes about the content of the webinar. So I here instantly have all my clips ready to go, auto-generated. I can find that producer highlight where the producer said, oh, wow, there's really something great that happened just here. That sentence, I can go down into my editor and start tweaking it and finding the perfect element of it, the perfect mix. If that's what I want to do, I can just look at my basic mixing highlights. So we had a big part here with Julius is talking, so I can create a video out of that. We had a part here with Nicolina speaking. So suddenly doing this as a natural ending to your webinar process of spending those 10, 15 minutes, it'll take to get a lot of great clips out of your webinar is suddenly just part of doing the webinar. It's not a separate organizational process. It's not going to cost you 10 hours to do. It's just something your webinar team or you do as a natural part of ending the webinar when you have everything top of mind of what was actually good. And it's all part of the product. It's not something you need to have on a piece of paper next to you with the highlights of where time codes of where it might be that the magic was. So that's webinar highlights, true game changer on content generation. With raw mode, it's really easy. Obviously, you want to be using raw mode only when there was that magic thing that you really want to have your video producer invest some hours in trying to make a great clip out of. So I go here. I select download raw mode. And within a period of time, I get an email with all the files ready to go in to download in the highest HD raw mode version. And I click download and I get a zip file. I unzip the file. And then I have every video feed from each of the participants in the webinar in the highest version. And I can edit, put them into my editing suite, send them into my videographer and really get going with the generating content. So that's webinar highlights and raw mode. All right. A lot of good stuff has happened already. But there's more. Let me first talk about speaker pool. So one of those things that we all know when we are arranging our webinars is that we kind of know who's good. We know what favorite speakers are. We know who's great on camera. And then most organizations, there'll be a lot of people that are just the people that are already kind of set up. They already have their profiles. They have their perfect images on. They have the names, their titles. But in a lot of cases, you want to be reusing them. Obviously, you can do that through templates. But there's also a new way with speaker pool. Speaker pool lets you take all the speakers that you've already crafted, all the people that have already generated signups for you on landing pages and reuse them in webinars. So when you create a new webinar, now you'll be able to add a new speaker, obviously, invite them in. But what you can also do is you can pick from the most recent ones used. You can search for your speaker pool and even find all the ones that kind of have been performing in the past. So that's a really, really nice way of building out a webinar, knowing exactly who should be talking, who should be part of making this webinar great. And it also opens to a lot of new ways of doing data. It actually probably even opens to a few new ways of doing competition internally. So you can imagine having that full list of all your speakers, who are the ones that are driving all your engagement, who are the people that are on most webinars, who are actually on the podium in terms of generating most registrations. All of that is now available in the product with speaker pool. And I'll show you how in a second. We're also launching a lot of other features alongside all of these highlighted ones with the new webinars, five release. We're launching support for coproduction. So coproduce is designed for the people that are making big webinars, but probably also the ones that are making small ones, just making them together. Coproduce will make it possible not just for one person to be the producer, but for multiple people to do so. So it's an oft-requested feature to just have everyone be able to select who's on camera, to control the panels, to participate in questions, to make part of the tray as well. Coproduce is something that makes it possible, again, to do the big productions like what's happening behind me here, but also for two people that are just making a webinar happen together. We're launching support for open webinars. So imagine all of the craft and all of the power that is in 23 webinars for all the events that are not really about registering people. Now you can use the entire suite of 23 and say, well, I don't actually need registrations for this particular webinar. So that allows you to change and even replace a lot of the live streaming tools that you have in place for the cases where you're running like an internal event, or even having cases where you might have already registered people on your webpage and you don't want them to register again. It's really easy. It's the exact same tooling and all the same things that you do. Now you can just produce open webinars with 23. Finally, we're launching demo mode. So in most live contexts, you don't want people to kind of be training next to you or you're in this kind of like, we're live, we're doing it right now. But in a lot of cases, you still want to be showing how does a webinar work, what happens when you're live, and you might even just want to be trying it out for yourself. And that's exactly what happens with demo mode. It's a way of showing your colleagues how 23 works, or even testing out a few things yourself as you go along. The way you do webinars will never be the same again. Say goodbye to the mental overload of producing a webinar off the printed production notes, of remembering where in the tool to click next, all while you're live. For the first time ever, you can plan webinars the same way you present them, with webinar tray, letting you line up your scripts, slides, videos, TV cards, polls, and more. It does for webinars, what drag and drop and what you see is what you get, did for content management systems, bringing webinars up to where they should be in 2024. After you've done a webinar with webinar tray, you will never want to go back. Starting a new webinar from scratch is over. With webinar templates, you can easily do webinars at scale. Great for when you have different configurations of your webinars, from weekly episodic webinars to relational webinars with a repeat format. Very few people generate content from their webinars once the broadcast is finished, even though we know this is one of the most valuable things we can do. It's manual, you don't always have the timestamps, and it requires a video producer. With webinar highlights, we're changing that, making generating clips out of your webinars a natural part of ending your webinars. It's something everyone can do in minutes, ready to post them to your team's video library, your social media channels, or your website with a few clicks. Remember that magic moment, that one that could have been key for your company, that happened while four people were on screen together. What if you had the original track for that speaker? With raw mode, we're making the raw video files available for download for the first time ever, so you will never lose those all-important moments, and even have them in HD. With Webinars 5, the days of promoting your webinar with only a thumbnail are over. Webinar Trailers lets you easily create trailers for your webinar and post it to your website in seconds, without an embed code, with webinar spots. That's not all. With Webinars 5, you also get co-produce, open webinars, and speaker pool. After Webinars 5, the way you do webinars will never be the same again. Great, so that's 23 Webinars 5, and we hope you understand that, and how and why, that the way you do webinars again will never be the same. Webinar Trail, a fundamental change in the UI paradigm of how you plan and produce your webinars, opening all new possibilities up. Webinar Templates to scale webinars in your organization. Webinar Highlights and Raw Mode to generate content from your webinars, both super fast and super easy, but also super high-end with raw mode, if there's a magic moment you want to capture. Webinar Spots and Webinar Trailers to promote your webinars on your website, and fundamentally move that website from that passive thing to that live thing with all the great webinars you're doing at the core of the website. And even more to do great webinars with Speaker Pool, co-produce, open webinars, and demo mode. Yeah, and all this is available today. So everything that we just went through, all those kind of 10 different things, some of you might have been trying this in preview for a while, but everything is out to everyone available today and in the product. First day, the 30th of May, we're bringing together 600 people from around the world for the world's largest event just on video. One day, 50 speakers, five stages on everything video. Monumental event last year when we did it for the first time. And we're so much looking forward to seeing you all in Copenhagen for a day that should be unmissable for everyone that's moving their company on video. Yeah, that's going to be incredibly exciting. For now though, thanks for hanging out with us and for everyone that were part of making this release happen both here in the team, but also for all the customers that were part of feeding and saying, hey, we need speaker pool or we want different ways of producing our webinars. We need ways of bringing our webinars into our existing web pages. Those have been the inspiration for the things that we're bringing today. So thanks for everyone that have been part of this journey. And we really hope to have you guys trying it out. Please let us know how it works and also push us to do the next thing. Thank you so much. Take care.
